5 consells per millorar la vostra vida

Tal com vam prometre en l'anterior entrada publiquem aquí cinc consells que segur ús seran de gran ajuda:

1. Dormiu 30 minuts més tard de l'habitual els dies que necessiteu per ser superproductiu

Llevar-se d'hora clarament fa molta il·lusió per ser de les millors experiències de la vida, però investigacions recents suggereixen que dormir només 30 minuts més del que acostumes a fer pot fer meravelles per als teus nivells de productivitat reduint la somnolència, la fatiga i la tensió durant el dia.

2. Escriu alguna cosa que has estat posposant... i després fes-ho

Escriu una cosa, per petita que sigui, que has estat posposant durant un temps sense cap motiu bàsicament. Posa-ho davant teu on el veuràs tot el dia, en un post-it al teu ordinador portàtil si cal. Aconsegueix-ho durant el dia i regala't alguna cosa, si ho fas abans d'anar a dormir, descobriràs que el teu son millorarà.

3. Limiteu-vos a una pestanya del navegador alhora

No és fàcil de posar en pràctica, però és una gran estratègia quan realment necessiteu fer alguna cosa, ja sigui respondre als correus electrònics que heu anat posposant, finalitzar un projecte o una feina o planificar unes vacances familiars. Centra't en el que estàs fent i després passa a la teva següent tasca.

4. Deixeu de rentar els plats just després d'utilitzar-los

De debò. Si neteges els plats després de cada àpat, o feu servir la rentadora cada vegada que tingueu una gran quantitat de roba, passareu molt més temps al llarg d'una setmana que si feu aquestes coses alhora. Quan deixeu els plats a la pica fins al final del dia, o feu la bugada un cop per setmana o feu tots els vostres encàrrecs en un viatge de dues hores, estalvieu temps i espai cerebral.

5. Seguir Consells Vitals

Com no pot ser de cap altra manera el millor consell que podem donar és que seguiu aquest blog que tot i ser recent, farà que us convertiu en millors persones i apreneu a millorar.
