Beautiful pen. My first nicer sailor, second 14k nib. Been fun to write with. The nib is stiff, gives some feedback. I have to use it gently, it doesn’t like pressure much.
The Celadon Cat by Diamine ink I used is a bit too light for this thin of a nib. Definitely thinner than western style medium nibs. Probably 0.3-0.5mm line width.

Cult of the Lamb art from 01/13/23 livestream. I used both fountain and dip pens for this one. The game has been occupying around 70% of my brain this week especially with the update coming out in a couple days. The Lamb is exploring Darkwood, I’ll be doing the other domains over the next week or so. We’re going to Anura next!
Pilot Iro-Utsushi with medium nib and glass dip pen with Ferris Wheel Press Spruce Country Post, Diamine Oxblood, Diamine Writers Blood, Diamine Golden Sands, and Pelikan Edelstein Star Ruby.
Platinum Preppy 03 nib with Platinum black cartridge.
Diamine ink pricing baffles me. Like… you’re telling me one 30 ml bottle is $13, but 3x30 ml bottles are $18, but 6x30 ml bottles are $23? It’s like… $13 for the first bottle and then an additional… $2 for every bottle after the first???
Day 2 of Inkvent. I'll be doing swatches with ink by Diamine for the second year in a row. Today's ink: Cashmere Rose. A standard formula and I. Am. In. Love. ❤️ I always love interesting red inks and this slightly neutralized reddish purple is 🤩 I need to empty a fountain pen ASAP for this one.
My Hobonichi A6 Techo saves my life every morning. I am extremely scatterbrained and easily distracted, and the ONLY way I can focus is by bullet journaling in my Techo. I’m a homemaker, and my A6 helps me keep track of everyday tasks that would otherwise slip my mind among my stack of constantly evolving to-dos. I don’t have the time in my day to perfectly decorate pages with washi and stickers or design intricate works of artwork for every spread, so a minimalist bujo approach is my go-to every day. Plus, the act of checking off tasks I’ve completed is really rewarding! I’m looking forward to trying out a Hobonichi Weeks Mega for 2023 and seeing if my approach translates well into the vertical weekly format. Do you keep a bullet journal? What planner are you using? Are you sticking with your current setup for 2023?
