Triforce earrings made with resin
I fixed the harp once (the straight line holding the strings) and repainted it to have different shades of gold.
Bracelet was remade so there’s 2 images of it! Everything here was hand made by me;)
for the shoes, I bought the base, and used foam and pleather to make the rest (straps etc.)
For the dress, I altered a pattern I got from MadeWithMaridah or Maridah.com
The Belt pattern is from Layze michelle
Necklace was entirely made of foam and some ring joints.

With Twitter’s continued existence being a bit uncertain, I felt like branching out and moving to a new platform so here’s all of my cosplay creations I’ve made in 2022 as sort of an introduction for what to expect from me.
I’ve been cosplaying since 2019 and I’ve made 13 cosplays in that time. I also do tutorial/WIP content and just generally geek out over materials and crafting techniques. I also do craftsmanship contest and panels so con-related content will show up too.
Pics (in order):
Persephone (Lore Olympus) inspired by Hannah Alexander Art’s redesign of the character
Rosaria (Genshin Impact)
Slyvie’s sword (Loki)
Gyurato’s Blood Sickles (Demon Slayer)
Slyvie (Loki)
Witcher Ciri (The Witcher) based on fan art by Aleksandra Skiba
Barbarian Armor (Diablo III) based on Barbarian armor set redesigns by Zach Fischer

Why isn't there a show where models are paired with cosplay crafters and the cosplayers have to make them cool costumes and teach them about the source material and the fandom and stuff?

Adventures of a foam gremlin learning a fancy embroidery technique (Part 2)
Hello and welcome back to the second half of my early test stages for adding totally unnecessary detail to a simple design. To recap, I had patterned and printed out an initial design and used a single layer of padding and just smooth purl. I did not like it and went back to square one to make adjustments. I also forgot to add photos of the actual materials I’m using in my previous post so let’s fix that.
Below is a photo with smooth purl in the final color I’ll be using (left) and some bright check in a color I won’t be using (right). I decided to redo my padding and mix the two different textures.
I also decided to give myself an even harder time with this dress because I fell in love with a gorgeous wine colored stretch velvet that is darker than the art but gives me all the glamorous villain vibes. I will hate myself for this when it comes time to work with the velvet but this was too gorgeous to pass on. This deep color paired with the very aptly named rich gold purl will look so stunning. The contrast is just delicious.
I also reorganized my goldwork box since I now had pearl purl, bright check, spiral and smooth purl all in the lovely shade ‘rich gold’. I also have shiny embroidery scissors because a cosplayer can never have too many scissors that have one specific job and won’t be sued for anything else.
I reshaped my pattern and printed it out again. I cut out two layers of felt padding to mimic the dynamic shape of string padding but without having to struggle my way through actually doing string padding. I also wrapped one half of my hoop in twill tape to help keep the organza from being such a slippery devil and sliding around in the hoop. Between all of the changes, this is looking SO much better. My edges are still messy because I’m bad at cutting the lengths right so I may come back to redo those, but I’m very pleased with the improvements so far.
Btw, the pattern I’m doing is 4 smooth purl, 1 bright check and I’m planning to do pearl purl around the edges. This will be cut out as an appliqué and hand sewn onto the velvet in later stages (at least that’s the plan *laughs nervously*)

No seriously, these are our cats.
They've been models for 8 years.
We make everything.
