Elvira has some news updates, especially for those of you who know me personally. 1) I had to fly out to CA because my father had chest pain. He ended up having emergency double by pass surgery, followed by another immediate surgery for unexpected bleeding. He’s been in the hospital for a week now, and it sounds like he will be there for another week. Despite the rocky road, he will be okay. 2) I had laparoscopic surgery this past Friday for endometriosis. Endo was found and lasered off. A couple ovarian cysts were drained. A benign tumor was found on my uterus. We will worry about that later, as I’m healing as best as I can. Happy birthday to me. This photo was taken after Elvira had her first spa day on Saturday at Poodie’s Pet Palace here in Renton! Nails grinded, oatmeal bath for itchy skin, ears cleaned, teeth brushed, glands expressed, and she even got fancy ass dog treats shaped like cannolis and donuts because I spoil my baby rotten 💅❤️ Also, while I’m sure these are sent to me via bots and people who aren’t actually typing them with their own two hands: I delete all messages about “promotional dog or pet stuff” that I get. I get a lot of these for some reason. Elvira is my baby, she isn’t a model. She doesn’t have to work for her keep. We chose for her to be in our lives.
