May the Lord give you increase more and more, You and your children.” (Psalm 115:14)
Increase is God’s will for His people.
“Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” (Genesis 1:28)
Increase was God’s plan back to the garden of Eden. That was God’s plan for His children.
Not only that,
God wants us to increase in knowledge, wisdom, and understanding.
James 1:5 says "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you."
Be encouraged to seek the increase that God wants to give us as His child. One place to start is to study the word of God. As we spend time in God’s Word, He will give us an increase in both knowledge and wisdom and increase us in every way, and our hearts will overflow with joy, peace and love.

when you’ve discovered the love you’ve prayed for, don’t let anyone or YOU rob you of that joy for the sake of perceived individuality or fear. be in love. swim in it.

Sometimes I stop and count my blessings and consider just how incredibly well-off I am by the standards of most of history: I can have as much butter as I want, whenever I want, and butter is cheap enough I don't bother to check the price.
Butter used to be so expensive it was a valuable trade good and common unit of conversion in Norway. Much like silver and gold, butter has useful trade good qualities: it's continuous, divisible, mostly fungible (at high purity, which is testable), requires low maintenance, and stores well - less well than silver, but better than milk or eggs.
Historical records indicate Norwegian farms might pay 50-60kg of butter as their taxes for the year, in lieu of coin. These days, butter goes for about $10 a kilo. A year's worth of taxes, reduced to $600. So cheap and common here, it mostly goes unnoticed.

Okay, everyone, it's that time again!
What are y'all thankful for today?
Let's see, I'm saying...
-an atv accident that wasn't serious
-Star Wars
-the time to write like a crazy woman
-@authortobenamedlater and @mrtobenamedlater and their friendship (wanna come to supper tonight?)
-a church family that really truly feels like one
-stories of redemption and grace
-tuxedo cake without any icing on the sides (tho I don't have any at the moment, it's still my favourite cake)
-be able to stay calm when someone else is having a bad time of it
-turkey and stuffing
-my parents
-also @clawedandcute, another of the wonderful friends I've made on this webbed site (hugs)
-for Love that never ends
-for music and words
-for my babies (writing projects)
-for my girls (Caro and Ari)
-for the way they've changed my world
Waking up today, I just gotta say, "Thank you, Lord." (Ah, go listen to Chris Tomlin, it's a great song.)
