Pick Tumblr's Favorite Pokemon, Day 66!
Here's today's batch of pokemon! Who's your favorite? Remember, these first rounds are not single elimination - every pokemon with at least 9.5% of the vote will move on! (Note: the previous polls in this initial round were judged at 10% rounded, so i will be staying at that criteria to keep it fair)
Also, congrats to yesterday's winners!

Do non-Water type aquatics have different care requirements or is it about the same?
Well, like most pokemon, it really depends on the species.
For example, this is Little Mac, he's a Crabrawler.
He's also a bit of a bastard, but that's neither here nor there.
The thing about Crabrawler is that they're very active pokemon- they're highly competitive and will climb just about anything if you let them. They need a lot of room, and a lot of enrichment. His enclosure that he sleeps in is a mostly dry tank with a few inches of saltwater, pretty standard for arthropods like him.
His care is VERY different from that of, say, a Dhelmise, which you can really just plunk in one spot and leave in terms of space, but requires regular amounts of seaweed and marine snow to thrive.
I suppose the biggest real universal difference between water and non-water types is, uh, the water. More specifically, how much they need. Little Mac would be just fine if his enclosure didn't have any salt water (though his carapace might suffer a bit aesthetically), and Dhelmise could spend its whole life on dry land with no ill physical effects. Besides that, like I said, it's kind of a species-to-species thing. There's not really a one-size-fits-all approach to Pokemon training, y'know?
