Self-control whomst? No, this was bad of me. But in my defense, I've had multiple multi-day meeting ordeals lately, and this is one of the BEST activities for staying entertained while also listening.

And I had a pattern I'd purchased a while back (another megan lapp/craftyintentions creation) that I'd never made! So it did it, and it was INVOLVED, so much like so many similar craft incidents, i reached a natural stopping point and.... didn't stop. The blue and purple one came first! I did the fancy tentacles and no colorwork. But I had regrets about both those things, the tentacles were SO hard on my hands, and this is a lot of surface area to work without doing fun color things, especially when this yarn is so vibrant. So i finished one, slumped with exhaustion, and... immediately began another.

But I'm done now! For a while! Except for my two big wips and miscellaneous bubbalubs to use up yarn and eyes, but i SWEAR I'm going to find new entertainment now before i do additional unkindnesses to my hands 😂

started another craftyintentions pattern! actually am almost finished with the first half :)

these are the wearable ram's horns, (from set 1 out of at least 3 with wearable horns, but only the first is out rn. this set also has 2 other patterns)

i'm using 2 yarns held together

durable soft (says it's microfiber acrylic, is a bit more sheeny than most acrylics, and a bit more splitty, but works up beautifully) in the surprising colour name of 'dark brown'

hobbii metallico fine, which says on the label it's much less fine than it is. if not holding it with another yarn you'll need a 2.5mm hook. this one has a core of Metallic shit, and the outside is the 10% merino that's in there, making it the softest metallic yarn out there

i'm making these partially to be able to cosplay my dnd character Cobalt, who is a satyr. i've not actually, regular played him, but we'll get there. the other part of the reason is that horns are super cool

Cobalt will also wear the corset belt i made a bit ago, and matching fingerless gloves

the corset and gloves are both durable soft as well

Finally finished the eyestalks on my snail. This is what my hook broke on ☹️. Onward though with my goal of finishing WIPs before going to Air Force graduation in Texas.
