I think it’s funny how different communities on here will intersect

Really weird dream I had last night:

So, in the dream I was an adult, and naturally AS an adult, I got to pick what I used my money for. And I decided that the first thing I was gonna splurge my new-found freedom on was to become a legendary patron for Extra history(Actually not the worst choice I could have made), and request an episode on Emperor Norton. And for some reason they wanted me to guest-write the episode. (I should note that this being a dream, the entire crew were still very much in stick-figure form. Not relevant, but still funny.) But then, as were were recording the episode, a bunch of guys in banana suits broke into the studio, took Rob hostage, and said that what we were sharing was forbidden knowledge. Then it was revealed that long has the humble crew of Extra Credits been at war with these banana-men, and Rob is not the first casualty of war. In fact, the Extra Credits crew aren't the only ones on their side, and Damien from Emkay had been imprisoned for over a year in their horrible dungeons.

We had to hire a troop of monkeys trained by Jack Shepard himself to break Rob out of the banana-dungeon. And we went back to recording the episode, because we must never be stopped. The banana-men want the world to be ignorant of history, so that it may repeat itself. Though in the specific case of Emperor Norton that probably wouldn't have been super awful.

Then I woke up in a cold sweat wondering what the fuck had just happened.
