IS THIS BLOG BACK OMG <33
haha it was never truly dead. to be honest it’s just one person running this blog right now because the student group in charge of it kind of dissolved during covid but i’d like to find new mods that attend in the present time (i’m an alum)
4/1/2024 edit: I am a current student and an additional moderator! Ask away :) Right now I'm answering old inbox questions from years ago lol which may or may not be helpful to new students so please submit any new questions you may have

I've heard some questions from prospective students about Bennington's dining hall, so here are some pictures of favorite meals/drinks I've had from the dining hall and Roz's (Bennington's student-run cafe). The dining hall serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner on weekdays, and brunch and dinner on the weekends. Many of the meals are vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, halal, and/or soy free. These are some typical meals I've had - a 'diner' style breakfast, burgers/chicken sandwiches with a bar of toppings, pasta and caesar salad, ricotta toast with arugula and roasted tomatoes, pierogis and miso-shake pasta, chocolate hazelnut croissants and almond danishes, and of course iced and hot lattes. There is also a student service station where students can prepare their own meals with ingredients from the salad bar, an area with different types of cereal, and a designated gluten-free area.
If you have a special meal from home that you're missing, you can request for the dining hall to make it. There are so many different types of food that there's always something you'll enjoy!

Dining Pavilion
Again there wasn't much to work with but I wanted to keep the greek-type quartz and columns. I was actually planning on doing a different color table for every cabin but the description said the tables were white so I experimented with some table designs and I decided on oak fences and quartz slabs.
The bonfire is supposed to be surrounded by bronze so I used my copper substitute again and I ended up labeling the tables for each cabin in a different color for each table
Bonus: night view
Color list: 1. White, 2. Light gray, 3. Light blue, 4. Dark Green, 5. Red, 6. Brown, 7. Yellow, 8. Dark Blue, 9. Black, 10. Pink, 11. Cyan, 12. Purple
