clarice is about to start popping off. she loves the autumn and she has at least three dozen little blossoms in various stages of exploding pink engorgement. i'm so proud of her. i moved ruth over close because sometimes clarice's wantoness encourages her. bob, the chia christmas tree, is new here, and he has no idea what he is in for even though he has been putting on quite the big bushy fertility show himself. complications ensue

"Thou shalt not kill."

ilm adaptation of his fifth installment of Dekalog, a series that is inspired by the decalogue of the ten commandments, is a soul-stirring exploration of the darkest and rawest aspects of the human condition as it's absolutely gruesome in its vulnerability, watching this -along with A short Film About Love- makes it hard for me to view Kieslowski as merely a great director from Poland and not a sociologist with immersive knowledge on how to use a camera.

The way this film is shot is not like anything I have seen before as it felt like I'm not following the scenes but rather spying on a person, it's the realism of which he portraits the events; it feels like you are watching something you shouldn't be watching, it's extremely private, and you do feel quite an uneasiness that transcends that of the horrifying acts we see the protagonist committing.

Perhaps the most intriguing aspect about this film is the fact that you are well aware of Kieslowski's intention with it, and while I have always been in favor of capital punishment, I can't say I don't fully understand that intention, in fact, it left me doubtful of my own beliefs.

some well within their rights with good taste in movies laudably library patronizing bozo put a hold on dekalog one day before i was going to renew it. only halfway done, i had just finished the thou shalt not thrill kill thy taxi driver episode and tonight i was going to get to watch the thou shalt not covet thy sexy artist neighbor episode. instead, i walked up the big hill and took the shortcut through the frisbee golf course and put it in the return slot before they opened this morning

also, i just had one of those no big deal today this is really going to hurt in the morning falls while carrying in some groceries. please light a candle for my knees and back if you are so inclined imaginary constructs
