My magic is connecting with nature, working with foraged dried herbs and making teas, canning veggies from the farm, and putting up some fun lights! Today is also known as Samhain. Many people are unaware of the origins of Halloween. Formerly an ancient Celtic tradition celebrating the final harvest, it was also a way to welcome the darker time of the year. Samhain (pronounced “SAH-win”) represents the midway point between the equinox and the winter solstice. It is also the time of year where the veil between worlds is at its thinnest. So it is a great time to connect with your ancestors and loved ones who have crossed over to the other side.
