Hey, guys!

After a long deliberation, I have decided to publish the rewrite publicly, as part of the public build. Before, I planned for the beginning or end of August, but I chose to get it over with because I will be very busy and unable to be as active as I usually am. There are also other reasons that I’m not going to get into.

Anyway, this public release is scheduled for Wednesday (July 19, 2023). It will be posted in the early mornings of that day, but a specific time is not set. For Chapter Two, there will be a longer wait time until the public can read it, but future patrons will have full access. Until then, I’m releasing Chapter One quickly.

How would the ROs react to MC (in deep romance/relationship) fatally wounded after protecting them from an attack? Would they prioritise decimating the enemy or taking MC to safety? Thank you~

Lane - He would prioritize taking you to safety, but before he does so, he’ll order a very large attack to defeat the enemy who has harmed you.

“Commander, go. I have to…” He chokes on his words as his eyes roam over your limp body, your heart beating slowly. “I have to save them.”

Henery - He would prioritize defeating the enemy. One glance at you is enough for him to wreak havoc on anyone who has caused you pain.

Henry looks out at the enemy, a sneer across his face. “Your suffering will be caused by my hand, but it will be led by their love in my heart.”

Simon - He would carry you over his shoulder to safety, dropping you down a few feet away from where you got hurt, as he would attempt to save you.

“Okay, okay, you’re safe,” Simon breathes heavily. He leans down shakily, pressing a gentle kiss against your sweaty forehead. “This might hurt a little…”

B - They would be so conflicted on who to focus on: the enemy at large or their love, who is injured. But they would ultimately choose you.

“I don’t—argh!” Cries of anger unleashed from their mouth as their eyes flicker between you and the enemy. “I don’t know…what to do, my love.”

Samara - She was not raised to fight in any conflicts, so her focus would be on you and you only, regardless of what’s happening around her.

She takes your hand, firmly clasping hers around yours. “The medic is on his way, sweetheart. You’re strong, I know it. I promise you, I will get our revenge.”

M - They would think about you first and foremost, gingerly picking your body up and attempting to carry you over a mile away from the battlefield—just in case.

“No one can hurt you here,” M declares. They hoist you higher up their chest as the “princess” carries you. “I’ll do more damage to them if they even lay an eye on you.”

Knox - Knox is destroying the enemy. Point blank period. However, the rage is so great, that they wouldn’t hesitate to destroy anyone in their path, if it meant avenging you.

“You DARE lay a finger on them?” Their deep voice travels across the battlefield. “You will be dealt with.”
