Simattle is ready.

This is a massive unoccupied world I’ve been working on since April. I have play tested a previous version of the world for months simultaneously and have fixed numerous quirks along the way.

“A very large world for the Sims 3. It has so much to do for the Sims who get bored easily. Plenty of skill building activities in walking distance of the school, and a lot of beaches to enjoy the prime location! Build your own home or move into one of the exiting houses and have fun!!”

Name change and updated file. Lesson learned, do not put punctuation in your world file name. ( The 2.0 v2 is because I have a previous iteration of this world I have used to play test. )

Move-in Ready Homes: 65 ( 9 High Rises, 4 Single-Sim Starters )

Empty Residential Lots: 33

Developed Community Lots: 73

Empty Community Lots: 15

World Textures: Grass x2 Rock x2 Sand x2 

Spawners: All spawners are present other than World Adventures and Into the Future.

Required Expansions: World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, and Island Paradise.

Required Stuff Packs: High End Loft, Fast Lane, Outdoor Living, Town Life, Master Suite, Diesel Stuff, and Movie Stuff.

Required CC: Absolutely none. No store content, no custom content. Was my goal from day one to keep all CC out.

Note, the festival area is the one from Bridgeport, and when the skate ring appears it glitches through the ground, it’s hilarious. I meant to delete it before exporting, but then there would be no festival grounds in this world. It has zero effect on the game, my sims have skated on it just fine lol

Also, I have plans to build a festival ground on a pier that I needed Simattle v2 to have the correct lot. Some of the community lots are built into the cliffside making them only playable from 3 sides. If you want a screenshot from that 4th angle just use TAB mode. None of the residential homes suffer this issue though.

Lastly, I built this world to play with my 2021 upgraded computer and so far has ran great for me. 

One more note: There is a save issue with the first file I put up, so if you can’t reload your save just uninstall ‘Simattle 0.2′ and replace with current download ‘Simattle v2′. You will not be able to load saves made with 0.2, but your new ones with v2 will work perfectly fine. I’ve never had an issue with a custom world so I did not know that this would happen, but if you put punctuation in the world file name it makes that glitch happen. So sorry to those, like, 4 people. 

Here is a screenshot of my CAW layers. I expanded one of them to show that I have layers inside of layers for organization.

Might reduce the transparency of the planetary rings at daytime... and make them a bit narrower, but this is where we're kinda going with the sky for this hood! :)

Right now it looks all peaceful... but don't let that fool you... some say it's a whole different world when it's fall... (be prepared...)

Bridgeport expanded project

A while ago i was working on a project of a bigger bridgeport that included more of country side part of the town.

It's been a while since i haven't worked on it, and i'm not planning to do so anymore, but i tought it would have been nice if i shared with you guys anyway.

The world is fully functional as it is but there are a few things unfurnished (the library and the trailer houses) and a missing nectary.

NO CC - UNPOPULATED

I have not play tested the world.

Requirements I did use some EP, not really sure which ones unfortunately, i also did use the "Rim Rockin’ Basketball Hoop" from the level up collection (not required of course).

Much to be fixed yet, plants need to be adjusted to the ground and more rocks on the left side need to be added. But this look already gives a clear example of the beauty that will be behind this area of Pleasantview that is in the OldTown district! Charmingly charming! I LITERALLY spent the day tweaking this entire lake and getting this stunning look. What you liked the most?

Paris World Mod

Pack your bags, we're taking a trip to Paris!

This mod transforms Britechester (Discover University) into a beautiful Paris-inspired world. With the help of bbygyal123, I've created a unique experience that goes beyond just an aesthetic backdrop. I hope this new world will inspire gorgeous stories for you & your sims! ♡

Beautiful Street Decor

The streets are decorated with Parisian buildings, cafes with outdoor seating, and more, including iconic Morris columns showcasing beautiful ads designed by bbygyal123.

An interactive shop where you can purchase functional perfumes. There are 4 different scents with custom buffs. Storefront design by bbygyal123.

Functional Pâtisserie

An interactive shop where you can purchase macarons and petits gateaux. So far you can order 3 sweet treats, but I plan to expand the menu in future updates!

Foxbury Campus Overhaul

I personally hated the sleek modern look of Foxbury, so I've replaced the buildings to look more like Britechester university. Note: I did my best to preserve the core Foxbury object interactions, but my focus was aesthetics first, so there may be a slightly 'imperfect' experience for sims attending Foxbury university.

Coffee Cart Overhaul

The university coffee carts have a new design and a new expanded menu, featuring food & drinks from various packs such as croissants, crepes, macarons and café lattes. (Only food from packs you own will work.)

Paris-Inspired CC

New objects that you can use to decorate your own builds, including a functional espresso machine for the obligatory french cafe.

I AM CRYING HAPPY TEARS!! 

I’m going to upload it, why not, I’m flabbergasted having found this world.

“A beautiful town built around cliffs. After 400+ hours of work this world has everything needed for any type of sim. 9 empty lots, 17 pre-built homes (2 starter) 14 townhomes, and 4 high rises. The only careers not preinstalled in this world are any from Island Paradise and Into The Future.”

I did not get enough time with this world before. When I updated to a 12th gen processor my Sims 3 refused to work again and I had purged everything Sims 3 from my computer trying to get the darn game working again. I really thought I had deleted this world, I mourned for you!!!!

I had big plans that I am excited about again. Today was a good day. Be warned, this world has not had all the kinks ironed out.

I really learned a lot building this world and I put sooooooo much time in it, not to mention the builds in it. I can re-use a few of my houses here for Simattle. Super helpful.

I found this looking for a backup file for current Simattle because I lost a few hours of fence placement work in CAW, did not find that, but this is WAY better.

This file also has Simattle in it’s name, it s the OG Simattle that my current world is a better tribute too. I haven’t stopped working on Simattle btw, I slowed down but I've just been building houses. Lots of houses.

Fenton Street Food

"You know what's better than being a superhero? A street food vendor! Yes, superheroes can save the day, stop villains and receive hatred or admiration as the case may be, but a street vendor? They are at the heart of the action, fulfilling their dreams! They traveled the world feeding the masses, and even met superheroes, feeding them to keep them doing their duty, food carts are the centerpiece of keeping the heroes alive, they are the heroes..."

Maybe if Danny repeated it enough times he'd start to believe it, though seeing the monstrosity that was the Fenton food cart he highly doubted it. More so because it had fucking guns hidden next to the mutant and very alive Hot dogs (which by the way were not sellable, they were the mascots of the brand).

It all started when Jack Fenton talked about his dream of delivering his favorite food around the world, that fueled Maddie Fenton's idea, and since Jazz was in college and Danny was on vacation no one could stop them.

Soon Danny became a victim of his parents' eccentricities. Although the halfa had to admit that selling in Gotham was a lot of fun, thieves didn't think it was worth mugging him and the Rogues themselves bought his food of dubious origins.

It was almost a shame to have to change cities because Batman was getting too suspicious but Metropolis was waiting for him. And he would be back eventually; some bats who had enjoyed his strange roving food stall had waved him off with handkerchiefs, wiping away fake tears. Danny appreciated it.

Besides, Red Robin affirmed to him that he would recommend him to Superboy, so he wouldn't run out of customers anytime soon. He wondered if he should stop by Central City, the Flash Family ate a lot didn't they?

WINDENBURG 2024 ... A HUGE REDUX & UPDATE :)

Here we are ... After 2 weeks of intensive work :D comes the release of Windenburg 2024, 4 years after the first update and 8 years after the first release ... A long time due bold update where we tried to enhance one of the most iconic sims 4 World ...

We made a lot of work on urban stuff ( mainly ) and tried to enhance everything we could, except the ruins which are a work apart ;)

We enhanced the grounds ( streets, pavements ), the walls, some colors of the soils, the rocks, the textures, and even the fake buildings and houses :D

We made too some modifications such as the kakemono ( we made newer simlish pictures ), the streetlights ( we removed the stupid little posters in order to get cooler street lamps ), we added some textures to the plastic/glossy sculptures, we corrected basic textures we didn't make last time, we made an overhaul brighter aspect, we worked on many details all around when it was possible ...

Even where the textures were already ok, we revised the whole stuff ... Well you'll see ;)

We divided this Windenburg ( Get Together ) update in 5 files :

There are an important k-303 file in order to get all the textures in the right place ... a kinda "bizarre" element which doesn't appear without this :/ but do not worry, it's nothing embarrassing for your game ;)
