I am back! This week song is called 'Bad Behaviour' and of course, the lyric video is on hatto's dumpster YouTube channel. Let's get right into the post.
About the artists
Elli Ingram
Elli Ingram is an English singer from Brighton, East Sussex. Her birthday is on July 14 (which I just realized when writing this post, therefore, this song will be out on her bday. Really cool!)
Elli grew up on a very musical family. Her sister played the piano and they both sung together, her father was in a band and her mother liked listening to reggae and ska music. She has noted artists like Amy Winehouse, Johnny Cash and The Specials as her influences.
When she was 18, she started posting covers to her YouTube channel, but it was her cover of 'Poetic Justice' by Kendrick Lamar that really made her famous. All of this happened around 2012.
A year later in 2013, Elli toured with the Drum n Bass duo 'Chase and Status' and signed to release the EP 'Sober' in their label 'MTA'. Elli was then an established artist and kept releasing videos and songs, which you can peek on her YouTube Channel.
Fast forward to 2017, Elli released her debut album 'Love You Really' (which is really good, and really interesting to be honest, take a listen if you can, you won't regret it.)
Then in 2018 she was featured on COLORS with a live performance of her song 'Sweet and Sour' , and in 2020 released 'Bad Behaviour' as a single on her own label 'PINC Records'
Elli is still very active on social media like her instagram, twitter and facebook page. You can also visit her website for merch and the latest updates.
Capital Orchestra
Capital Orchestra was founded by Sam Gale (the orch. director) in 2018 as a platform for London-based musicians to network with others beyond their own area of training. He has led the orchestra to 3 sell out events, multiple artist collaborations and performances at London's top venues.
Since the pandemic shut down everything, Capital Orchestra decided to start their Online Collab Series, which had 3 covers, with all the performers in separate rooms, impressive, to say the least.
There is not a lot of info about them, and it seems like since 2020 or 2021 they haven't had much activity. Anyway, you can find them on social media, like instagram, facebook, twitter and their website (better on mobile devices)
About the song
'Bad Behaviour' is a single by Elli Ingram released in 2020, this version I curated here is a collaboration between her and Capital Orchestra, a version that features a Saxophone solo by Jonny Ford, and a lot (and I really mean a lot) of musicians, all of them recording their part individually). It's brass section is notable, as well as the exquisite drums and a great mix. There are also backing vocals that add to the song, and of course, Elli's main vocals.

kapag nag kkwnto ako about "guy bestfriend", most likely, hindi siya yung tinutukoy ko. HAHAHA. pero eto talaga yung taong nasa ups, downs and in-betweens ko for more than 4 years.
