oi that post from a couple days ago about how TV shows sex as super smooth and just, lacking communication, giving us false expectations etc?

i just thought of Everwood and how Ephramy’s first time wasn’t like that at all. Amy freaked out, and Ephram (my heart :’)) was so sweet about it, and they talked and fell asleep. The next morning, there was awkwardness and communication and the whole moment was realistic and honest (and sweet and cute and i die). But a perfect depiction of being a teenager too. 

same goes for Ephram’s first time in general, i think? with Madison.
