Medusa AU (Cursed au?) that Reyna, @toonteller and I have been dabbling with off and on for a bit. (we made it when i was taking a social media break in the month or so leading up to the finale)

Set Season 1, prior to Reunion, Sasha pisses off a curse user while on a mission with Toad Tower. She starts slowly transforming into a gorgon, and is pretty enthused by and abuses her new Powers. Becoming a crazy snake lady with the power to turn people to stone is quite the Power Trip for her.

she realizes she’s fucked up when, moments after their eyes meet, she discovers that the latest warrior sent after her is Anne. Toon has done some fun art of Medusa Sasha as well!!

u can never have too many au ideas (aka the cursed-sun/moon au)

(im copy n pasting this from discord bc im lazy sorry y'all fsjhf)

other au idea: Sun is a ruler or lord in a fantasy world or smthn and Moon is the form he's been Cursed into turning into each night. Reader is a low-tier magic-weilder (who has a secret past that involves smthn rlly Bad and they used to have a reasonable amount of respectability in th community but now theyre shunned and cant get a job anywhere and also has a big scar and/or only one eye lol) who's one remaining ability is the ability to lift minor curses or plagues. Sun has been searching for someone who can 'bless' the curse of Moon (or whatever is making Moon be nasty murderous bloodthirsty man) for ages but mages r rare and most of them spend maybe one night trying to cure Moon before either getting got or being scared into getting tf outta there

so eventually word reaches Sun of a mage who's been looking for work, with the only catch being that they arent very powerful and no one has much to say abt them, and Sun, who has burnt every single thread he has trying to find a mage, is like GOOD ENOUGH CALL THEM HERE

and reader is like 'oh shit this is potentially a rlly good job, the only catch is that i have to deal w a demon possessed guy thats like twice my height and three times as strong,,' and like. bc they have Zero Options and also feel like their life has run itself into th ground and there is little left for them/no way to get themselves out of their Issues, they r like 'yeah sure its gonna take a while bc i can only perform minor magic but i'll do whatever i can to see that this curse is delt with'

and instead of trying to face Moon head on, they start with just kinda,, getting to know him. he's kept chained/locked away in a chamber every night to keep ppl safe, but every night reader goes into the chambers, sits at a tea table just out of his reach, and just. talks with him

they dont entertain his trying to mess w them, taunting, cruelty, etc, but they talk when there's the chance for standard conversation. at first it's hell bc Moon is a little shit and he never cooperates. he never answers questions, he spends the entire night threatening to tear them apart and savor their insides, etc. they bring him a cup of tea every night, and every time he smashes the cup and throws the pieces at them

ok well point is eventually Moon starts to mellow out around them, will actually sit and have conversation with them, one day is like 'you think i dont know what youre doing?? youre just trying to bore me into falling for ur trap so u can kill me. i like ur style but its not gonna work >:3'

and reader is like 'i literally do not have enough magic to kill a toad let alone a whole entire possessed person' and moon is like ',, huh. so what IS ur goal here??' and reader is like 'i want to lift ur curse for both u and Sun's sakes. i gave u my word, and i will follow through, at the very least to clear my own conscience of a past sin'

and so eventually Moon, out of curiosity, and later bc he likes spending time with reader, starts letting them cast the healing magic on him, breaking the curse little by little every night

and at the same time all this is happening, reader is spending mornings and evenings with Sun and keeping him up to date on how the process is going and, eventually, becoming the person he turns to when he's stressed or tired or rlly just wants company

and idk smthn smthn eventually both of them rlly want Reader and they dont know how to act so they just b making fools of themselves but reader is a dumbass so theyre just confused

(Moon absolutely tells Reader abt every 'oh man i rlly wanna kiss kiss snuggle smooch the mage rn' thought Sun has during the day but Reader is so used to Moon being a little shit n making shit up to mess with them that they r just like ._. )

the plot twist part,,

(the secret dark past that reader is hiding is that they used to be a local mage for a nearby town who was known and respected for giving 'blessings' to ppl for small fees but one day for Reasons, they cast a curse upon someone and one of the biggest no-no's a mage can do is Curse someone so the town practically rioted, tore them down from their pedestal, called upon another mage to strip reader of their magic, and then cast them out)

(rn im considering the idea that the person reader Cursed is Vanny, who, because of her own curse, eventually went on to be the one who cursed Sun and Moon)

This video just gave me an idea for a somewhat cursed au.

I call it Seahorse dad au. It's an au where Eclipse is a trans man who never had bottom surgery. He accidentally got pregnant with Killcode's babies. He decided to keep the babies and would become the seahorse dad to fraternal twins, he would name the older twin, Hunter(old Bloodmoon) and the younger twin, Scythe(new Bloodmoon). Killcode wanted nothing to do with either Eclipse or their sons, so Eclipse is left being a single parent, but he luckily has the support of his siblings, Sun, Moon, Lunar(who is a trans woman in this au), and Earth.

(I got this idea when I read a comment saying that Killcode is canoniclly Bloodmoon's father, I then said "Wait, if Killcode is Bloodmoon's father and Eclipse made Bloodmoon, wouldn't that make Eclipse Bloodmoon's mother?" And that's how this cursed au came to be.)

I guess November hit me with inspiration today. This is for @winterpower98 after several of us chatted about the Eclipse Twins and Wukong trying to be friend them in his unique way.

Must. Stay. Still. And. Silent.

This was what Wukong was telling himself, over and over as he, transformed into a large teddy bear, laid in the arms of his precious Cherry. She had started to cry from a terrifying encounter in the city an hour earlier and now that she was safe in her and Apple's room, she let it all out. The Monkey King desperately wanted to hug his little girl, but he couldn't. He had to stay still and silent as he listened to her sobs while clutching him close.

How did he get into this situation, you may ask?

It started when he had stumbled across one of the twins' hideouts. He didn't realize it was one until too late, having spent time looking around until they came back. He had panicked and transformed into the first thing he could think of: a large teddy bear. They had been suspicious at first before figuring it was a gift from Zan. It was about 30 minutes before they started to snuggle with him which made him a very happy monkey dad.

He would keep visiting them, pretending to be just a regular teddy bear. They would rant to each other and him, they would snuggle up and sleep, and with Mami as their teacher, even began to practice and learn how to groom using him as a dummy. He had gotten a stern talking to when he ran into his mother after that first lesson. Wukong was grateful that his mama was looking out for his sweet little twins.

This was the first time either of the twins had cried on him. His heart broke as he listened to his scared little girl sob against him. He listened as his little boy tried to comfort his sister, reminding her she did nothing wrong. That she wouldn't be kicked out for a mistake. Those words made the transformed king want to cry and hold them even more. He knew he couldn't keep doing this. He was already afraid of breaking the trust they had managed to forge together. It would definitely break if they learned he was the one with them and not an actual teddy bear.

Which was why he had commissioned Bai He to make a replica of him so he could give the twins their privacy and they could still have their teddy. Or their Eclipse King as they called him though he would have preferred something like Sir Bearington the Third. 'They are such their mother's kids', the transformed king can't help but think. He has to wait for a few more weeks before the bear would be ready. Until then, the fearsome Monkey King must stay still and silent, as he comforts and supports his cubs.

Still and silent.

Ok, so, a few months ago, I talked about a „Cursed Tim Drake AU“, where my favorite little stalker gets cursed by one of the artifacts in his Home.

The curse turns him into a Wolf whenever he lets loose of his Emotions.

For him, it was less of a curse and more of a Gift, as it had made his Birdwatching Hobby a lot easier.

After his adoption into the Bat Clan, he mostly kept it to himself, because he knew that he had to keep his cards close to his chest if he wanted to survive.

The only ones who know are Alfred, Jason, and Cass.

Anyway, I wanted to add that the rest of the Batfam learned about it because of Ra. Not because he knew, but because Tim got so furious about him that he nearly ripped his throat out.

Why?

Because the immortal Fucker decided to fuck with his Brothers.

Bruce was Kind of upset because he thought that his kid was scared of his reaction. Tim didn't care about him and his reaction to his secret at that moment. Not when he had his secrets that he held over them. They did talk about it and Tim was kind of touched about it.

Still, he becomes a lot more open with it, since he sees no point in hiding it from them.

Especially Damian and Dick are thankful for it, for different reasons. (Damian has an easier time dealing with animals and Dick can suddenly read the emotions of his brother easier because of his Tail and Ears)

Stephanie just bullies him for it. She calls him a furry and sometimes buys him dogtoys. It's good natured.

Duke is super embarrassed. He has baby-talked and petted his brother repeatedly, even if he thought that he was just a lost stray.

Another thing that I want to Point out is that Tim was domesticated by a conspiracy of Ravens. It all started with Brucie, whom he found on one of his bird-watching adventures. The poor thing had lost one of its wings to Ivys Plants, so he took care of it. The rest of Brucie's Family just started to freeload off him.

(Tim still loves them and has taught them how to stalk ppl)

Anyways, the final chapter of “Blood of Gold”, my probably biggest fic based on @winterpower98 Cursed AU, is finally finished and available to read! :3

After beeing rescued, Jin finally wakes up to find his body aching and his siblings worrying. Previous bloodlose, and the anxiety of standing face to face with the six eared Macaque after having been kidnapped again, send the gold demon quiet literally reeling. Luckily, things aren't quite as grim as Jin believes them to be.
