oh— hello — my beautiful void— one that matches the other inside my head — the only one who can keep their fucking mouth shut when I think—

today— well today— I feel good because im doing things with the intent of me. i am learning to only look back into my past for wisdom, motivation, and ambition. I am learning HOW to express my negative feelings through constructive feedback, communication, reflection and reassurance— by own hands- my own brain. Knowing the differences you and another human have are vital for proper growth, guidance and cultivation. Without those you simply are a poor farmer wishing god would pity you-

I carry my spirit high most of the time- at least I try- but now I am learning the signs and signals of depression- now I have talked about how I feel about depression— it is needed in a sense, dare I say a vital tool for absolute clarity- depression— are heads fill so big we don’t even know it until they pop (rage ignited by minuscule circumstances) — I know this because I am this- was this? Will be this? The more we notice patterns the more we are able to solve a bit more of the puzzle- and even though we can’t see the entire puzzle- it feels good to finally find a piece of yourself—

i have accepted my marriage to a ceaseless aching, but that’s what all good artists have— a built in muse attachment as long as they exist- terrifying.
