For those unfamiliar with the terminology Jonathan is using: in modern terms Magyars are Hungarian, Wallachians are Romanian, Szekelys are linguistically more closely related to Hungarian, Saxons are German speakers.

All that's happened is inconsequential; it cannot hurt us anymore; there's only music, which lives within us and beyond us, needing us to express it but capable of surviving forever between expressions.
