World Mental Health Day is an international day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma. Mental health awareness is a part of my daily practice. I am a neurodistinct Black woman learning to unmask and be my authentic self, deprogram everything that is not for my highest good and embrace all aspects of me through radical acceptance and radical honesty. I am grateful for my expanding access to the right people, resources and tools to help me expand my awareness, wellness, knowledge and manage my daily experiences with autism and ADHD. 4 ways to go when nothing is certain
