do u guys think that when kenshi goes on a coffee run he regrets ever asking johnny what his starbucks order is. like you just Know he’s going to order the most LA coffee you’ve ever heard of that contains both ceremonial grade matcha AND the finest ethically sourced coffee beans grown on an island you can’t pronounce with some sort of vague milk that is both dairy AND non-dairy which kenshi isn’t entirely sure is edible

Coffee Cake Oatmeal, 180 calories
Time: <5 minutes
Ingredients:
-1/4 cup Instant oats
-1 FiberOne Brownie (Streusel Cake variety)
-dollop of Cottage Cheese
-sprinkle of Cinnamon
Instructions:
1. prepare instant oats per packaging, cook halfway through
2. crumble FiberOne brownie and mix into oatmeal, finish heating
3. cottage cheese and cinnamon to taste (a little bit goes a long way!)
4. Opt. small apple, sliced

Here’s a truth
When you start saying no to yourself it’s hard. You are not used to being told no, especially not from yourself. But it takes patience and efforts, what seems to be a necessity now turns out to be a whim, a craving at most later on. Just keep practicing saying no to yourself. Do not bargain with yourself because you will lose in the long run.

Learn to say no, it’s the first step toward real restrictions and weight loss
