Dragon Quest V have been one of my favorite games ever since i'm a kid and uh. You have to choose among 3 girls your wife and have kids with her but the thing is that i want the mc to marry his more or less childhood friend Harry, and if you make him trans it can be 100% coherent with the scenario. Tangent Review

So glad I decided to take a few weeks off writing for some me time really helps put stuff into perspective of priorities. Anyway with this down time I finally got to play a game I had been dying to play since I first started the dragon quest series.

My first game dragon quest was 9 and it still is my all time favorite of the dragon quest series, then again when I first played it as a kid, I did have a crush on my mentor Aquila during that game, don't know why probably cause in my brain I thought the tragedy of the pairing would be interesting.

Regardless I finally got to play dragon quest 5 and oh my god I loved it, played the remake and I have to say it I chose Debora, only cause I got annoyed at how heavy handed the Bianca/Hero shipping vibes were plus I don't like the blonde version of the kids, raven haired kids look a lot nicer.

Also I really like Debora like Bianca's okay but I like characters like Debora the most since there is so much to explore with the town she lives in saying how much of a piece of work she is and how no one expects her to be married and such. The idea of her softening from having kids and developing from the hero like Henry did with the hero's dad just made me want to marry Debora even more.

I get why some would be put off by her but I just really enjoyed her as a character especially with her form of affection yes it could come off as a bit cold or well other words but I just found that endearing...weirdly enough...? I like problematic characters sue me. Either way I really enjoyed the game and taking that time off was good.

Now to play 8 or to not play 8...I love Marcello but the grind would be crazy....

Originalmente desarrollado por Chunsoft y publicado por Enix Corporation, es el primero de la serie en lanzarse para SNES (SFC en Japón), en septiembre de 1992. No fue lanzado en Occidente porque Enix (@SquareEnixLatam) no quería pagar el costo de cartuchos más grandes necesarios para poder almacenar el diálogo en inglés. Las ventas pobres de DQII, DQIII y DQIV en América, también fue un factor decisivo.
