His handsome face had grown familiar, although an eery chill coursed through your body whenever you passed by. He never missed a beat.
He was at your local park in the late evenings on the weekdays, as the glorious sun set itself into darkness. It was the only possible time you could go for an outdoor walk, considering you worked 9am-5pm, on the dot. And you initially thought not much of it, considering he too could be in the same position…
Although it grew even more odd, as you found yourself constantly in his presence. Whether it was at the local mall, your gym, or some cosy cafe tucked away into the corner of a street… He would always find you, and you him.
You naturally felt weary, anxious of the blonde man, as he often was alone and yet, paid no mind. At times, you caught fleeting glimpses of him, and occasionally exchanged a friendly smile. Although, as you grew more sensitively anxious of his intentions, you were desperate to avoid any contact even by means of eyes.
You soon tried to take unexpected turns and twists to your routine. Avoiding the park after work, you would remain in the confines of your home, only to feel the undivided attention of stern, hidden eyes embracing your figure through the clarity of the window.
Immediately blinds shut close. You could scarcely sleep… You would awake to a sudden creak in the floor, and yet as your eyes lurked and vigilantly scanned the dark corridors of your hallway, with only the beams of moon and streetlights aiding your vision, you were convinced it was merely the floorboards acting up. Little to know, a stranger was in your home.
You wanted to move, you no longer felt safe nor secure in the prior comfort of your humble abode and soon after, a blatant “for sale” sign stood proudly on your lawn.
The same creak followed that night, although this time heavier. Even your footsteps did not bear the same effect on your wooden boards.
As you hesitantly yet ever so slowly wandered the corridor, mindlessly and sleepily convinced you were once again, alone. Just as you had turned in defeat, intending to drudge back to bed, you were met with a sturdy force that stopped you from taking another step forward.
A few, crucial seconds had passed, as your mind had awoken in a bolt, fathoming that a stranger… Although, the stranger had trespassed into your home. Before releasing a chilling, ear aching scream only for a sheer second before the man forcibly drowned your screams of help, with the large palm of his hand.
“Don’t you fucking think to scream. I mean no harm at all, Y/N, just listen—”
Petrified, the hot tears began to swell in your eyes, blurring your vision before they shed themselves against your flushed cheek and the man’s hand. His other hand gripped your side tightly, embracing your body against his, you felt feeble against him, as you tried to squirm your way out, with no luck.
“Please don’t leave… Don’t ditch me now, this can be our chance together. Don’t take that away from me… I’ve been pursuing you from the start, and you never stopped me… I won’t fucking let you. Has my devotion not been enough? And you used to smile… What happened?”
How he knew your name you could scarcely say… and yet, your mind had plunged into a sink of memories (as you scoured for a name to fit his face, and immediately, “Aegon” had sprouted into your mind [hearing it being called out a dozen of times from the coffee shop].
“A-Aegon” your broken, muffled voice rejoiced. And immediately, a spark of relief tinged across his unnerving eyes.
“Y-You’re Aegon—”
“You-You know my name… My beloved knows my name, she does of course…”
His grip felt tighter around your bicep, as his hand covering your mouth loosened, your warm breath dampening his fair skin. You hadn’t realised just how close the proximity was, until you felt a twitching sensation brewing against your lower stomach, a bulge pressing into your soft tissue, in turn… Igniting an unfamiliar feeling in you.
“I-I promise… Your life will be better… I will make it better.”

catching the dreamies looking at you :))
nct dream scenarios where they can't take their eyes off uuuuuu
MARK
Tumblr media
you and mark spent sooooo long bickering over what food to order but eventually you decided on pizza. the delivery arrived and you tucked in straight away.
halfway through the meal, your cheeks stuffed, you feel mark's eyes hovering over you. looking up, you catch him with a broad smile plastered across his face. "what? what are you looking at?" you grunt, mouth still full. "aigooo. look at you" he replies, leaning forward and wiping crumbs off your lips with his thumb, pinching your cheek and chuckling to himself. "cute" he whispers under his breath.
RENJUN
Tumblr media
exam season was getting close and you had decided to study alongside renjun in the library. you worked together for a while but now the two of you had become super focused and continued your essays in silence. it was then that you realised that you could no longer hear renjun typing.
looking up from your work, you see him solely concentrating on you, instead of his laptop screen. your eyes meet his, catching him a little off-guard. embarrassed, he blushes and covers his grin with his hand. "sorry," he apologises, "i got a little distracted", he says smiling sweetly at you.
JENO
Tumblr media
you had a hectic week at work and couldn't wait to meet up with jeno at the weekend to de-stress. he greeted you with a sweet eye-smile and a warm bear hug.
you were now sitting opposite each other in a local cafe giving him a debrief on all the office gossip. you found yourself rambling on and on and realised that jeno was no longer chipping into the conversation. "jeno? are you listening?". he looked startled at the mention of his name. "yes yes, i am sorry" he says "i-" he pauses, "it's just-" again he stutters. "you just look so pretty today, i can't take my eyes off you". you giggle and he joins in too, grinning broadly at you. (.◜◡◝)
HAECHAN
Tumblr media
you had fallen asleep in haechan's warm embrace, his arms wrapped tightly around your waist, and your faces just inches apart. haechan shuffled backwards to get a better view of you. he couldn't get over how cute you looked. your eyes tightly closed, mouth slightly agape, chest rising gently with each breath.
unable to resist touching you, he repeatedly swept his thumbs lightly over your soft cheeks and pink lips, not once taking his eyes off you. the feeling of his smooth finger brushing across your skin made you wake and your eyelids flutter open. too tired to ask questions, you pull him in closer again and snuggled into his chest. "i love you" he whispers, squeezing you tightly. "i love you too" you reply.
JAEMIN
Tumblr media
jaemin was walking you back home late at night after a date at the cinema together. you were both so engrossed in discussing the plot of the movie, that you barely noticed when the pavement started to spot with rain.
the rain began to get heavier. you look at each other panicked, as you realise neither of you had packed an umbrella. "it's okay" you reassured him "we can run home and dry off there!". and so the both of you began sprinting through the rain. you were soaked from head to toe within minutes. at this point you gave up on trying to avoid the puddles and ran straight through them instead, jumping and splashing water everywhere like children and giggling as you got progressively more sodden. you look up from stomping your feet and see jaemin flashing a smile. "i love seeing you so happy" he says. you flash a smile back and run towards him. he opens his arms and you collide with him, hugging his waist tightly "you make me happy" you whisper.
CHENLE
Tumblr media
it was a cold evening and you were wrapped up in one of chenle's cosy hoodies. it was farrrrr too big for you. you had huge sweater paws and when the hood was pulled up, the fabric fell infront of your eyes causing chenle to giggle uncontrollably. subsequently his dolphin laugh caused you to have a laughing fit too.
later on, exhausted from all the laughter, the two of you huddled together on the sofa, scenes flashing on the tv. you were engrossed in the movie, chenle however was not. instead he kept glancing in your direction, softly smirking at you. your eyes catch his own momentarily and you smile back. after a few seconds chenle erupts in laughter once again and you join in, only stopping when you were both out of breath. "you're too adorable" he chuckles, ruffling your hair.
JISUNG
Tumblr media
you were both in need of some fresh air after spending a lazy sunday morning cuddling in bed together. jisung had suggested a slow stroll around the local park so you could both get some sunshine and a stretch. the spring flowers were all in bloom making the air smell sweet like honey.
all of a sudden, a tiny snow white puppy sprang on you, jumping up at your feet. immediately, you kneel down and pet its soft fur. jisung however, still surprised at the arrival of the dog, was slightly hesitant to join you. "look at its cute little face!! there's nothing to be frightened of" you say, looking up at jisung while cupping the puppy's face. "aren't you just the cutest?" you continued, now directing all your attention back at the dog. "not as cute as you though" jisung murmured under his breath. "huh? what was that?" you teased, looking back up at him. "nothing" he replied, smiling brightly as he finally knelt down on the grass next to you.

Big bear baby
-Gunwook x reader-
Warning:none
Requested:Hello, I love your work so much! Could you maybe write a fluffy drabble about cuddles with Gunwook and soft Gunwook? (Anonymous)
Author's note: hey there anon, thank you so much for requesting this cute lil gunwook, I hope you enjoy it thoroughly :))
°□°□°□°□°□°□°□°□°□°□°□°□°□°□°□°□
As the wonderful boyfriend he is,gunwook decided to surprise you by coming over on his day off to enjoy his time with you.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ahh spring, a wonderful season to go out due to the perfect weather, not too cold nor too hot either. The warm rays of sun and the delicious aroma of the flowers bringing a calm and peaceful atmosphere to your quiet and cosy house.
The problem was that you didn't have the time or the motivation to go out, too stressed thanks to your exams that were approaching at a ridiculously quick pace.
As a result you hadn't had the time to check on your boyfriend, who was also kinda having an hectic schedule as he was preparing for his debut on june. Boys Planet was a rollercoaster of emotions and a hell of a ride for gunwook. But in spite of the difficulties he was able to achieve his dream and get to perform with his new group.
On the other hand let's say that all gunwook's hard work would be rewarded with some days off and the first thing he did was to think about you, anticipating your reaction when he got to your house.
On his way there he remembered how you said that your exams were approximating and that you couldn't go out much, which was a pity because you were really missing out on the good weather outside.
But when he was getting there he stooped on his tracks as he saw something that caught his eyes, a flower shop.
It seemed to be a new shop because he remembered the cafe that was installed right there, an idea popped into his head, how about he got you flowers? As you couldn't get out to see the beautiful flowers he would bring them to you.
So he got there and picked a bouquet of your favourite flowers as he continued his way to his destination.
.
.
.
*toc toc*
You turned your head finding strange the sudden noise coming from your door as you weren't expecting any visits or any packages, so you thought they had got the wrong house.
*toc toc toc*
As the knocking got louder you decided to go and check out.
"Coming!"you shouted back
As you opened your door you were greeted by someone holding a huge bouquet of flowers I'm front of his face, hiding it from you. But the little ring he held on his pinky finger gave it away who the owner was, making you giggle on the process.
"Gunwookie, I know it's you"you said sighing at his antics.
He gave you the flowers laughing at your response and giving you a big hug.
"I missed you so much"
"Me too, but aren't you supposed to be practising right now?"
"Well I've got some days off"
You looked at him smiling widely as you separated from the hug.
"Really?"
"Aha, so let me in and let's cuddle for a little bit"
You accepted gladly his request as you went to your room and gathered all your things that were spread on your bed.
After organising for a little bit he jumped on your bed like a little kid and got under the blankets.
"Come here bubs, it's so comfortable"
You threw yourself on top of him taking him by surprise as he wasn't "en garde" (yes I did that) and filling the room with both of your giggles.
He positioned himself on your chest as he loved being the little spoon and he was really tired due to practising non-stop for his debut.
He wrapped his arms around you as you were carresing his soft locks in order to help him relax and take a nap.
As you continued for over 5 minutes you heard soft snores and his chest going up and down softly and steadily.
"Sleep well pookie, I love you"you said as you kissed the top of his head
"Mhmm I love you"he murmured in his sleep

headcanon: Castiel would be those celebrities who is always with his family. When he travels on tour, he takes Candy and their children with him. Castiel's voice relaxes the baby and makes them fall asleep in his arms. Pancake and the baby become friends and get into trouble together.

i just need cuddles :((
Is it too much? Are my expectations too high or am I too hard to love?
I just need a tall, mature, sweet girlfriend with dark, brown hair that would snuggle with me all day under the blankets. There would be plushies and kittens and it would feel so cosy. She would make us curl up closer and I'd feel all warm and fuzzy. The smothering each other with kisses kind of love, kissing their temple, cheek, and the side of their nose. Cuddling by the fire, reassuring each other. She could praise me and comfort me at all times, we would read books, watch autumn pass by, snuggle when it was raining, and give each other nicknames. She would be my teddy bear. We would need each other so, so much it might turn out as separation anxiety. She would hug me closer while I mumble incoherent words and it would tell her how happy I am. I would reassure her that she makes me feel safe, warm, and loved. The your arms feel like home kind of love. We would give each other space, motivate each other to grow, help each other, and complete each other. Walking in the park to a library or a cafe, cosy Christmas time, practicing being assertive. Making soft, tender love under the covers in our bed. Being there for each other when we can, facing the struggles of conflict. Striving to live our dream life in this impossible world full of possibilities. A moon and her little star. A star and her big moon. The we complete each other and will forever support each other kind of love. That would only happen in an impossible world, that's why it makes me wonder in which world I do live. I can only hope I'll meet my moon. And that she would find a little star in me. Look in the stars. Aim. ignite.

Aaron Loses His Temper With Dire Consequences.
Mackron fanfic.
Aaron stood propping up the bar at the Woolpack.
"Isn't it about time you sorted that husband of yours out?" said Cain. "He was in the cafe yesterday with Isla and the twins and Claudette had to help him to feed the twins. He was really struggling"
"What's it got to do with you?" snarled Aaron.
"I was just making an observation coz you're in a state the way you're knocking back the booze" said Cain.
"Well observe this" yelled Aaron taking a swing at Cain sending him sprawling across the pub and hitting his head on a table.
"Cain" yelled Charity "What the hell got into you Aaron you've knocked him out"
"You need to call an ambulance Chas" said Caleb who was bending over Cain. He's got a nasty head wound and he's out for the count"
Cain was taken to hospital on blue lights and taken straight into resuss.
"Where is he?" Moira asked Caleb as she arrived at the hospital..
"He was taken into resuss but he's on life support now" said Caleb just as a doctor arrived to speak to Moira.
Th doctor explained that Cain had a brain injury and his condition was life threatening.
"Aaron what got into you?" Moira asked Aaron who was pacing up and down. "If Cain dies you're looking at a prison sentence for murder"
"Moira I'm sorry" Aaron blurted out.
"Just get out of my sight" said Moira "I can't bear to look at you"
"You'd best go Aaron" said Caleb "I'll stay with Moira"
Aaron made his way back to the pub where Gail was mopping up the blood.
"What the hell were you thinking" Chas shouted at Aaron "What is wrong with you"
"He was criticising me and I saw red" Aaron replied.
"Just coz you've had another domestic with Mackenzie doesn't give you the right to take it out on innocent people" said Chas.
"I said I'm sorry" said Aaron.
"Well sorry won't cut it if he dies Aaron" said Chas. "You'd better sleep at your flat again tonight as I don't trust you near your daughter"
"Where is Isla?" asked Aaron.
"Mack dropped her off yesterday as he couldn't cope with Isla and the twins" said Chas.
"You know I'd never hurt Isla" said Aaron "She means the world to me"
"Yes and I'm protecting her from her mum and you" said Chas "In fact Mack and the twins are moving in with me tonight as he's struggling"
"Oh so you've got a cosy little set up with my husband" Aaron said sarcastically "Just don't tell me when you get pregnant then" he said as Chas slapped her sons face.
"How dare you" Chas yelled at her son.
"Chas is right Aaron" said Marlon "Those little girls should be yours and Macks priority"
"Like Ivy you mean is your main priority" Aaron said angrily "You and Rhona have taken her away from Gus"
"It's nothing like our situation Aaron" said Marlon.
"Ignore him" said Chas as Aaron pushed his way behind the bar and took a bottle of vodka and left. "I'll put in for custody of Isla if those two idiots can't sort themselves out" she told Marlon.
"You've really bonded with that little girl haven't you Chas" said Marlon.
"I have" said Chas tearfully.
"And I've bonded with Ivy" said Marlon giving Chas a hug.

Helo i see you often mentioning florence here on tumblr, did you live there? I have to move there for work in a few weeks and i was wondering what it's like for foreigners
Hi! I haven't lived in Florence year-round, but before the pandemic, I'd spend winters there, during the off-season of my seasonal job. I love it, it's an incredible city!
I found it pretty easy to navigate as a foreigner, even my first winter there when I didn't speak any Italian beyond basic courtesies. It's a huge tourist destination, and therefore there's a ton of resources for visitors which you can refer to. (I'd definitely recommend Parola Scuola if you are looking for language classes - the professors are wonderful). I found people were generally friendly, neutral at worst, and I was able to find my way around public transit/grocery stores/etc without issue.
Florence is also a relatively small city (you can cross the historical center on foot in about 45 minutes) and a pretty safe one, outside the risk of pick-pocketing. I found that made the move there significantly less overwhelming - it didn't take long to get my bearings and feel comfortable. And the central train station is very well-connected to the rest of the country, making it easy to visit other cities once I was settled.
While you're there, here's a few of my favorite places! Mostly places to eat, because love is in the Good Food and having one or two reliably good places to get a coffee always helps me feel more at home.
La Cite and Biblioteca delle Oblate - One of the things I do miss while in Italy is the kind of cafe culture where you settle in and read/study/work for a while. Both of these library/bar/cafes are lovely places for that, and BdO has a beautiful view of the Duomo.
Da' Vinattieri - If you want to try lampredotto, this has my vote for the best in the city.
Gustapizza - some of the best pizza in the city, and pretty inexpensive; usually really crowded, so consider going on a nice day and eating in the nearby piazza.
Osteria Santo Spirito - Amazing homemade pasta, and affordable; you can order half-portions which are still very generous. Their truffle gnocchi is one of the best meals I have ever had.
I Dolci di Patrizio Cosi - my favorite pastry shop! The woman who is usually behind the counter is very kind. Try a marocchino and any of their pastries.
Street art! Not to sound like a broken record because this is 90% of what I post about Florence, but it has a really incredible community of artists, and genuinely one of my favorite things to do is just go for walks looking for new pieces. Dhai Studio on Via di S. Niccolò has stickers and framed works from some of the otherwise anonymous local artists!
The San'Ambrogio market for food and Piazza Annigoni for antiques/flea market are both a lot of fun to walk around.
On nice days people go to Piazza dei Pitti and sit in the sun.
Night bakeries - you can sometimes pick up hot-from-the-oven pastries before dawn after a long night out, just be quiet and respectful of the people sleeping in the surrounding buildings.
Good luck with the move! I hope it goes smoothly, and that you enjoy the time in Florence!

find the word tag game!
thanks for tagging me @sarah-sandwich!!
words: hint, blow, tremble, smile, flat
all these are from my upcoming coffee shop/mafia adjacent irondad fic just a coffee shop
hint: (weirdly enough this is the only other extract of this fic i've shared but its also the only 'hint' ive got in this bad boy so)
It hit him, then, that he had no idea how a person went about getting a job.
The man looked Peter up and down, one eyebrow raised. His hair had a hint of grey appearing, and his face was beginning to wrinkle, but he didn’t seem all that old really. His eyes, though, were sharp and attentive as they picked over Peter. After what felt like a lifetime, he asked, “Have you got any experience?”
“Well… No…” Peter scratched the back of his neck, cheeks reddening for the second time that day.
“None? What about serving customers?”
“No.”
“Using a cash register?”
“No.”
“You ever baked anything? Anything at all?”
“...No.”
So that last one might have been a slight lie, but the monster he and May had made that one time hardly counted as baking. And it definitely wasn’t worth mentioning in a job interview.
Peter sighed, preparing himself for the inevitable rejection. He should have seen it coming, really. Should have waited and come back tomorrow with some sort of plan and a handful of harmless lies about his nonexistent skills. He hiked his bag up his shoulder, ready for the walk home, when the man spoke again.
“Good enough for me.” He reached over the counter, his hand outstretched and waiting. “What do you say to a trial shift?”
blow: (this is my we're talking about so yes there's angst)
It wasn’t until the first time Stane entered the cafe that Tony felt the craving of the lukewarm glass in his hand, the burn in his throat. The man walked in as though he owned the world (which he thought he did) and greeted Tony in that skin-crawling way only he could.
“Anthony!” with cheer in his voice and evil in his eyes. Just like that, he owned Tony. Again.
He was transported back. Watching again the smoking wreck of his house, sprinting to their old cafe and watching the windows blow outwards, sinking to his knees as the firefighters dragged him out telling him it was too late. Too late. Too late. Always too late.
Too late did he realise the truth. Too late did he try to leave. Too late to save them. And now, too late to stop Stane from getting to Peter too.
tremble
Peter didn’t recover until the weekend, when he did so so suddenly that anyone would have thought he was faking to get out of school.
The first day after the trip, Peter slept more hours than he was awake. May only woke him to give him soup and water, his own hands trembling too badly to not spill it all over his duvet. He got a little better over the week, able to sit up and feed himself–which he was eternally grateful for because honestly being fourteen and spoon-fed soup by your aunt was a wholly embarrassing experience.
He couldn’t quite bear the glare from his phone screen, but he put up with it a couple of times to send reassuring texts to Ned who was freaking out and had looked up various antivenoms to spider bites. The rest of his waking hours, he spent thinking.
smile: (look characters in my writing smile all the time, it's my crutch okay? there's 46 'smile's alone...)
The bell chimed and Peter hauled himself out of his seat. A single man walked in, bald and large and smiling in a way that made Peter’s stomach turn. He stopped in the middle of the cafe and looked around slowly, taking in every inch of the place. Mr Stark stood frozen behind the counter, Ned and MJ fell silent and kept their heads down. The man managed to suck the warm, cosy atmosphere out and replace it with an uncomfortable, tense climate.
“Anthony!” he cheered, throwing his arms out in greeting. “Good to see you again.”
Peter had seen Mr Stark smile, and this wasn’t it. His lips were turned upwards, sure, but his jaw was clenched and his eyes callous. “Stane. You too.” He spoke without emotion, simply formality.
“How’s the new place? Shame about the shop in Malibu, you had to leave so suddenly.” The man–Stane–shook his head, expression solemn. Peter didn’t believe a second of it.
Mr Stark flexed his hands, curling them into fists. “It’s going well.”
Peter watched the two. Stane’s forced friendliness made him feel sick, and seeing the effect he had on Mr Stark made him angry. And what about this shop in California? Mr Stark had never mentioned it before.
“Who’s this?” Stane asked, smiling down at Peter. He opened his mouth to introduce himself, but Mr Stark spoke curtly over him,
“My employee. Let’s talk in the back.”
flat:
Peter stood and sort of crouch-ran along the arm of the crane. A biting wind whipped at him, but he remained balanced easily and began descending the rig. He only went low enough to leap onto the neighbouring roof, along which he tiptoed to the edge and lay flat on his belly to peer over.
The car had stopped and four people were extracting themselves, stretching and grumbling amongst each other. One of them raised his arms up over his head, making his black jumper rise up and revealing a pistol tucked in his waistband.
“They’re armed,” Peter breathed, hardly daring to make a noise. He wasn’t sure if Ned even heard him.
im tagging @winter-turtle, @imyoursavinggrace, @sdottkrames, and anyone else who feels like it :)
your words are: nudge, grip, flew, silver, problem

My most Beloved A.,
thank you for getting back to me. I hope you don‘t mind me leaving you this last message here, because I wish I had had the opportunity to say goodbye too.
I am not sure you will ever see this, because you might not even look up my blog. But I didn’t know how I could put it out any other way, for it to reach you, even if only in 5, 10 or 15 years.
The devastation I feel cannot be put into words. I started writing this sitting in the bus to head to my nightshift, so it may lack eloquence. But how does one say a final goodbye to someone so important in a good manner anyway? You can never prepare for grief to hit you. For the loss of someone.
I thank you for being blunt to me about it — I wouldn’t have understood it otherwise due to autism or such, you know how I am. So definitely don’t worry about being blunt about what you want in life, I encourage you to keep this up!
I will respect your decision and I do understand it — you’re asking me not to contact you for your and my sake, because I don’t have the strength to let you go, if it wasn‘t imposed on me. Although it pains me and will continue to pain me for the rest of my life as much as it does to you, I will start to let you go. I find that grief over losing people you once loved never subsides, we take it to our graves, for it is indeed the continuation of love.
Before we never speak to each other again, I want to say that I deeply regret to have hurt you — such a lovely, the loveliest human being — during our relationship due to my own problems and life‘s circumstances. I am so sorry that I suffocated you with my insatiable need to be close, that I crushed you under the weight of my grip.
And I don‘t want to leave it unexpressed that you have my forgiveness for everything that has happened and that I will never feel indifferent to you or resent you because of anything. So please do not hurt yourself with bad coping mechanisms and alcohol.
Thank you for walking a path of my life side by side with me, I‘ll never forget you.
I will always feel fond of you and love you and think of you in everyday life, for your memory is everywhere — never doubt that.
I‘ll even love the versions of you that I will not get the privilege of witnessing, to be part of, because I know you, I know you to your core.
I genuinely wish you all the best, and that you‘ll live a fulfilling and happy life — how *you* want it to be, not your family, your parents, or anyone else.
This is your life to live and ‚sit with’, not anyone else‘s, so you shouldn‘t live it according to anyone but your own wishes.
If you can ever, in the future, bear to send me a postcard or visit when you‘re around, or feel lost in life and need a friend, I will be there for you. I will always be there for you.
Despite all my love, I understand you‘re asking me to let you go for both our sake.
I wish it hadn‘t come to this, but I don‘t want to continue to be a pain for you.
When I think of you, I will always only want to remember the feeling and perfectness of us sitting on that cosy couch, in a tiny cafe somewhere in Fr. Of you so blissfully sunbathing next to the museum, sitting outside a cafe. Riding our bikes around the fields side by side.
My balcony.
To be loved and love someone, despite.
To grant you your wish, I now bid you the fondest of farewells and I send you a very tight hug and a final goodbye kiss, my mouselet.
Forever your Sabo who loves you.

THE COFFEES AND CUTE MERCHANDISE YOU NEED THIS WINTERY SEASON: KIOSK KAFFEE
No matter what brew you like, we have got you and your special ones covered with the best coffee cafe in Pune: Kiosk Kaffee! With the holidays quickly approaching, we’re thinking about coffee in new ways. This season isn’t just about what we like, but also about what we can share with our friends, family, and any guests we’ll be celebrating with. Kiosk Kaffee is THRIVING now that winter season has joined the discussion! With its crisp air, cosy blankets, and steaming mugs of coffee, we adore this season. With Christmas approaching, we’re sharing some of the roasts and coffee merchandise that have Kiosk Kaffee spellbound.
Black Kaffee: Kiosk Kaffee OK, this may appear tedious, but bear with us! Black coffee does not have to be an afterthought or something to drink while the espresso machine is being fixed; it may be pretty tasty. When you drink Kiosk Kaffee’s specialty coffee, you’re getting the greatest beans from some of the world’s top origins. At this level of quality, the beans can taste radically different from the regular espresso mix or hospitality filter you may have previously been offered at your coffee shops nearby. The flavours of our specialty coffee are intensified and perfectly balanced, with citrus acidity and sweetness, and less of the bitterness associated with ‘regular coffee.’ There are also certain places that stand out due to their distinct and quite delicious flavour qualities. Brazilian specialty coffees may taste like nuts and chocolate, Colombian coffees may taste like red apples, and African coffees may be bright and delicious. Great coffee is similar to great wine in that you can taste the impacts of the nation, weather, and even soil from where it was grown. Order a speciality single-origin Black Kaffee at Kiosk Kaffee if you see it on the Kiosk menu today!
Kipichino: Kiosk Kaffee The Italian drink is named after Capuchin monks because the colour of their habit is similar to the colour of the finished drink and stands out to be one of the best sellers at Kiosk Kaffee. All coffee drinkers enjoy the traditional Italian cappuccino, which is served in thirds. One-third espresso, one-third steamed milk, and one-third foam. Cappuccino is made with a machine that presses finely roasted beans into a small ‘puck’ shape. When it comes to having the best cappuccino in India, Kiosk Kaffee is your one shot destination! During the winter months, cappuccinos are topped with cinnamon powder or nutmeg for a festive flavour.
Kafe Latte: Kiosk Kaffee The iconic latte is a popular beverage in coffee shops all over the world. The subtle coffee flavour and creamy flavouring make it a coffee that even the most casual coffee drinkers enjoy. Having said that, many people are unaware of the best kafe latte available exclusively only at Kiosk Kaffee! According to Kiosk Kaffee experts, a true latte contains one or two shots of espresso, steamed milk, and a thin layer of frothed milk on top. When these elements are combined, they produce a balanced milky coffee with an aesthetically pleasing appearance and a smooth texture. Kiosk Kaffee is passionate about making great coffee that everyone can enjoy, and we’re always pushing ourselves to create innovative coffee experiences for you.
Hot Chocolate: Kiosk Kaffee Winter temperatures may shake your trust, but hot chocolate will always be there for you. Satisfy your sweet tooth and warmth cravings with a steaming mug of delectable Kiosk hot chocolate. Well, hot chocolate is more than just a drink; it is an emotion, a sense of cosiness, love, and warmth to combat the wintry winds. According to Kiosk Kaffee experts, hot chocolate is made by combining melted, shaved, or grated dark, white, or milk chocolate with milk or water. Chocolate, like most good things, gets better when muffled into a hot drink. So why not take advantage of the maximum flavour and enjoyment that only the Kiosk hot chocolate can provide? Your taste buds will thank you for it.
Introducing Cute Merchandise
You Surely Need! Customers are queuing all over your store for their perfectly crafted quadruple, large, almond milk, no foam, caramel drizzle latte with starry eyes. Kiosk Kaffee experts believe that selling merchandise not only generates new revenue, but it also increases the value of your brand. Your business is much more than the products you sell or the services you provide to your customers. Your company’s brand is the difference between success and failure. When establishing your company, it is critical to consider all internal factors that may have an impact on your brand, which is why providing aesthetically pleasing coffee merchandise like stainless steel tumbler or ash coffee mug to your customers is critical.
1 .Kiosk Signature Ombré Mug Kiosk Kaffee introduces a matte finish mug with the classic kiosk logo embedded in the centre to fit perfectly to your morning kaffee regime.
2 .Kiosk Ash Kaffee Mug The Kiosk Ash Kaffee Mug is built for your both cold and hot brews cravings anytime anywhere! It comes with an easy to sip lid, stainless steel, easy to carry feature and double walled to ensure premium quality.
3 .Kiosk Etched Black Tumbler Inspired by the true essence of Kiosk Kaffee, Kiosk Etched Black Tumbler is a basic yet iconic kaffee tumbler along with the signature Kiosk logo to seize your day right!Posted in BlogsEdit

may 6th, 2022--2:44pm and sweating to death
previous log
on may 1st, i wanted to go to the verivery exhibit that jellyfish set up after their comeback! Melissa also wanted to meet with T and i, so we decided to meet in Gangnam altogether.
for brunch, T and i ate... something near us, i don't remember T.T and then we headed to Gangnam!
the Gangnam station has an underground mall of sorts and we looked around. i got a ,,, *something* for one of my friends,, can't say because i'll spoil it :") and a we bare bears chain for my phone!
once Melissa arrived, we actually parted ways since the others didn't want to aee the exhibit. i went alone, it was just outside exit 9, and was surprised to find it was only one room! it was so cool though, and it was nice to see so many verrers >_<
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
every person who came in received a ticket and a photocard! i pulled Yeonho the first time around !!
i went back to the underground mall, since Melissa and T were there shopping for eye contacts :O we looked around underground a bit more before heading off to knotted bakery!
(tbh, we were kind of unsure what to do thos day. gangnam is very much a party spot and if you're not there to party, it may be a bit hard to plan your day)
the knotted bakery was above a kakao friends store, so we decided we would take a look around after eating at the bakery. it was super busy and we had to wait for seats, but otherwise it was cute and fine! the donut flavours were unique.. i got a mint choco one but it was honestly way too overpowering.
back at kakao friends, i saw they had a nijntje section and fell in love with a nijntje bag they had,, (oh sorry nijntje is miffy's original, dutch name >_<). i bought it! for ₩45,000... i love her :") i've already gotten her dirty though oops.
we then went to a taco place for dinner. i got avocado bacon pasta, and it was good! i just think white cream sauce is not for me >_< the vibes were so good! it was busy and bustling and loud,, i like it that way :")
we then shared a plate of pancakes for ₩5,000 each after splitting it at a place nearby. ngl, very pricey for such a small serving.. but it was good! we got a berry one :> the whipped cream was berry flavoured and there were some frozen fruits!
after that, we headed home :>
may 2nd was monday. classes were still online so T and i quickly rushed out for budae jjigae for brunch at a place nearby. it made us so sleepy!
after our classes, we went to daiso and then to the airport to pick up E, a friend of T's who came here to visit. long story short, there were some complications and E has to quarantine. we were super hungry, so we ate burger king. i got a shrimp burger and it was not bad! same with sweet shaker fries.
an episode i just remembered: when waiting for the subway, i think to go to the airport (waiting for our transfer) we witnessed an old couple get separated! the old man got on and left his wife behind, since the doors shut right after. she pounded on the doors but the train left. honestly, she stayed super calm and i was surprised :O she called him and they arranged to meet at the next stop. i'm still hoping they found each other okay!
we trekked home on the subway for an hour and ate ice cream at luscious scoops. i had a hoji tea flavoured one. it was obviously strong but good!
on may 3rd, i had to meet in anam for a group project so i went there and had a really hard dunkin donuts granola bar on my walk to the bus stop. almost snapped by braces off!
i met them at the bean tree cafe. it was cosy! i had a strawberry latte and then went out for some food with one of my group mates. it was similar to budae jjigae but the noodles were like pasta, there was chicken and no sausages. there were dumplings! i forgot the name of the dish T.T
i met with T and Aly who were also in the area afterwards, and we went to daiso and did a photobooth. we then went to gongcha with and i had a choco banana smoothie, it was good!
on may 4th, wednesday, class was in person again. after attending the classes, T and i went to gangnam so she could return something.
before we went to gangnam though, we ate at a nearby restaurant and i had galguksu. so good!!!!
in gangnam, we went to the knotted bakery again and i had a walnut donut! so good !! we then went to fantagio, since it's in gangnam. seeing the building was a bit surreal.. to think astro walk in and out of there everyday!
we had banh mi at a place nearby. it was kinda pricey :// we then cane home and had ice cream from luscious scoops again, i think. T really likes it there for some reason, it's cute.
on may 5th, it was children's day! so T and i had a han river 'picnic'.
we had food from a nearby snack place for brunch. T had sundae and naengmyeon and i had bibimbap! it was really good :")
we went to the han river, rode bikes... we paid for an hour but biked nonstop away from the rental place for an hour only to realize we were many km away at the time we had to bring the bikes back,, so we sped back but didn't have to pay extra! the man was really kind :")
the scenery was so beautiful, even though it was a bit scary to bike because it was so busy, that we completely lost track of time! it was so nice to see so many people out and enjoying the sights :")
i ate a corn and T and i shared takoyaki. i also got a chocolate-covered banana... and dropped a bit of it :") don't worry, i picked it up! no littering in korea!!!
it was so hot so we left and randomly headed for hongdae. there, we went to a café called art.. something? T has been wanting to go there. the vibes were nice, but the menu didn't really have anything special for us.
then........ we decided to get our ears pierced. it was a bit of a spur of the moment thing, but i did tell Tracy i kind of wanted ny ears pierced a certain way. we went to heart attack, a place with super good service! T's friends who got their ears pierced recommended it.
i got 3 piercings and it was so swift.. didn't hurt too much!
we headed home after that, and pretty sure we got some celebratory ice cream, too.
on may 6th, yesterday, T went to Busan with her other friends. i went to yongsan-gu and waited for Dami at cafe bell:us, since she said she would join me.
i usually order in korean, but the barista was responding to me in english. he was probably trying to make things easier for me or trying to practice his english, but i was a little offended. imagine if i had been a fluent korean speaker--would he still have spoken to me in english just because i looked foreign?
i got an iced earl grey tea and a walnut cookie. both were really good! i spent almost ₩10,000 on them in total, but that's kinda the norm here.
when Dami came, we went to post poetics and awesome needs room. i've seen Jiwoo from kard going there so i wanted to check it out!
post poetics had a lot of unique, western books, mostly filled with art and photography. awesome needs room sold mostly hats and bags, but it was too pricey for us.
yongsan-gu is an expensive area, and there's a lot of young, rich people there. ut's actually where the blue mastercard hall is! where ptg had their fanmeet!!
we then stumbled upon music library. we didn't know what it was and were confused, but the english-speaking staff helped us out. it's a library where you check out vinyls and can listen to them on-site! they have vinyl players and headphones for you to use. Dami and i listened to Nirvana, Troye Sivan, Arctic Monkeys and Joy. it was super fun!!
we then went to a place Hongseok recommended for oxbone soup. it. was. so. good!!!!!! it was packed in there and very authentically korean. it may be hard to navigate if you have very little korean knowledge. i'm lucky Dami was there! there were so many side dishes and you could add as much salt, gochu, spring onions as you preferred.
we then headed to daiso and artbox and for some reason i bought way too many stickers, a photocard book, other things T.T i even bought these kakao friends earbuds since i lost one of my airpods,, the sound quality is not the best but it looks cute :")
we went to a gongcha, i had a mango juice and pearl, and then headed home!! from my place, getting to yongsan-gu was just 2 busses away :>
today, may 7th, is Yedam day! i'm feeling a little anxious as it's 1pm and i haven't left the house yet. Dami may be joining me but she hasn't woken up yet i don't think, so i'll probably just get going myself :")
i have 4 spots i wanna hit and unluckily they're all far away from each other :< but i have a route planned!
sidenote, one of the reasons i wanted to come on exchange was because i'm so overattached to my friends. i thought coming here would be a good break and breather for both of us, but even here i still worry about them a lot :") i'm definitely the only one who feels like this.. it makes me sad that things are so one-sided, especially because they don't know how loved they are and i am incapable of receiving even half of what i give in return. i just hope they take care, and i feel a little stupid not being able to function without them. even here, i always wait for their texts. even with T, she's just been gone a day and i feel so anxious. it's a journey though, i guess! i think i'm realizing i need to maybe put some physical space between myself and my loved ones more, and learn how to function entrely on my own.

大家好! K and I caught up on Monday. Plans to tuck into delicious local fare were siderailed after his former gym instructor informed that she'd just opened a brunch cafe and asked for support during the soft launch. K took me there instead. From the cosy interior to a very *interesting* washroom, I had fun exploring.

Food-wise, we shared the truffle parmesan fries, soft shell crab spicy pasta and eggs benedict. My favourite was the eggs. The only grouse I had was, the salad dressing tasted like cough syrup. The gym instructor dropped by and K provided her with my feedback. They'll tweak their dishes before their official launch AND they provided me with a discount code which lasts till the end of April.

More good news. Our government is scoring brownie points by trying to secure our future as much as possible. In addition to beefing up public health, vertical farming and food automation, they're helping older employees to upgrade their skills and find jobs. Lower income earners will have their CPF (retirement fund) topped up. These are what we can derive comfort from.

The not-so-pleasant: shrinkflation is a thing. Over the weekend, Grace showed me 4 puny paper-thin slices of duck that came with her noodles. This is a huge portion which she and Douglas share and they already pay more for added noodles and meat. I suggested that she buy smoked duck breast from the supermarket. She can slice it into portions and freeze to add to her noodles.

Better yet, Grace can consider not buying from that stall. We can understand that businesses are being squeezed but that doesn't give them the license to expect customers to bear the brunt of rising costs. I don't find this ethical at all when everyone is feeling the effects of an abnormal inflation. Maybe I should suggest to Grace to buy her noodles elsewhere. 下次见!
