Plan a vacation: take time out of your day to plan your ideal vacation. Think about all the ways you can save or what you can do to prepare. You don’t have to commit just yet but allow yourself to make time and changes for what you want. Think of the things you could do to prepare for a vacation and all the ways you could enjoy yourself.

I found peace when:
I began to trust myself
I accepted the things that I can't change
I realized that not every relationship had to last
I no longer let people dictate how I felt about myself
I started to appreciate the things I had
I accepted my own imperfections
I began to be honest about how I felt
I learned to set boundaries
I started to show up authenticity
I stopped committing to more than I had time for
I stopped trying to "save" or "fix" people
I stopped trying to prove my worth
I stopped explaining myself to people who didn't want to understand me

No "goals", only a viewpoint of the right to wellness is what you deserve. Mental, spiritual, job, relationships... dealing with the negative doesn't mean that is the only thing there is. Look around & stay safe. Prep the CV mentally as you wait for the bus, keep an idea for a new meal with swapped out ingredients you can afford, get a favourite item repaired, watch a YT thing that demonstrates a useful skill and see if that tells you how to find a new hobby, ask yourself what if/so what rather than closing down your chances. Listen. Talk. Stay safe.
Oh, and get at least two choices ahead instead of just the routine. You may find yourself being open minded. Forget face-space mypic pinchat & draw something to feel the drag of biro on napkin. Zero the givers of the negative who only wish to change that positive self you already have that is small and buried a bit.
I give you permission to say yes to yourself.
