It was gym day today but my energy dropped right off the table an hour before I was to leave. Didn’t sleep well but I I didn’t think it was that bad a night. I went anyway and did what I could. I’m totally pooped out now.
Had to stop in a large grocery store afterwards for a few items. My legs were saying Hey, what the hell are you doing? Plopped down at home and not moving. 😟

if you want to get slim/toned thighs but dont want to do heavy exercise just do this. i swear it works sooooo well and my legs got super fit super fast. you can do this while lying in bed, doing things on your phone, watching tv, literally whenever.

Look, I am the biggest advocate of eating healthy and exercising because it has done wonders for not just my physical but my mental health and anxiety and even though it was really hard to do that because of my depression and ADHD they are two of the things that have helped the most other than meds, and I just want to say if it’s completely okay if you can’t eat healthy or exercise right now. That’s okay. Health is not a requirement to basic human rights.

exercise: 20 mins cross trainer (burnt 200 cals) and 45 minute malk (burnt 120 cals).
water drank: 1 pint
ate: nandos (650 cals), a couple bites of cookie (40 cals), fanta zero (15 cals), 1/2 an apple with cinnamon (40 cals)
total ate: 745 cals
feeling: good! pleased with what i did today! hopefully tomorrow ill be good too <3

Today was not so much for strength training as it was for physical therapy for my bum shoulder. Not many people in there this afternoon, I guess they didn’t want to go out in the rain either.
