unfortunately sleeping did not reset my brain and im still feeling shitty and dysphoric

#personal stuff #it just feels like i cant win and its rly frustrating #been feeling isolated and alone so i play wow w simon and the guild #feel too stressed to speak bc i will get misgendered or have to explain the trans situation and maybe get shit for it #so i keep my mic muted the whole time to avoid that #but now i feel insanely isolayed bc i cant reply to things or participate in banter #so its just like im there and even more alone than before #especially when i dont know the game and cant articulate or ask questions due to not being in vc #and just realising that its going to be this way for several more years. i fucking hate it here #i rly dont know what to do i just wish i could interact with people withour feeling this massive barrier #like im already autistic i dont need more social barriers
