The stories had several names but for ease of please be the last name I'm reffering to this version of them as: CITB or Cat In The Bag.

It's about Toby and Casper and how they gaslight gatekeep girlboss their entire high school into overlooking them as the murderers while they kill, um, everyone.

This is Casper!!

Casper's your average like, popular high school kid at first glance. He keeps up with fashion, could probably get a lot of tiktok followers if he wanted too. He's smart, deadly so, but massively plays it down to be in the upper middle of the pack.

Casper definately got as far as he did with confidence. He's easy to talk too and doesn't care for the high school social structure, letting him climb the ladder rungs quick. It's hard to find someone who hates Casper for anything less than 'popular kid = bad' and even harder to find someone who distrusts Casper.

Casper's um, worldview is a little fucked because of his parents impossible to meet standards. He needs to get straight A's and have a social life and have time to clean the house and clean himself and shouldn't complain and shouldn't be anything but perfect.

He understands these things are wrong but doesn't understand why it's wrong to push to achieve them. Casper pushes and will do anything to do what he wants. When he wanted to have a social life and make his parents proud, Casper wrote a 'High School Career Plan.' which detailed what grades he needed to get on each subjects and a detailed study on all 179 of his classmates to make sure he was accepted.

When Casper realises Toby's the killer who's taken down 16 of his classmates, Casper is curious. Casper wants to know the how, the why.

Pretty quickly, Casper winds up as an accomplice to Toby, wanting to maximise the affect of the kills while minimising their risk of being caught.

There's only 4 people Casper cares about: Toby, Cara (His childhood best friend), Kathy (His ex-girlfriend who he broke up with after realizing he's gay. They're friends. Kathy gets the whole 'for the camera's act) and Kit (The guy he hangs out with sometimes). Everyone else he keeps up the nice act for. Their more of like, people you know you know but remember nothing about. They're all in parasocial relationships.

Casper's really kind to the people he cares about though! He bakes the cookies and diverts the attention off them, he wingmans them for their crushes, he's offering them a shoulder to cry one or a paracetamol and he helps them with their murder plans

Casper does not swear or make sex jokes! He thinks it's immature. He does find some sex jokes funny though and makes your mum jokes.

And this is Toby!!

Toby's a dick and I love him. He's rude and impulsive and stand-offish and infamous because everyone hates him that much. He's always covered in bruises and everyone thinks he's always getting into fights.

He hides in the art classrooms and sits on the roof of the school building. He isolates himself and reacts so badly to rumours people have kind of decided they're probably true so fuck it, they ball.

If Casper's worldview is fucked, Toby's is even worse. He thinks that high school's this cesspool and everyone there are just idiots who will never suffer their dues because High School isn't giving it to them. So Toby will simply have to take things into his own hands. But he can't pick fights to hurt them without hurting himself more and he doesn't have Casper level social skills to take them down in any over way. Toby doesn't believe people can change because that's what his abusers tell him so he realises killing people will nip it in the bud. Pay for the crimes he thinks they will commit. (Toby thinks as long as he is kind as possible, killing everyone is worth it for the later good)

Toby's the original killer and plans to kill Casper before realizing he and Casper are simular and hey, he could do with the help. (He's also so attention starved holy shit someone's talking to him)

Toby cares a lot for Casper and is willing to put his morals beside for them alone. Otherwise his morals reign supreme. He killed his old best friend Aidan when he tried to help him out of his abusive household.

Toby swears every other word and his humour consists bad jokes.

Also they're in gay love.
