Submissions are always open but there is a backlog of submissions though. The waiting list is a few months at the moment!

pros 

makes you watch episodes you wouldn’t usually watch (looking at you Twin Dilemma) 

get interesting perspective on characters, like watching The Green Death as your first Jo story 

get to watch S7 entirely backwards and it makes it hilarious 

don’t get bored by Tom Baker’s seven year stretch

don’t get black and white eye strain watching 2 

simply the perfection that is the animation of The Reign of Terror

cons:

characters disappear, like watching The Green Death as your first Jo story 

watch The War Machines, then wheel decides you never see Ben and Polly again

watching The Key to Time out of order makes it neither better or worse
