Today's garden dab is... Super Glue Rosin (Gg4 backcrossed) Gg4 is now and forever shall be my favorite strain. Ever of all time. I think it has to do with the heavy amounts of caryophyllene. Caryophyllene is the only terpene to attach to your cb2 (body) receptors, reducing inflammation, and reducing pain. In studies, this terpene was also responsible for the reduction of alcohol cravings in mice. And I'm going to go out on a limb, and say, it also reduces the alcohol cravings in Nikki. Almost 5 years sober, my friends. After drinking, heavily, daily, for most of a decade (minus when I was pregnant with my youngest). Today is a day for celebration. I decided that yesterday, I was going to be finished with Lyrica. Bye Bye! I'm done. I had another month of pills, but I don't want them. To be honest, last night was awful. I had multiple panic attacks, head to toe sweats, shaking, and I almost broke down and took a pill at 4 a.m. just because I knew I would be able to sleep if I did. But, I got up and showered instead, and now, I am so glad I made it through the night. I didn't take any Lyrica for the first time in almost 4 years. Just had to make it through the first night. Where do you turn if you're getting nowhere? Is it just this country? Any Canadian friends ever feel wronged by their Doctor? UK? Anywhere else? It's not just the Doctors, but our healthcare system as a whole. It's fucked. Pay for insurance, make an appointment, wait three months for said appointment, get no answers. Keep paying insurance, keep paying copays, keep waiting for appointments, keep getting no answers. Have multiple surgeries, try so many different medicines. Then you have to face new problems because of the medicine they put you on. This rollercoaster has been the last 25 years of my life. I'm fed up. I don't normally say anything negative ever.
