-I hope you teach them showing emotions doesn’t make them weak nor a “sissy girl”

-I hope you talk to them often about their feelings and know what bothers them

-I hope you teach them to always talk about it when if it hurts

-I hope you teach them to cry. Like really cry it out, cry with them, let them cry in front of you often, teach them it’s okay to cry in front of others

Mother of girls

-teach your girls to show emotion

-not to hold feelings inside

-that crying doesn’t make you weak

-teach them that boys showing emotion isn’t weak, not to laugh at their boyfriend or girlfriend for showing emotion, but to embrace that they’re comfortable enough with you to show emotion to you

You see .. society is bent around men being shut off and emotionally unavailable at no actual fault of their own.. but because that’s how they were brought up, it’s how they saw other people doing, it’s how society pushes… when in all actuality .. showing emotion is absolutly not a fault.

Daily Tea

Yesterday I was a literally powerhouse. I did tasks that I had been too paralysed with fear to do and have been waiting for weeks to check them off my list. I think that exhausted me. So I knew today was a day to kick back and take it slower.

My tea was mostly chamomile, I haven't had access to this in a while and it truly is one of my favorite florals to work with, it keeps me calm and content.

I added some Rose buds, for it's restorative properties and to remind myself "hey, you did good yesterday"

And sweet fennel, mostly because it is another on of my favorites to work with and I saw it as a little reward.

Make sure to remind urself of your achievements today and focus on the small rewards you can give yourself, like me with my sweet fennel :)

Tea for today! 💚Greens and Roses💚

Preparation: Heat a Mug of water in the Microwave for 2 minutes. Careful it will be hot. Put your tea into either a tea ball or steeping sacks. Steep the tea for 2-3 minutes. Remove the tea. Add any sugar, honey, milk you want. Done

Tasting: This tea tastes good. It tastes like leaves and nature. It tastes like frolicking in a meadow. This tea is exactly what you expect when someone says leaf juice but that doesn't mean it's bad. It's tea and pretty good.

My Life Is Messed Up.

I was chillin watchin anime in my room, when my baby brother's nanny came in crying with the baby sleeping. I was so confused and asked her why. She told me that it was because my brother kept on going to fridge, eating a lot of snacks, then came to my parents' room where my baby brother and his nanny was.

And when his nanny came and asked him why he kept on eating so much snacks, he THREW a bottle of my mom's pills to the baby brother's nanny. Now you see, my brother is very athletic even though he's 10; he played ping pong and tennis every once in a while.

Back to the story, she tried catching it but it got hit in her eye; my baby brother got hit by the bottle at the back of his head. I'm not sure of what happened after that, she didn't tell me. When I tried asking my brother's nanny, she said the exact same thing except for the fact that the bottle didn't hit my baby brother's head.

I was like, "But since the baby's nanny was the one carrying the baby, don't you think that she would feel him getting hit? like maybe you looked at it in a different angle??? I mean, wasn't it her that got hit?" But my brother's nanny, being the biased Bitch she is, defended my brother, saying that 𝗜 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗵𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝘀𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵.

like, seriously, what the acrually fuck. I'm just trying to be reasonable, and she goes out here, telling everyone to shut the fuck up, and defend the person, who not only throws a bottle of expensive medical pills, but ALSO throws it to someone, AND NOT ONLY THAT he also AIMS it towards her EYES..

I had recorded both of their reasonings on my phone, and I did the same with my brother. But the worse thing was, that he DIDN'T REGRET it. HE DIDN'T REGRET THROWING THE BOTTLE OF PILLS TO THE NANNY. Seriously, and this isn't the first time ever. It's like, he wants things to ho HIS WAY. And if we don't listen to him, he would throw a tantrum.

I sent the recordings to my parents and the evidence too(they work full time). They told me that they would discuss this with my brother and the two nannies at night. I was like, "Good...because I swear to god if this holds out any longer, I'm this close to blowing up and beating up my pillow."

I could tell by the words they chose that they're afraid of what happened to my baby brother. We may never know the truth, but all I know is that the nanny got hit in the eye by a bottle of pills. I'm probably gonna update this later.
