my dead friend janet’s SIL is in town and wants to get food, and asked me if I had great ideas about where, and it really hit that it’s been a year and a half without going to restaurants and the places I used to go with janet didn’t survive.

idk if this is normal for people who dream about people who died, but when her and my grandma who passed in February show up in dreams, it’s always with some dream logic understanding that they’re not alive to stay, that they’re just dipping back in cause they forgot something, like leaving your wallet at home.
