#Caring and #mobility certainly go hand in hand, but we must better define how and why. Those familiar with the work of #NICA know that we are stalwart advocates for the #walkability of cities with solutions like #Gita or #Tonus. But there is still much to be done for the Internet of Caring Things related to mobility. It is an area where the "things" that take care of us are part of a class yet to be defined. Therefore, New York's CitiBike is a campaign we like. The advent of pedal-assist bicycles opens up new vistas for older adults - more power, more range - a technology that can put back in the saddle even those who had given up. And so it is worth bringing it up in communication as well. Shared e-bike networks are fast supplanting traditional ones, benefiting increasingly car-free city centres. And while two wheels may scare some people struggling with balancing - as a recent workshop we did with our community revealed - we are collaborating with a couple of innovators that have a different idea about the number of wheels to make available to us. We take care of our well-being, the planet, and our lifestyle: doesn't that sound like what an electric bike promises to help achieve?

Reto BMC en el volcán irazu 27,6 km de ascenso saliendo del restaurante mi tierra, apenas me pude escapar del pelotón iniciando la actividad, inicie subiendo a un ritmo relativamente duro, me mantuve casi hora y veinte minutos solo en medio del frío y las carreteras inospitas de tierra blanca de cartago, al final no pude sostener el ritmo y me alcanzaron dos capos, entre ellos Andrés Guillén de ciclo chinchilla y un pro del equipo de Matina, a final nos dimos relevos hasta que Guillén atacó y me saco una renta de dos minutos, sin duda alguna un reto increíble muy bien organizado y no podíamos faltar como siempre los #Mordidos
