@lolabear87 asked what Mexican Dream looks like in my AU!

Tbh, I hadn't really thought about it before. M-Dream is kind of an odd character. He's in the same boat as Sam Nook and Sam Bucket, as he's played by a pre-existing character, and the canonicity of the character is in question (sometimes). I didn't really think M-Dream was canon until he was brought up again later in the series hahaha

He also falls into the category of a gag character; a character used for comic relief. Quackity did this a couple of times throughout the series, actually. That's partially why it's tough to decide what to do with M-Dream, since it's such a uniquely Quackity thing.

I had to solve a few questions:

1. Is RS!M-Dream going to still look like Dream, or will he look like Foolish?

2. Will RS!M-Dream's personality be based on Quackity's character of him, or whoever is in the role of Quackity?

I don't want to reveal who's in the role of Quackity just yet, but I can say that I think RS!M-Dream will look similarly to Foolish, and their personality will be based in whoever is in the role of Quackity. AKA, all his gags and comedic relief will be based in whoever is in the role of Quackity, and not Quackity. I'll give you a rough sketch I did of them. I hope it won't give away who's in the role of Quackity, but I think I'm safe.

DreamXD (DreamXD) - Dream playing god on an alt account

Tom Nook (awesamdude) - Sam playing a robot to entertain Tommy

Mexican Dream (Quackity) - Quackity imitating Dream for a bit (does this on a different world as well i think)

Girl Dream / Mamacita (Dream) - Dream imitating Quackity imitating Dream

Kyle HQ (KyleHQ) - Quackity on an alt account after he was temporarily suspended from his main, allegedly c!Quackity’s illegitimate son

Kyler (BlondeQuackity) - Quackity(?) on another alt, a shady lawyer man

Sam Bucket (awesamdude) - c!Sam if he was an Egg follower

(Ghostbur, Ghost!MD, Glatt and Boo aren’t here because they’re just ghosts of Wilbur, MD, Schlatt and Ranboo respectively)

(Alternatively, the Overseers (played by Jack Manifold) count more towards TotSMP characters for now)

(For similar reasons, Drista is also excluded, since she’s played by Dream’s sister and not by someone on the SMP)

can i just say i absolutely love how you can tell quackity likes playing as mexican dream and actually puts an effort in to put depth in his character. most creators don’t care about characters that start off as one-time jokes and they usually just get thrown away and not used to their full potential, but not quackity - and it’s one of the reasons why i have so much respect for him, because of how passionate he is about all this. like no one else is really pushing him to do this much for this silly little character that started off a joke but accidentally ended up as the single kindest most protective character with insecurities and everything, HE did that all on his own just because he wanted to. i absolutely love that so much. not to mention how he also uses md to poke fun at stereotypes, it’s just amazing

Actual dsmp lore bits that I don't think we talk about much

- Sally was never retconned, it's been two years and STILL it is canon that c!Wilbur fucked a fish and somehow Fundy was born

- c!Sapnap is c!BBH's son

- c!Dream has a hidden bunker under c!Tommy's old hillside base (which is honestly creepy as fuck–)

- It is also apparently canon that c!Wilbur reproduces asexually and birthed c!Fundy from his toe (don't ask–)

- c!Tommy just wanted the Egg to tell c!BBH to swear

- c!Tommy made his own therapy business once and I don't remember how it went tbh but I'm guessing not well

- c!Fundy is canonically trans (although that might've been retconned idk– I hope not though–) (update: yes it was retconned)

- cc!Purpled was late to the L'Manburg duel stream because he was out eating a burrito and everyone started streaming "War!" but traffic caused him and his (brother? sibling? Idk whoever drove Purpled to the burrito place) to get home late

- people in cc!Jack's chat called him Jack L'Manifold in his first dsmp or first L'manburg stream which is an epic pun

- mexican dream's ghost is just in a cursed class by himself. I remember watching that stream after a driver's ed zoom meeting at my aunt's house and being like "what the fuck what is going on"

- c!Puffy sued c!Jack for hotel ownership (Puffy being on Tommy's side, but of course now the hotel got fUCKING BLOWN UP– WHY MUST EVERYTHING ON THIS SERVER GET BLOWN UP HHHH)

– c!Sapnap was addicted to blaze powder and was actually one of the drug van's best customers
