On August 8, 2023, precisely at 8:00 pm, Mayor Berting Marcelo convened a meeting addressing all business proprietors, extending invitations to deliberate forthcoming strategies that could yield future advantages.

Under the leadership of Mayor Berting Marcelo, the administration's focus on the business sector—a primary income generator for the city—has become evident. An invitation was extended to all business proprietors for a meeting at the town hall.

As the business owners assembled, Mayor Berting Marcelo initiated the meeting, centering discussions around future collaborations between the government and these enterprises. According to Mayor Marcelo, the positive response garnered from the community of Los Santos for the previous Job Fair project has encouraged further endeavors.

In line with this momentum, the initial agenda tackled involved the prospect of government-business collaboration for upcoming events and future plans benefiting Los Santos. Subsequently, the discussion moved to the second agenda: an imminent Paint Ball event involving all city organizations.

This event aims to foster improved relations among organizations as well as between these groups and the government, scheduled to commence on August 17, 2023. The third agenda revolved around proposed increases to the business permit renewal fee, a notion met with mixed reactions from attending owners.

While some were willing to accept the extra fee, others expressed reservations. Mr. Azazel adamantly disagreed with the proposal, highlighting discrepancies in earnings among different businesses.

Acknowledging all perspectives, Mayor Marcelo revised the increment from $10,000 to $5,000, a concession that found consensus among the owners. The fourth agenda centered on hosting a Second Job Fair. The success of the initial event and the city's increasing population prompted the mayor to organize another job fair, granting every citizen an equal opportunity for employment.

Mayor Berting Marcelo's ambitious plans for the city hinge on the support from the business sector. He conveyed a message to the proprietors: through a strong partnership, prosperity can be jointly achieved. I wish Pose had gotten more episodes and more seasons. I wish we got to give the stories of Lulu and Angel and Papi and Ricky more space to breathe. I wish we had gotten a better excuse as to why Damon left or that his actor could’ve at least appeared for Papi and Angel’s wedding and the finale. I wish Candy had never died and she could’ve been developed as a character in life rather than through flashbacks and as a figment that appears when other characters need encouragement. I wish Elektra was given more time to transition into this very motherly role she suddenly takes on and develop her relationship to each of her children, not just Blanca, and especially Candy, as two dark skin black trans women working in the sex industry who feel like they need to be tough and cold to compete with the world around them but Candy shows her affection and kindness in ways that go unappreciated by many. I wish a lot of other parts of Pose had changed. But I’m not at all mad that the finale centered on the relationship between the two centerpieces, Blanca and Pray Tell, who pushed and encouraged each other. And while Pray Tell’s death, as expected as it was, was still heartbreaking in his acceptance and decision to help Ricky at the expense of his health, my heart burst seeing Blanca so happy as a girlfriend, a mother, a grandmother, a nurse, and an icon passing down the knowledge of her and Pray Tell to the next generation of ballroom.
