Thinking about Wymack saving a certain number of front row seats at the Foxhole Court for local foster kids or kids who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford tickets.

wymack being said to be allergic to sentimentality is really funny to me cause this is the guy who started an exy team for all the abused, broken people who probably never expected to get another chance ever again. i know it was a joke and sentimentality is not the same thing as being a genuinely caring person but this is like the equivalent of going oh that guy is not super big on emotions and the guy in question adopting a random pair of feral dumpster cats because they deserve what they haven't ever been given. it's so heartwrenching to realize that he probably wished he'd been helped earlier so he started helping people. when did he realize no one was ever coming to save him? when did he realize he could be a saviour for other people tho? i need to read in explicit detail all his struggles and motivations because what do you mean he never had a father but was a father figure for so many people? what do you mean he held them up and gave them as many chances as they needed and argued and shouted and still never failed to pick up their broken pieces even if it'd cut him?

The last week of classes begin and is significantly harder to get through. Friday night the Foxes will be facing the Ravens in NCAA Exy finals; Monday they'll start academic finals.
Three of Neil's teachers make classes optional, allowing their students to come in for reviews and practice tests or opt for self-study elsewhere.
Day: Monday, April 22nd / 23rd*
Time: 9:00 AM EST
*Due to the Leap Year, I have opted to highlight the day rather than the date to keep the events in occurrence to the 2007 year. I will continue to mark both days accordingly.

I love that scene in tkm where Wymack tells Neil he's going to make him vice captain the next year and Neil tries to politely decline (on the grounds that he'll be dead by then) and Wymack is literally like too bad bitch. This isn't a democracy and i say you're the next captain so figure it out

I feel like its an underrated fact the Neil flat out told Kevin and Wymack that recruiting him was a mistake and tried his best yo get them to leave him alone in Milport.....they have nothing to blame but themselves for the chaos that followed, my guy said point blank it was a bad idea.

Alternative universe where Wymack gives up his “above my salary” rule and just straight up disses Andrew when he is pining over Neil
⫸
Andrew: breaks into Wymack’s apartment to rant about how much Neil is a problem and a threat
Wymack: You want to fuck him so much it makes you look stupid
⫸
Andrew and Neil getting in their usual first book word scuffles
Wymack to Andrew after Neil leaves them alone: So what have you decided on? Spring or Summer wedding?
⫸
Andrew: allows some fox to score on him because he was too busy staring at Neil’s ass
Wymack not saying anything out loud but catching Andrew’s eyes with so much bored intensivity the words just materialize on their own in Andrew’s mind: Wow that was pathetic.
⫸
Andrew feeding Neil some “i’ll still solve you” or other talk like that
Wymack not even raising his eyes from some documents he was filling out: I’ve seen fucking garden snails flirt better than you.
⫸
Andrew buys Neil a matching phone
Wymack: And here I thought Nicky was the only useless gay in the family, good to see I can still be wrong.
⫸
Wymack calling Andrew after Neil hitchhiked his way back to his apartment the first time Monsters took him to Eden: CAN’T YOU TAKE HIM OUT ON A DATE LIKE NORMAL PERSON???? YOU HAVE TO FUCKING DRUG HIM???
⫸
Andrew: buys Neil like a half of wardrobe in a exact style Andrew prefer
Wymack: just aggressively sideeyeing him in silence
Andrew: SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP
⫸
Wymack: shamelessly using Neil to stop Andrew from acting out against other Foxes
Andrew: Fucking stop it.
Wymack: No <3
⫸
Wymack: sends Neil to Andrew to ask him to stop throwing balls at Foxes’ ankles
Wymack silently through very intense eye contact: JUST FUCKING BANG IT OUT AND STOP LETTING IT AFFECT MY GAMEPLAY
⫸
Wymack: Do threats of violence usually work for you? Or do you know about some Neil's fetish none of us are privy to?
⫸
Wymack to Andrew: Its good to know there is something that both you and Aaron share. I just didn't expect it to be inability to act like normal human beings around your crushes.

Sometimes, I think about the fact that Wymack is Kevin's dad, and I want to weep. He dedicated his entire life to helping others who had grown up like he had, only to find out that his own son had grown up a caged and abused wreck? That's a level of pain that I can't even fathom.

Somehow Neil ends up at the Foxhole Court instead.
Wymack doesn't look surprised to see him, but he makes Neil swear he won't fail any classes before he'll loan Neil games to watch.

crazy to think that alcoholism for kevin is actually genetic. we know that wymack's dad was a drunk, and that wymack himself probably struggled with drinking. alcohol wasn't just an unhealthy coping mechanism kevin got from the nest, it was an actual problem that ran in his genes. do you think kevin had to be super strict with his kids when it came to drinking in highschool and college to make sure that the cycle never repeats? So that they never get trapped in a never-ending battle for sobriety like him and the generations before him?

Wymack: What’s something you guys are better than Kevin at?
Nicky: Mario Kart.
Aaron: Yeah, video games.
Neil: Emotional vulnerability.
Wymack: no you aren’t, Neil.
