Bruv sit down cause this is going to be a list. The people below are the ones I admire, or WELL some of the ones because this could go for a bit. And note these are in no particular order, so the first doesn’t mean the best and the last doesn’t mean the least. I love all these peeps and admire ‘em equally.

We startin’ with my main man Ethan at @hopefromadoomedtimeline . I wake up in the morning and hope my portrayals are half that good and that ain’t even glazin him. Go on his blog and see it for yourself, we love DBZ but let’s not lie, damn show has more holes in it that spongebob and my boy here has made wonderful HCs to compensate. Really putting that unique spin on the dude.

The writer that brings me angst and I always come for more, my homie Koko @kiealer . Everytime when she be showing me her wonderful art I feel that spark that I used to have when I was young to pick up a paper and go draw somethin’ but..nah the skill ain’t there anymore but she does inspire me to do better at my manga coloring. 

Homie here that’s just pure chaos on my list, it’s my homegril T @acoldsovereign . She does bring me the angst too but usually it’s just covered with a lot of bullshit moments, add a little comedy into the mix. She’s soo great with her writing and it inspires me to do better. Really all I need to do is get better at bein descriptive AND not to mention my grammar. 

It wouldn’t really be my blog if I’m not saying Tazzy’s @dragvnsovl praises. The fact that this homie o’ mine writes RADITZ, NAPPA AND WHO? The OG GOAT YAMCHA, that inspired me to throw Krillin onto my multi. Always loved him and really he just..that’s my guy and she really do doing great with her muses too that I hope I can do the same for my multi..when I’m not too lazy.

These are my homies that always gimme a little inspiration everyday. But you think I was done??! There's @swordsxandxsakuras  who took an already known muse and said fuck it, let’s go canon divergent with this bih and basically turned Nezuko in somethin’ that works for her. The bravery and strength t’ do that on a public space like Tumblr? Nah i’d be caught lacking. Then there’s @eternalbxtterfly Snow who’s given me Elise’ smile for years now. What little time my muse gets to spend with @aceparagon  muse is time well spent too, and I’m really biased when it comes to Bishamon faces. Don’t get me started on my girl Rena’s muse. @zorkaya Has been inspiring your boy with his villain play because she does write a good villain as well. 

You think I was finna finish this segment without mentioning  my snom sis @universestreasures . Girl here has inspired me when it came to the romance genre. I still feel like it’s my weakest genre but I can tell you she’s helped me feel a little more confident in starting ships now. Oh can’t forget about Chai @infintasmal  . Aspire me to be a better Sinbad because she was THE PERF Ja’far for him. My homie Meli @crimsontwins  back when I REALLY was deep into Genshin lore, inspiring me to learn MORE and more about the game in order to make our roleplay that much nicer. okay so i'm updating the numbers:

Genshin Impact has four playable characters with dark skin (Candace, Cyno, Kaeya, Xinyan). that's out of 59 characters in total. rounding up, that's 7% of the cast having dark skin. that said, i missed Candace on first pass and i only caught Cyno on third pass, despite their aesthetics clearly pulling from Egypt and... i guess India? i don't play Genshin so i'm just going off the wiki and i can't tell what Cyno is supposed to be but since his lore uses Sanskrit words i'm saying Indian. the most recent dark-skinned characters, Candace and Cyno, were added in September

Arknights, on the other hand, has seven characters with dark skin (Chestnut, Ethan, Beeswax, Flint, Tuye, Carnelian, Thorns). that's out of 260 characters. rounding up, that's 3% of the cast. there are some dubious cases where a character could be argued to have dark skin, but i didn't count those. the most recent dark-skinned character, Chestnut, was added in April (for CN) and October (for global)

on the other hand, Arknights has eight full furry characters (12F, Rangers, Spot, Hung, Waai Fu, Aak, Mr. Lee, Mountain). again, out of 260 characters, which means they also make up 3% of the cast (but without rounding). the most recent furry character, Mr. Lee, was added in January (for CN) and August (for global)

Oh gosh!!

I play a lot of rpgmaker games (ib, the witch's house, mad father, etc.), indies (firewatch, what remains of edith finch and the vanishing of ethan carter), and acnh mostly. I also play a lot of monster prom/monster camp/monster roadtrip too bcs those monsters have me in a deathgrip 😳

I love horror games too, I played outlast for my beloved mutual lin a couple (??) months ago and now she's playing the quarry for me 🫶 I love the silent hill franchise, especially !!

Although, I have played a lot of the one-and-done kinda games (the telltale twd and batman series, life is strange series yk?) and when I want some mind-numbing kinda non-gaming gameplay, I'll just play house flipper or candy crush or smth

I don't really play other otomes, since it's usually a female mc and you can't change it, BUT I do play obey me!

But fr, I will watch gameplay of any game. Even if I don't play 'em myself, I am just so in love with video games as a medium...

I softlocked my copy of Violet within the first 20 minutes of playing, so the game has certainly been an experience. But I'm having fun so far, especially because Rhyme and Grusha, two gym leaders, are really awesome. Also Jaqc is cute.

AHHHH YES I finally finished leaf green like just yesterday!! (I gave up on completing it years ago, but decided to get back to it after well, recent events in my blog LMAO) so my next course was heartgold — I picked up on chikorita and named her Kiki! She already evolved to bayleef so good progress :) typhlosion is suuuuper iconic, it's so cute especially when it's still a cyndaquil huhu 🥺 I'm actually really liking the quality that HG is offering, it might be my favorite installment hehe (and well, my bias towards ethan being my favorite trainer 😭)

Shortish puzzlegames that are fun:

Superhot (dream played this one on stream!), It takes two (dont need to mention that dnf played it), same studio is A Way Out (also only playable with another person ) little nightmares, superliminal (trippy as fuck but super fun!) , Maquette (story kinda pissed me off cuz it was just a normal relationship+ breakup but the puzzle part is v fun), the witness, the vanishing of ethan carter, everybodys gone to the rapture, fire watch, dear esther, gone home

Longer games with story:

(i want to apologize for this one but i have to try) genshin impact (dont kill me) , any of the dark pictures anthology (same studio as until dawn, not as fun but can be played in multiplayer!), Cyberpunk (now that its 'fixed') deathloop, a plague tale innocence, the outer worlds (studio that made fallout new vegas), control, we happy few (a bit buggy and obviously done by an indie studio but fun!), Kena bridge of spirits

ok so i said in a previous post that id write smthng with the trans john headcanon, so here take whatever the heck this is-

for some context, i like to think that john and henri would talk a lot abt how john felt, which eventually led to both of them realising john was trans, and when they move, john changes his name to something more fitting for him.

We drive in silence for a while, before I remember that, yet again, I'll need another new name.

'Henri,' I say.

'Yeah?'

'How about Ethan Barlow? As my new name?' I ask. I've not had a guy's name before, and considering we'd both realised that I'm not a girl, it's a nice change, and more fitting. Henri laughs.

'That's what you've chosen?'

'Yep.'

'Alright, then. I'll get the documents done in a bit. I must say, it's nice to meet you, Ethan.'

I smile widely. 'I almost wish we could stay in Texas for longer, I'm probably gonna enjoy being Ethan!' I add. Henri nods.

'I wish we could, too, if it makes you happy being him.' he says, smiling sadly.
