Padme Posting

When I can tell you that I can talk about this woman's costuming FOR HOURS. I can, I will and I have done it before. She has the best wardrobe I have ever seen in a movies and she is in three of them. I see a look from a fashion week and sometimes my mind goes "Padme would wear that" (that happens a lot with a lot of characters lol). So for my first Padme post. I want to get some of my favorite details out of the way

lace and complex textures

detailed embroidery (sequins, beadwork, just to add texture)

velvet and other heavy fabrics

satins and tulles

diversity in style and references

cohesive but not the all the same

This is one of my all time favorites.

Using this as a jumping off point I raise you this Miss Sohee spring 2024. You have the same luxurious fabric and gold detailing.

We see padme wear tight silhouettes many times in the series.
