Hey! Just showing another lil sneak peak on the video game! I have 6 areas with the complete list of enemies already programmed in. I have 8 areas fully done visually, with 4 more areas that have zero work done so far. Each area has a minimum of 8 maps, and a maximum of like, 18. Some maps are huge, some are small.

I've had a few weeks just to stay home and focus on game dev, and most of that focus has been poured into creating enemies and programming better AI. Some of the enemies are still.... very wonky, but most of them have been smoothed out.

Also I wanted to get some input on the particle effect visuals here! I just finished programming this enemy (Toughest so far) and I wanted to know something. When you hit an enemy and do damage, I have the confetti image, but when you hit an enemy and no damage done, I have the shields. Does that come across okay? (Also I know the shields are brighter when you hit the enemy with a sword, then when you jump on the enemy. I fixed that right after recording this)

Anyway, that's about it!

Do you have any upcoming cons you plan on going to?

Absolutely! Next weekend I'm in Indiana for Indiana Comic Con. Beyond that, this is what I'm scheduled for. El Paso Comic Con - April 12-14 Yellow City Comic Con - April 19-20 Palmer High School Craft Fair - April 27th Sabaku Con - May 24-26 Duke City Comic Con - June 14-16 Anime El Paso - June 22-23 Denver Comic Expo - July 4-7 Ama Con - August 3-4 Las Cruces Comic Con - August 17-18 Colorado Springs Comic con - August 23-25 Saboten - Aug 30- Sep 2nd Salt Lake FanX - Sep 26-28 Kadabra Con (In Corpus Cristi) Oct 4-6 Anime Banzai - Oct 18-19 I haven't gotten accepted into any of the November or December shows yet, but overall this is my list! It's possible it might change, depending on if I get off waitlists or not. Most of these are a lot more local for me, since flights have gotten so pricy. Doesnt mean I won't fly though, if the show is good! If anyone has any suggestions for shows to check out though, let me know! Some are so big I can barely chance to get in, like I've been applying to Anime New York and NY Comic Con for years, but I do my best to get into shows!

Does it bother you that people bring up Error and work you did in the past? Do you like seeing fanart for your characters in 2023? (Idk how to word this well but I hope you get what I mean)

Not at all!! I understand how much people love my Undertale characters, and even if I don't really draw them anymore I know they mean a LOT to people.

And although I can't help but poke fun at Error, I just cant bring myself to make fun of Fresh or Geno ever. I don't mind seeing fanart either! I get quite a bit of it in my mailbox still, though I don't respond much because I'm pretty busy lately. I know it all comes from a place of excitement and enjoyment <3

Just a little blurb but- I can't wait until conventions slow down and I'm able to focus more on the video game.

I realized the bare bones basics of most of the world visuals is done. I think I have close to 100 maps finished right now? And 3-4 of the locations have mostly finished enemies (The AI needs tweaking for some of them but that's alright)

I know game dev isn't my job and I have to pay my bills but... MAN it's really fun.

I swear you have no idea how badly the Undertale Fandom adores and loves him especially after Underverse and all, people out there still make amazing AUs and involves Fresh constantly

Last time I checked there’s an Idol version of him and I can’t unsee it cause that’s such a Fresh thing he’s just there to have fun and vibe <3

IDOL VERSION??? That's INCREDIBLE omg. I'm so glad people love him. I make fun of Error till the end of days (I do love Error but I also just love to pick on him!) but Fresh and Geno in particular I just. Cannot do that to them. I was actually a little hesitant to include Fresh in the game at all! Since he's more of a side character, with a bunch of other wacky characters as well in-game. Especially since I know what a big fanbase he already has, compared to everyone else you'll meet in-game. All the other characters are coming in with zero recognition. But the more I thought it through, the more this role was *perfect* for him, and it felt wrong not to include him in this at all.

Oh my goodness thank you so much for your kindness!!

Lately I've definitely been trying to push my art to the best I can make it <3 I'm hoping to do an 'Our Flag Means Death' piece, which will be a particular challenge since I usually draw cute bright anime girls and these are all gruff pirate dudes. But I finally got around to watching the show and I adore it completely. I HAVE to draw these guys! Gruff realistic dudes is definitely outside my artistic comfort zone, but that's how art improves, so I'm interested to try it out!
