The family that 馃崅leaves馃崅 together, stays together. Every autumn, we get overwhelmed with fallen leaves. I wondered if making it fun in a drawing would make it fun in real life. (It didn't 馃ゲ)
Yardwork isn't my favorite thing to do, but I do like how meditative it can be and how it always makes me feel more connected to nature. If only the ticks and mosquitos would stop trying to connect...馃ゴ
I hope everyone has a safe and happy holidays.

English Ivy trunks, removed from a cherry tree. This is part of a project I've joined, helping to clear a city lot of ivy (and other invasive species) and transform it into a forest garden.
It's going to be a big project.

Even the plant life from England likes to invade other nations.
But really English Ivy is incredibly invasive in the United States and you should not plant it in ground. This stuff was planted by a neighbor that has long since moved it spread to the neighboring yards and we have been trying to kill it the entire time.
