Reflektionen

Man merkt, dass diese Werke relativ jung sind (etwas über 2 Jahre); ich bin dazu übergegangen mehr auf die Silbenzahl zu achten, befinde mich im Ausdruck zwischen einer direkten und verblümten Phase und nutze manchmal doch sehr unsaubere Formulierungen. Auch inhaltlich liegen diese Werke in einer Übergangsphase, von vorhergegangenen dunkleren Werken zu den etwas leichteren, verspielteren Werken, die ich zur Zeit bevorzuge. Dementsprechend ist diese Sammlung (die am Stück geschaffen wurde) thematisch etwas unfokussiert. Alles in Allem bin ich mit den Werken dennoch ziemlich zufrieden, I und IV könnten fast heute geschrieben worden sein, während mich V mit seiner Einfachheit überzeugt.

my plan to lose a p0und a day ~

di€t - this is my number one priority, if i don���t do anything else i WILL do 0mad. i will not have more than one m€al a day and i will not go near any snacks whatsoever. zero/low cal drinks and gum is fine but strictly only one m€al that is no more than 500 cals a day.

water - i will drink at least 8-10 cups of water a day. i always end up losing w€ight really fast when i do this so i have to be drinking a lot of water, it’ll also help keep me füll.

walking - i will walk at least 8,000 steps a day without fail, whether that be walking to/from school or on the treadmill. i will use my fitbit to track my st€ps and wear it everyday, no excuses.

ex€rcise - just walking is fine on weekdays, but on weekend i will incorporate other forms of ex€rcise like swimming or biking. at least one hour each day of the weekend.

w€ighing - i will w€igh myself everyday, once in the morning and once in the night. if i have gained more than 2 p0unds in the night, i will ₽urg€ what i ate.

other - i will religiously track everything i eat in apps like l0se it or myfitn€sspal. i will also track my cal0ries on cal0rie trackers for tumblr. i will only take cold showers. i will limit my ¢arbs. i will always order the option with the least cal0ries in restaurants.

ok yeah that’s basically it, doing this has always helped me lose w€ight quickly so im gonna start doing it again and hopefully i can lose a p0und a day to get to my gw!! also sorry for all the censoring of words, i’ve had my account susp€nded on here before and i’m not risking that again lmao
