The European Southern Observatory’s Extremely Large Telescope (ESO’s ELT) is a revolutionary ground-based telescope that will have a 39-metre main mirror and will be the largest telescope in the world for visible and infrared light: the world’s biggest eye on the sky. Construction of this technically complex project is advancing at a good pace, with the ELT now surpassing the 50% complete milestone.

Tune of Creation and their admin lil bro ancient Eight Loose Threads
They are my silly little autism creatures, and they are not a ship, they see each other as siblings so please keep that in mind.
Tune is built in the equivalent of Antarctica, they don't have a local group and were very close with their citizens. They used to be very confident in their work, sure they'd find the solution before their citizens would begin their trek down to the void sea. So it left them devastated when all their citizens bid them goodbye and left, all except one. Their admin, Eight Loose Threads, was trusted to be the last one to converse and check their systems before leaving chose to stay behind and trust that they could find the solution before he would die and be reborn into the cycle as something new (That's my interpretation of how the cycle works, that way evolution can occur and whatnot- eh not important rn) Either way, they both enjoyed the time they spent with each other before Eight passed away. Tune was again distraught and gave up entirely on the problem, almost shutting off and letting themselves fall into disrepair until another iterator intervened and got them out of their can.

LET ME SHOW YOU MY FIRST INFOGRAPHIC !
Hi guys! It is really nice to see you again on my blog. Today we have a little bit different topic to talk about. Our discussion topic is infographic and its benefit for education. As you know, this blog was created by me for the sake of course assignment. This week we were given a new assignment. Creating an information infographic about ethical and legal issues in educational technology. I used Canva to originate my design. It was very excited to create this type of informative design because it was my first time. I am new here- I mean on social media :) - so it was too hard to handle it for me. But it was fun. Besides from being fun, I think it is also very educational. While teaching process continue students can take benefits from this kind of design. Because of the visual feast it is also unforgettable. This can be useful for students. Also, because this design is far different from the regular course book, it could be a motivation for the students.
Before display my infographic, I want to share my infographic topic. It is netiquette. Have you ever heard this word? For the one who has never heard before , It is combination of two words. Internet and etiquette. Today, nearly everybody uses social media, mail, or anything related to technology. Just as we have some kind of etiquettes on real life to make the world better place to live in, the internet also needs etiquettes ,which is called " netiquette" , to safe and peaceful interaction with people. Is this information make you feel curios? Come on, have a look at my infographic and get information :))

ELT and the Milky Way
Image Credit & License: European Southern Observatory - Courtesy: Jens Scheidtmann
Explanation: The southern winter Milky Way sprawls across this night skyscape. Looking due south, the webcam view was recorded near local midnight on March 11 in dry, dark skies over the central Chilean Atacama desert. Seen below the graceful arc of diffuse starlight are satellite galaxies of the mighty Milky Way, also known as the Large and Small Magellanic clouds. In the foreground is the site of the European Southern Observatory's 40-metre-class Extremely Large Telescope (ELT). Under construction at the 3000 metre summit of Cerro Armazones, the ELT is on track to become planet Earth's biggest Eye on the Sky.

HITS THE SPOT
Idiomatic Meaning: Used to express that something is exactly rightor satisfies a need or desire perfectly; causes pleasure; satisfies a craving; be very good and successful at pleasing people,
Literal Meaning: Strike a specific point or area.
Usage: Formal and Informal spoken or written general American English. Often used in the context of food or drink that is particularly satisfying. It can also be used more broadly to refer to anything that meets a need or expectation.
Origin: Mid-19th Century – American English - The expression’s origin is a reference to hitting a target's center, or bullseye, with an arrow. It was originally used to describe someone who was satisfied with their shooting. There is also a claim that the phrase came from boxing when one fighter hits the other in the exact spot to cause a knockout.  It gained significant popularity through a 1930s advertising jingle for Pepsi Cola, which claimed that the beverage "hits the spot". “Fits the bill” is a similar idiom.
Why is this funny?  In the photo we see a large pot of spaghetti sauce which has over-boiled and left a large stain on an oven. Someone is trying to clean up the stain, or spot, by spraying cleanser on it. Someone else is encouraging them by reminding them that it will feel good when it is all cleaned up. It “hits the spot” when the cleanser hits the spot!
Sample Sentence: A cold drink on a hot day really “hits the spot.”

21st century learning
Hello wayward person who've stumbled unto my post. Today I will be talking a little about 21st century learning and how it affects us language teachers and what should we do about it
Learning and education in 21st century convenes around 4 important C’s.
Critical thinking
Communication
Collaboration
Creativity
I will not waste your time by giving dictionary explanations for each them, if we are here then we should be able to interpret what they tell us by ourselves.
These 4C’s corresponds with the technology’s step into education field.
Technology has, just like in every area it could reach, developed new educational materials and supplies. And these materials and their technologies are not stagnant, no, they are in constant development, always getting better.
And then there's us teachers, who are trying to compete with these machines.
For our students, technology is a vital part of their lifes. There is little to no area that they do not use technology in. And naturally when you take it away from them, then the students lose their interest and motivation.
Especially for us language teachers though, things get even harder. Language learning is a time consuming task and it is only natural for it to get facilitated by technology. I am certainly not against helping people communicate with each other and understand the world easier. But I will not deny it makes our jobs harder either.
In order to teach our students to our full potential instead of competing with the fast-developing technology we must learn to work alongside it. We must learn to see it as a part of our generic teaching materials. We should use the technology as a facilitator both for the students and for us teachers.
What do you think wayward person who's traipsing through my realm? Do you think language teachers can work with technology as an aid? What do you feel about students depending so much on technology that teachers have to integrate it to their lessons?
Have my questions pulled you deeper into my realm, mesmerized by the thoughts I've heaped on you? If you'd like to share your answers my realm will always be open to your words.
It was good to see you wayward person, may your journey from here be lucky and joyful. I hope I see your name around here again.
