Confession:
"The way devi in KFOS is walking on eggshells around the twins pisses me off so much. I get that the Basus are supposed to be the most respected women but to know how brave and strong willed devi's character is and not be able to make choices upon that is very annoying. Her being glad she's sarawati's friend, out of fear from being manipulated by her was the last straw, it made devi look small in front of sara (like, you're the main character, STAND UP).
Another person mentioned on the blog before that Amrita was the female character the MC was destined to be mean to and i agree thus far (until MC meets another victim to fill that spot), why would you belittle your own best friend because she's into an unavailable man, without even bothering to tell her said man was unavailable after finding it out.
I love devi so much that i can't help but get annoyed at this kind of hyprocrisy in her character, hopefully she gets to value her friendship with amrita more, and gets more confident, cause i'm nawt about to be the basus' pup nuh uh! However, I do think we will be seeing some development in the next updates, since with kairas' death, she will realize she has no one to protect her and her family and maybe even volunteer to marry the lord for the sake of being the head of her family (?)"

How is Vasant Panchami celebrated in the holy cities of India?
Vasant Panchami is also known as Saraswati Puja in worshipping the Hindu goddess Maa Saraswati. This festival marks the preparation for the arrival of spring, and it is celebrated in Indian religions in different ways.
The founding of the Deo-Sun Temple, the holy place dedicated to Lord Surya in the Indian state of Bihar, is also celebrated on Vasant Panchami.
Vasant Panchami is a symbol of the beginning of preparation for the Holika and Holi festivals of the Hindu religion, which take place forty days later. Vasant Panchami, also known as Spring or “Kings of all Seasons,” is generally winter-like in northern India and spring-like in central and western parts of India on Vasant Panchami.
The season and the festival are also celebrated in the agricultural fields’ ripening with yellow flowers of mustard crop, which is believed that yellow is goddess Sarawati’s favourite colour. On this day, devotees wear yellow outfits with accessories and delve into yellow-colored snacks and sweets. Some add saffron to their rice and then eat yellow-cooked rice as a part of the festival's feast.
Another legend behind Vasant Panchami is believed to be based on the Hindu god of love, known as Kama. Pradyumna is Kamadev embodied in Krishna’s Book. This festival is also known as “Madana Panchami.” Pradyumna is the son of Rukmini and Shri Krishna. He awakens the passions of the earth and its people, and the world blooms again.
Every state of India celebrates Vasant Panchami differently according to their region.
North India: Devotees worship the presiding deity of the family Ishta Devata/ Devi, on this day.
North Eastern India: Devotees from around the world visit Vrindavan in Uttar Pradesh for the special darshan of Radharaman and to experience the endearing decorations on Vasant Panchami.
West India: Devotees wear garlands made of jasmine flowers and yellow outfits with accessories, and the home is all decked up with yellow flowers.
South India: States celebrate this day by worshipping Sri Panchami, where “Sri” is referred to as another aspect of the one goddess Devi.
Every corner of India is filled with overwhelming joy and happiness on this day. Every corner celebrates this day differently, but your laddu Gopal Ji needs to be all decked up on this day.
Laddu Gopal Ji's room is decorated with yellow flowers and phool bangla laddu gopal for the festival of Vasant Panchami. The fragrance of mogra elevates the charm of the atmosphere. Yellow colour Laddu Gopal Dress new design should be in Laddu Gopal's Wardrobe for this festival. Laddu Gopal Ji is all dressed in yellow with yellow colour poshak, jewellery, accessories, phool bangla for Laddu Gopal, etc. During Shringar, a small amount of Gulal is sprinkled on the devotees as a symbol of happiness and the upcoming festival of Holika and Holi.

What are the two types of knowledge we must pray from Saraswati Devi? From Saraswati Devi we have to seek two types of knowledge. One knowledge is material knowledge given by material sciences; science and technology being developed in thousands of laboratories all over the world. They are trying to corner the external world with better set-up; better houses, better gadgets and everything better and better. Conquering the external world and manipulating the set-up which is called Apara Vidya. The Para Vidya is spiritual sciences represented by our scriptures which are designed to change our internal mindset. Material sciences are used to adjust the external set-up to suit our likes and dislikes. While spiritual knowledge is to change our mindset. This is extremely important for however advanced material sciences maybe we can never be totally in control of the external set-up. The external set-up is uncontrollable, unpredictable, and unsustainable and we will have to face unfavorable professional situations, we will have to face unfavorable family situations, unfavorable personal situations according to our karma. We have to face unfavorable set-up either temporary or face them lifelong. The doctor will say, “You will have to live with it” for there are many genetic diseases for which there are no remedies. In such a situation material sciences will throw their hands in despair. When we cannot adjust the set-up it has become a choiceless situation then you will have to adjust the mind. Our mindset and perspectives must be adjusted such that it cushioned and protected from the external unfavorable situations. Like wearing a cooling glass in hot sun that protects the eyes but when things cannot be changed externally we must know how to adjust the mind. That is why our Sastra make a difference between spiritual ignorance and spiritual knowledge. An ignorant mind is like a convex lens that magnifies any external unfavorable situation. The doctor only says there should be an investigation and the mind begins to dread the worst. The mind is always is insecure, always in panic and exaggerates every little difficulty. Spiritual ignorance exaggerates every choiceless situation. In contrast spiritual knowledge is one that makes a person face even the most unfavorable situation with an appropriate attitude. Lord Krishna in the Gita presents two techniques to deal with any problem: Karma yoga and Jnana yoga. Material sciences teach how to adjust the world while spiritual sciences alone will tell us how to adjust the mind. Mental adjustments are necessary when we are facing choiceless situations. There are certain situations that have no remedy and at that time you need spiritual knowledge to cope with your situation. Therefore pray to Sarawati for both types of knowledge. https://ift.tt/3baRdGR

#Vishnu is one of the most important gods in the Hindu pantheon and, along with Brahma and Shiva, is considered a member of the holy trinity (trimurti) of Hinduism. He is the most important god of Vaishnaism, the largest Hindu sect. Indeed, to illustrate Vishnu’s superior status, Brahma is, in some accounts, considered to have been born from a lotus flower which grew from Vishnu’s naval. A complex character, Vishnu is the Preserver and guardian of men (Narayana), he protects the order of things (dharma) and, when necessary, he appears on earth in various incarnations or avatars to fight demons and fierce creatures and so maintain cosmic harmony.⠀ ⠀ Vishnu was married to Lakshmi (the goddess of good fortune), Sarawati (the goddess of wisdom) and Ganga (the goddess who is the personification of the River Ganges). However, unable to live with the quarrels between his three wives, Vishnu eventually sent Ganga to Shiva and Sarawati to Brahma. In some accounts, another wife of Vishnu’s is Bhumi-Devi (goddess of the Earth). He is considered to live in the city of Vaikuntha on Mt. Meru, where everything is made of shining gold and fabulous jewels and where there are lakes resplendent with lotus flowers. ⠀ Vishnu has ten avatars or worldly appearances, which are people, animals or a mix of both. He is Buddha, the heroes: Krishna, Rama and Parashurama, Nara-Simha or Narasimba (the man-lion), Vamana (the dwarf), Matsya (the fish), Kurma (the tortoise), Varaha (the boar) and finally he will be Kalki, who will appear when the world ends, riding a white horse and heralding the start of a new golden age. 🎨: Sanatan Society ✨http://buff.ly/2syhNFw 🕉🙏🏼"
