You are allowed one album's worth of preexisting songs (5-17) compiled from artists of any genre... with the goal of explaining your troubles, your history, your joy and your internal struggle to the world.
I'd like to hear your life's album, if I may.
(I'll reblog with my own answer later on, after I've had more time to consider it 🙃)

How would you like to be remembered?
As a pufferfish- No. Kidding. Good yet difficult question… I suppose as a loving father, partner and friend.

What are your views on the phenomenon of being reborn or past lives?
Jist curious :/
Death actually scares the living shit out of me so I try my best to just not think about it if I’m being honest, but I do believe in things as past lives and being reborn, look at Anne Hathaway and her husband for the perfect example.

Is cruelty measured more in the effect on the victim, or on the intent of the culprit?
My personal opinion on this topic is that it depends. Cruelty is a complicated subject and has many, many differing views, all on a broad spectrum. I like to think that I fall in the quote unquote middle of this spectrum where it could be measured on both effect AND intent.
(This answer will entirely stem from my perspective as a small-town-ish American high-schooler and for the purposes of the argument, both victim and culprit are assumed to be human)
Some might say that "killing is always wrong" but would likely make an exception in the case of self defense, proving that the "always" in their statement was an exaggeration and untrue. Others could have the opposite opinion and say that killing can always be justified, which is true if you're willing to make some large stretches and assumptions.
It can easily be shown to have the culprit be at fault, for example: if someone hurts someone else in an act of self defense, I would likely blame the cruelty based on the intent of the "culprit" as the question phrases it.
It can also be shown to have the cruelty to be based on the severity of the injury the victim received. The American legal system does it this way, giving different punishments for different "degrees" of murder and/or other crimes.
I believe that it is mostly a matter of the intent of the culprit. In the case of an accident however, it would be extremely unjust to allow the culprit to effectively "get away with" a crime that badly hurt someone.
TLDR: It could sway either way and all depends on the circumstances of the incident.
