She was all flowery natural extroversion and fine in dinnerscene environments and thought of herself as having so much vocal zeal that she talked her own mind and was quite unaware of how many of the kids disliked her and one wondered what she would think if she could see footage of them speaking about her behind the back … But none of it mattered when that car pulled out on the left flank of the road and she was too absent minded to see it hurtling towards her vehicle and she drove onwards, and it struck full force into her bonnet. She had to go to the hospital and had to stay there for weeks. Suddenly her power was nothing, compared to a clash of cars; she thought that kind of thing only happened in films or books and now she was in a hospital bed at four in the morning with nobody to laugh at and no kids to intimidate with her poppy chatty charm.

As per 'A tale of three sisters', Luisa has panic attacks. In Encanto she has two breakdowns (after Mirabel goes to Bruno's room, and during the dinnerscene).

Luisa bottles up almost everything, and would feel very embarassed during/after her panic and prefer to be alone. BUT! I think Luisa would need to be grounded by having someone else be with her (preferably family, close friends and/or S.O.) to either hold her (hand holding, hugs) and count the things she can see, hear, etc.
