Mint Greens and Unicorns
Chris Evans x Reader x Daughter
Summary: Chris’s daughter finds some socks for Chris to wear to a panel.
Warnings: I don’t think there is any except cuteness
A/n: my first Chris fic. I saw someone post this picture and the idea just came to me. Hope you enjoy.
Tumblr media
Lunch with your family was absolutely amazing. Chris had been doing media for The Gray Man the past week and had barely spent anytime with you or your three year old daughter. But today was different. He had the day off before he had a panel and world premiere the next day.
Ryland was attached to her daddy. She was in his arms the entire morning and then sat in his lap during lunch. To say she missed him was an understatement. And you knew she was going to miss him a lot more when he traveled to Europe in a couple of days and the two of you went back to Boston.
When lunch ended, the three of you walked down the street to the car, hoping to get back to the hotel in time to take a nap before you went over to Scott’s for a small family gathering. You looked ahead and saw a small shop that sold clothes and thought why not stop in just to see what they had.
“Let’s go in here real quick.” You quickly detoured in without waiting for a response from Chris. You walked through the racks and found a couple of tops you wanted to purchase. Chris had set Ryland down and was keeping her entertained while also letting you know his opinion on the clothes you were looking at.
“Daddy look!” Your three year old said getting both of your attention as she ran away from the two of you.
“Ryland.” Chris’s dad voice came out as he chased her through the store. Ryland had stopped in front of a wall of socks.
“Unicorn,” Ryland pointed and looked up at her dad. Chris nodded and then picked her up to walk back towards you. “No! Unicorn!” She yelled getting upset.
Chris sighed as he walked back towards to the socks and let her look at each pair. She grabbed the unicorn socks and asked, “Can I have them?”
“Baby, these are for grownups. They won’t fit you.” Chris watched as the happiness left her face and tears gathered in her eyes. He always gave in some quickly because he never wanted his baby girl to cry. He sometimes regretted it but he didn’t care at that moment. “But let’s get the right size and Daddy can wear them. Would that be okay?”
She smiled and nodded her head before handing Chris the socks she had picked up. Funny enough they were his size. He smiled at her and walked back towards you.
“Find anything you want?” You asked as you headed towards the counter to checkout.
“Got me some new socks that our little stinker picked out.” He held them up for you to see as Ryland cheesed for her parents. You both laughed at her cuteness. “They didn’t have her size so I got me some.”
“We have children sizes in that pair if you are interested.” The young woman at the counter said. Chris nodded his head and followed her to the kids section he had overlooked. As the young woman head back towards you, Chris let Ryland help pick out her size before following.
“Now we can match.” Ryland smiled at her dad. Proud that they would be matching.
The next day, Chris had a panel in the late morning before he has lunch and prepares for the premiere. Chris’s team arrived at 8am to the suite to help him get dressed and ready. Chris’s stylist had laid out his mint green outfit with some light grey socks.
When no one was looking Ryland had laid the unicorn socks on his outfit. She was wearing hers with some jean shorts and a mint green shirt. She told you she had to change shirts once she saw what Chris would be wearing for the afternoon.
Chris went to the bedroom to put on his outfit and gave a small laugh when he saw the unicorn socks on top of the gray ones. He knew exactly what pair of socks were picked out to go with the outfit but decided against it to make his daughter happy.
When he walked out, Ryland ran to him, “Daddy! Daddy! We are matching!” Chris smiled as he picked her up and kissed her cheek.
“We sure are you goofy goober. Maybe if you ask nicely, momma will take a photo of us.”
“Momma, will you pease take a picture of me and Daddy?” She said giving you her best puppy dog eyes.
“Anything for my two favorite people.” You grabbed your phone and quickly took a few photos. Your favorite being Ryland kissing her Daddy on the cheek.
“I gotta get going baby, but when I get back, we can order all the room service you want and watch The Fox and the Hound. Sound good?” Ryland nodded before she was set down and ran to play with her forgotten toys.
“I’ll be back. I love you.” He whispered against your lips before kissing you.
“Love you too.”
A couple hours later, you were scrolling through Twitter and saw a video from the panel Chris was at. The caption saying, “Want to know why Chris is rocking some bright, awesome socks today?”
You clicked the video and the sound of your husband’s voice caught your daughter’s attention.
“Is that Daddy? I see?” She ran over and watched the video with you.
“My socks are pretty rockin’ aren’t they?” He said as he lifted his pant leg a little and looked at them. “My daughter actually picked them out. We thought they only had adult sizes at first, so we were just going to get them for me, but we were then led to the kid’s section and found her a pair as well.” Chris laughed as he told the story from the day before. “We are actually matching today. She has hers on and she’s even wearing a mint green shirt. She’s my little mini me and I couldn’t be more proud. I love her so much.”
“I love daddy.” Ryland said as she laid her head gently on your shoulder looking at her father with so much love.
After Ryland watched the video a couple of times, she went back to playing with her toys before she heard the door. You quickly grabbed your phone to video their greeting. She ran to Chris and he picked her up to give her a big kiss on the cheek. She grabbed his face in both hands and with a serious look that was filled with love, she said, “daddy. I love you so much.” And then she kissed his nose.
Chris smiled at her. You could see the tears of joy build in his eyes.
“I love you so much baby girl.” He kissed her nose back. “Thank you for matching with me today. We will have to do it again sometime.”
“We should match all the time.” Ryland’s mood changed to excitement and you and Chris couldn’t help but laugh as her sass came out a little bit. You ended the video, grateful you had captured that moment, and stood up to go greet Chris.
“Who wants some lunch?”

Hi, sorry to bother you. I just wanted to ask if you could write a oneshot about Baby Luna's first words.Thank you💕💕
Baba
Just a little oneshot about Luna saying her first word!
Tumblr media
It was a normal day in the Evans’ house, Chris was off from filming, Luna was being Luna and getting used to walking since she recently got that skill down.
Holding on to the couch she can walk but hey she’s walking and Chris couldn’t be more than happy now he just needs to hear her first word and he’ll be so happy! But he knows it happens when it happens.
Toddling along the couch one hand gripped onto it, the other waving around for balance. Babbling to herself Chris glances over at her, smiling ear to ear at how sweet she looks with her now found independence.
“Baba - bababaah” she babbles whilst focusing on walking over to her dada on the couch who is reading a script looking up at her every once in a while.
“What did you say bubba?” Chris asked curiously
“Baba” Luna giggled pointing to her bottle on the coffee table
“Baba? - oh my god! Luna your said your first word!” He got up laughing ecstatically picking her up too and throwing her up in the air, luna laughing at her dad laughing too.
“Baba! Baba!” she giggled after chris put her down.
“So is it safe to say Luna wants a baba?” He asks his still giggling daughter.
“Ya baba! Baba!” She shouted giggling as she spoke.
Now let’s just say chris had to ask her if she really wanted a baba all the time now, because that’s what she said for a week straight until she learnt apple sauce was a thing ❤️
Thank you for requesting this anon! It wasn’t a bother at all if you have anymore ideas please send them in! :)
And a very big thank you to @anotherfuckingmarvelfanaccount for helping me with the idea of what word Luna should’ve said because I thought of one too many words.

Halloween Party
Chris Evans x Adopted!Daughter!reader
Word Count: 503
Requested By: @chrisevansdaughter
Hey love I hope your doing well, i was wondering if i could request a chris x daughter adopted? reader where they have a day out getting Halloween stuff and she’s never expected it all before and the evans family always do a killer Halloween party (no pun intended) and she just get overwhelmed and panicked because she’s not used to all the family and just the holiday in general 🫶🏻🫶🏻
Hope this is okay :)
A/N: Thank you for the request! Hope you enjoy!
Tumblr media
It was nearing Halloween and the Evans family was getting ready. This was going to be your first Halloween as an official part of the family. Chris had only adopted you about five months ago but you had been living with him for a while before that. It was the first major holiday with you so the family was planning to go all out on their annual spooky party. Chris’ parents had put the two of you in charge of buying decorations so on his day off, Chris planned to spend the whole day out with you shopping. He had a list of what he needed and where to go so he was all ready.
On the day of, you were excited to go out and prepare for the party. You never got the chance to experience a real family party before and you were glad that you were able to help plan it out. A few days before, you and Chris sat down and made a list of all the things you wanted. It was a long list but the Evans spared no expense when it came to Halloween parties.
“Do you want to push the cart or me?” Chris asked as you entered the store.
“I can,” you said, grabbing the closest cart and pushing it into the store, “Where to first?”
“First on the list is fake cobwebs,” he replied, looking at the list. The two of you maneuvered your way through the store and got most things on your list. As you were shopping, an overwhelming feeling started to take over you. The cart was full and Chris was talking non-stop about the party and what happened during past ones. It was all starting to get too much for you.
Chris noticed you went quiet, “Is everything okay Y/n?”
You nodded, “Yeah I’m just feeling a bit overwhelmed is all.”
Chris looked over at you, “What’s going on?”
“The party just feels like so much,” you explained, “Like all the decor and people. It’s just a lot and I’m not used to it.”
“Oh,” Chris said softly, not having thought about how big of a change it would be for you, “Try not to worry about it too much okay. I know it sounds like a lot but I’ll be there to help out and so will everyone else. We aren’t throwing a party all by ourselves.”
“It’s not just that,” you said, “There’s going to be a lot of people.”
“If it gets too much we can leave or we can find a room for you to just take a break in if you need it,” Chris said, slinging an arm around your shoulder, “I don’t want you to get freaked out over this. This is supposed to be a fun thing for everyone.”
“Okay,” you said, “It sounds like fun, just a lot is happening.”
Chris nodded as you two headed to the checkout line, “I understand but you got me so don’t worry about it.”

A Challenge For Us All (defending jacob/andy barber x daughter!reader)
Summary: No part of life following Jacob’s accusation has been easy, but when  y/n experiences a heartbreak, Andy and Jacob are by her side.
Warnings: a breakup, fighting/arguing, mentions of murder
Requested: No, one I’ve pulled from my Google Docs
A/N: y/n obvi = your name, y/n/n = your nickname, y/m/n = your middle name, there used to be an OC’s name in here, forgive me if I miss any
The evening sun was finally beginning to set. The stadium was still alive with the hoots and cheers of Newton fans, proud and giddy over a win at the first football game of the year. It was hot, since it was still August. Y/n tried to do all she could to soak it in. It was her first and last football game until after her brother’s trial - an event that had been looming all summer and was now upon them, just a few days away. It could be her last football game ever. If, God forbid, her brother were to be found guilty, she’d lose cheerleading forever. As heartbreaking as that would be, she didn’t care. She’d give up cheerleading any day if it meant keeping her baby brother safe. At least her coach had fought with the athletic director, principal, and parents of other cheerleaders, to let her stay on the squad this long.
Y/n slung her glittery royal blue cheer backpack over her shoulder and made for the boy’s locker rooms. She waited outside as players began to drift out. They were all damp - some from showers, some still from sweat. Finally, Ty emerged. Ty, her boyfriend, the one person who didn’t look at y/n with suspicion or pity. She waved timidly.
He walked over to her, unsure of where to start, how to begin. How do you tell the girl you love so much that you can’t be with her anymore? Ty knew his words, no matter how gentle, were going to destroy her.
“Hey,” Y/n said. Right about now was when Ty would normally slip his arm around her waist and lean in for a short kiss. He was alluring and mature like that, which Y/n liked. She couldn’t stand those couples that were all over each other in public, especially at school. When Ty didn’t go in for his usual greeting, worry immediately washed over Y/n’s face, though her smile attempted to mask it.
“Is everything okay?” Y/n asked after a moment of silence.
“No. Uh, y/n, listen…” Spit it out, you jerk, Ty thought. “My parents don’t want us to be together anymore.” The words struck Y/n like she’d just waltzed into an iron pole. Her stomach lurched and her blood seemed to thin. She knew her face was turning bright red as tears gathered in her chest and made their way to her eyes. She pursed her lips, trying to abate the tears for as long as possible. Not here, not now, she told herself. Not in front of all these people, though no one seemed to be paying any attention to them.
“Why would you tell me that, right here, right now?” she choked. Her tears were now brimming, unable to be restrained.
“I’m so sorry, Y/n, I-” Ty began, but she cut him off.
“No,” she commanded. “You’re just doing what you have to do, to protect yourself, right?” Tears began to spill. Her tone told Ty that the words, however true, were like poison coming from her mouth. That was exactly what his parents had said. They assumed everything about Ty’s future would be on the line if he continued to fraternize with the older sister of the accused murderer, though Ty’s parents pointedly left off the word “accused”.
“Y/n I-”
“It’s fine,” she shrugged, putting on a show of manufactured cheeriness, her red eyes and tears the only evidence of the sadness behind her anger. “I get it, really. I’ll leave you alone. Wouldn’t want anyone to get suspicious.”
“Of what?” Ty asks, turning to watch her walk away. She turns but keeps walking backwards.
“Exactly.”
There’s an awkward silence during the car ride home. Emma managed to wipe the last of her tears (for now, anyway) before getting in Andy’s Audi. She knew her eyes were probably red and her nose was stuffed up, but she figured appearing calm would at least let her get safely away from the football stadium, maybe even up to her bedroom to be alone.
If only she were that lucky. Her dad had barely put the car in park before speaking.
“Go change and then come downstairs, please.” She nodded and went inside, her father not far behind her. Her mother noticed right away. She always noticed; you couldn’t hide the tell-tale signs of crying from Laurie Barber. She’d had too much experience dealing with crying, upset children. Y/n said nothing as she walked by so fast Laurie barely had time to decide what to say to her. Laurie looked at Andy as he shut the door behind him. They communicated in only looks, hers saying What the heck is going on? and his saying Don’t question it yet, I’ve got it.
“I told her to go change and come right back down,” Andy said. He gripped the edge of the counter and Laurie set down her mug of tea to busy herself with making her daughter a cup. The tea bag is still steeping when Y/n comes down the stairs, her hair still up but now sans hairbow. She wore a soft, slouchy tee shirt and a pair of running shorts.
“Sit down, honey,” Andy told his daughter, though the girl standing in front of him was nothing like the Y/N Y/M/N Barber he’d known a year ago. Y/n sat on the kitchen bar chair closest to her parents.
“What happened?” he asked. Y/n licked her lips and trained her eyes on the ground. Tears began to well in her eyes again. She wasn’t just angry and upset. She was scared; scared to tell her parents that another person was gone from their lives as a result of Jacob’s accusation. It would rip them apart. They were already so distraught that Jacob couldn’t go to school or play baseball. They didn’t need this on their plates as well.
“Is it something with cheerleading?” Laurie asked. Y/n shook her head.
“A friend? Did someone say or do something?” Andy added. Y/n sat still.
“Y/n, we can’t-”
“Ty broke up with me.” Y/n’s words rushed out, desperate to stop her father from the “we can’t help if we don’t know” speech.
“What? Why? What did he say?” Laurie interrogated.
“He, he said he just didn’t want to be in a relationship anymore.” Y/n shrugged.
“You’re lying,” Andy stated matter-of-factly.
“Andy!”
“No, she’s lying. I’m an attorney, y/n/n. Did you think you could get a lie past me?” Andy sympathetically reaches his hand out and rests it on her cheek, his thumb rubbing back and forth soothingly. Y/n’s whole body becomes racked with sobs, unable to hide her pure anguish any longer. Ty hadnt just been a boyfriend. He’d been her best friend. She took a risk dating him. She knew if things didn’t end well, she’d lose a boyfriend and her best friend. She had no idea it could ever come crashing down like this.
Andy envelops her, pulling her into his chest. He wanted nothing more than to be able to hold her until the pain stopped, until she could be her old self again. Andy feared she would never be her old self ever again.
“Ty did break up with you, but that wasn’t his reason, was it?” Y/n shook her head.
“Was it because of me?” Andy let go of Y/n so she could turn her head toward the source of the question. Jacob stood on the bottom step. Y/n tried to sit up straighter, look more brave than she felt. She took being the big, brave older sister very seriously.
“It’s not your fault, Jake. You didn’t do anything wrong. People are just…”
“So it was because of me.”
“Jake, don’t-” Y/n began, cut off by the pounding of Jacob’s feet on the stairs, retreating back to his room. She slid off the chair and raced after him. She couldn’t let him blame himself for her failed relationship.
“Jake! Y/n!” Andy called.
“Let them work it out for a few minutes.” Andy took a deep breath and stayed where he was.
Y/n hadn’t caught up with Jacob before he slammed his bedroom door shut. He hadn’t locked it, so she let herself inside and locked the door behind her. She didn’t want her parents right now and she knew Jake didn’t either. Jacob sat on his bed. Jacob never made noise when he cried. Tears just spilled, like they were right then. Y/n sat next to him.
“Jake. Please. This is not your fault.” Y/n pleaded.
“Yes, it is. If I had just-”
“Just what?” Y/n asked. “Not tried to see if your classmate was okay? Not gotten into arguments with him when he was a jerk to you? You had no idea any of this would- could, even happen. So stop blaming yourself.” The siblings looked in one another’s eyes.
“It’s gonna be okay, Jake.”
“How can you be sure?”
“I can’t. All I can promise is that I’m by your side no matter what.” Y/n took her brother's hand and interlaced their fingers. It had been a long time since they’d been so affectionate with one another. As little kids they were always hugging and kissing, but that had worn off years ago. With nothing much else left to say, they sat in silence for a few minutes. Their breaths evened out, their shudders and sniffles quieting. A few more minutes passed. Y/n stood and unlocked the door, waving for Jacob to follow her. She hadn’t eaten dinner, after all, and now that her grief was somewhat subdued, hunger was setting in. Andy and Laurie were both surprised and relieved when their children came down the stairs, seemingly happy. It seemed it would be the last time they would see them like that for days.

*
You had just graduated High School and were due to go off to College in the fall. As excited as you were to gain your independence, you were still worried about leaving the safety of your father’s home.
For as long as you could remember it was always just you and your Dad. Your Mom left when you were born, signing all rights away to your Dad and was never seen in Boston again. Of Course, you still had your Dad’s family around you, especially your Uncle Scott.
Scott had stayed with the both of you during Lockdown and for the longest months, it had just been the three of you. You moved to remote learning and only ever left the house to go out to the backyard. You Facetimed all your friends but none of them were going to the same College as you.
You had been accepted into NYU, the same College where your Dad went. You were going to study acting. Much like Chris had been, you were a theater kid growing up and had always had an interest in acting. Originally, Chris had wanted to keep you out of the limelight, much preferring to give you a normal childhood.
However, when you showed an interest in acting, Chris couldn’t help but become overwhelmed with pride. He offered to help in any way he could but also understood that you wanted to make your own image as an actress and not just as Chris Evans’ daughter.
Acting wasn’t the only thing you seemed to get from your father. Much like Chris, you had severe anxiety. Both social and separation. You were extremely nervous about moving to New York and being away from Chris. Your separation anxiety was so bad that Chris had to hire you a tutor whenever he was out of town and take you with him. You had an agreement with the school that you would attend Summer School classes and that you would keep up the curriculum.
There was a level of determination though when it came to you moving to New York for College. You wanted to make your Dad proud and hopefully start to work on your separation anxiety. You were on medication and had therapy to help you and so far it was working. Chris had also created a sensory room for you. It was filled with stress balls, fidget toys, weighted blankets, it was your favorite color but pastel rather than bright. The whole room was designed to be your safe space and Chris was the only other one apart from you who went in there. Even then your Dad only came in when you needed him to.
It worried your Dad a bit that you were wanting to pursue acting with your anxiety, he himself knew how difficult it could be but he knew that acting was what you wanted to do and he would support you whatever.
*
You needed to get a few things before you went to New York. You would be moving into the dorms there but you wanted to keep your room at home how it is. You went out on your own. Chris had originally wanted to go with you but you knew you needed to build up some confidence to go out on your own. You were quite lucky that in Boston you weren’t followed around that often. However, you still sometimes saw fans of your Dad, who knew who you were.
You had almost finished getting everything you needed when something caught the corner of your eye. A group of girls probably about your age were all giggling and looking towards you. You put your sunglasses down off of your head and tried to ignore them. Despite that, one of the girls came up to you.
“I’m sorry, aren’t you Chris Evans’ daughter?” She asked in a high pitched voice.
“Um yeah.” You awkwardly nodded, already feeling anxious.
“I thought so. I just wanted to say how much I love your Dad.”
“Okay then.” You tried to walk away but her voice caught your attention once again.
“Is he around then? I've always wanted to meet him.” She giggled.
“No he isn’t. Sorry I’ve got to go.”You quickly rushed away but not before you heard her mutter ‘rude’ underneath her breath.
You felt your heart race and your breathing pick up. You felt a panic attack about to happen and quickly pulled out your phone and called your Dad.
“Hey Sweetheart, are you ready to come home?” You heard your Dad’s cheery voice through the phone. You automatically felt yourself starting to calm down a little. Chris could hear your heavy breathing over the phone.
“Y/N? Are you alright?” He asked.
“Dad, can you come pick me up?” Chris automatically knew something was wrong.
“Yeah I’ll meet you where I dropped you off. Is that okay?”
“Yes thank you Dad.” You both said your goodbyes and hung up the phone. Just then you heard the shrill voice of the girl from earlier.
“Oh my God! Chris Evans is going to be here!” The others started to get excited as well. “Can you introduce us?”
You just got up and started walking away.
“Hey! We’re talking to you. We want you to introduce us to your Dad.” A different girl spoke up.
“Please leave me alone.” You asked in a quiet voice.
“We just wanna meet him, why are you walking away?” A third girl asked as if they weren’t following you around.”
“Stop following me.” You could feel your anxiety rise even further. The girls followed you all the way to where you were meeting your Dad. You felt really uneasy and they were drawing a lot of attention to you. Eventually you reached where your Dad dropped you off and waited impatiently for him to get there. The girls were still standing there and despite your pleas with them to leave they were all too excited about the prospect of meeting Chris Evans.
Soon enough you Dad arrived but you had tears streaming down your face. He saw that there was a group of girls around you and that you were shying away from them. As you Dad, he knew you better than anyone and he could see how much you were freaking out.
He immediately got out of the car and made his way over to you. The girls all started screaming and made their way over to him. He ignored them as he walked towards you, making sure you were safe was his number one priority. Once he got to you he crouched down in front of you and immediately started the 5,4,3,2,1 method. However, before you could finish all the things you could hear you saw the girl approaching you again.
Chris felt your hands tense up in his and he immediately looked up to see why. One of the girls stepped forward but Chris stopped them before they could talk.
“We’re a bit busy right now and I would really appreciate you respecting our privacy.”
“We just wanted an autograph and a photo. Your daughter was really rude earlier and kept walking away.” You don't know what she was trying to achieve by telling your Dad that but you tensed up again. If you weren't having a panic attack then you would know that your Dad would ignore her. But you were not thinking rationally and you thought that he might side with her over you.
“As she has every right to. Y/N was just out shopping and after she walked away you followed her around? Harassing my daughter isn’t the way to get an autograph.”
With that Chris helped you stand up and walked you towards the car away from the gobsmacked group of girls.
Once you got in the car, Chris started driving home,helping you through breathing exercises all the way. It wasn’t long until you got home and you put your bags down in the dining room to sort out later. You grabbed Chris’ hand as you made your way up to the sensory room, knowing you just needed your Dad’s support.
As soon as you got in there you felt relaxed. Chris went and retrieved a weighted blanket for you and draped it over your shoulders. He put your favorite playlist on and just sat with you whilst you calmed down.
Soon enough you were calm again and showed Chris everything you had bought for College. The panic attack had worn you out and had an early night. Chris knew he shouldn’t worry about you so much but you were his little girl. His darling daughter who he vowed to protect from the moment he found out your mother was expecting you.
He picked up his phone and decided to call Sebastian. Thankfully, Sebastian agreed to allow you to go to his whenever you needed. It wasn’t that same as you going to your Dad but it put Chris’ mind at rest knowing that someone was looking out for you.
A few weeks later you went off to College and as promised, Seb kept an eye on you. Your anxiety had started to improve as you found yourself and your freedom in College but you would always be thankful that your Dad still supported every decision that you made.

Today was a calm day. No one was out on a mission. Some people were writing up some mission reports but everyone was just lounging around the compound. A calm day. Y/n walked into the building, Friday alerting everyone around them that the teenager was home from school.
“Hello darling.” Steve said looking up from his piles of paperwork to see his daughter walking in, her backpack slung up on one shoulder, her phone in her other hand.
“Hi papa.” Y/n murmured plopping down next to the man with a soft sigh. “How’s paperwork?”
“Oh well you know. Average.” He said picking up his pen and starting to write again. “Homework?” This pulled an elongated sigh from the blonde teen who flopped her upper body on to Steve’s lap who chuckled and tucked a lock of hair behind the girls ear.
“Always.” She muttered with a small pout forming on her lips. “I don’t want to do it papa…”
The two heard a chuckle come from a redhead behind them. “Awe does the poor baby have homework?” Natasha rounded the corner and plopped down next to the man and his daughter. Y/n stuck her tongue out at the older woman. “Really mature kid.”
“Well i am a kid aunty Nat.” She said with a look before sitting up with a loud groan. “Time to do some AP calc i guess.” She said pulling out her binder from her backpack. The binder thudded on to the table making everyone glance up, most having an eyebrow raised at the loud sound it made.
“Damn kid. What kind of work are they giving you? It’s heavier than the files after the Battle of New York were.” Tony said shifting in his seat to sit back and look at her binder.
“It’s uhm… calc and then just normal classes? It’s average work load for students.” She shrugged and started her homework. “Whose day is it for dinner?” Natasha asked as she scrolled on her phone lounging next to the young girl.
“Wanda i think. But i could be wrong.” She murmured as her feet went to lay over her fathers lap. “Papa do you know?”
Steve gave a hum with a shake of his head as he finished signing off the paperwork in front of him. “No doll. Do your homework please.”
Y/n roller her eyes at her father before going back to her work mumbling about something no one could understand. Natasha stood up and walked in to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee. “Want some coffee kid?” She asked looking over her shoulder seeing the blonde nod slightly. “Cream and sugar?” She once again saw the ponytail bib up and down and she poured the coffee for herself and the girl before bringing it back over making all the guys start to whine.
“What?”
“You can’t just get her and you coffee?!”
“Why don’t we get coffee?!”
“Come on Romanoff!”
“Favouritism!”
The teen merely smirked and stuck her tongue out at the men who preceded to all pout. “I’m her favourite. It’s very clear.” Natasha rolled her eyes and continued to scroll on her phone while the teen did homework. Tony coming over at one point to help her with calculus and Bucky and Steve helping out with her world war project for history.
All was calm until Wanda called dinner, causing all the guys to stumble over each other to get a spot at the table, all leaving a seat next to Steve open so the teen could sit there after packing her bag up. She came in with a sigh and plopped down beside her father.
Dinner was her favourite time of day. It was when everyone who was on earth and not on a mission, got together and had normal conversations and family time. It was very nice. A little loud, a little chaotic with all the guys trying to get all the food, especially when Thor was here but she wouldn’t change it for the world.
“Papa. Can you pass the peas please?” Y/n asked timidly looking over at the blonde man who hummed and put it on her plate. “Thank you.”
“What do you want to do after dinner baby?” He asked the teen as she looked around at the table. “Movie night?”
Tony whooped and looked at the teen. “Who’s picking mini cap?”
“I’m not mini cap and I am. You all pick lame ass movies.” Y/n said causing all the men to immediately protest. “Nope! If you don’t wanna watch my movie then fine but papa, aunty Nat and aunty Wanda and I are!” She said with a small huff making everyone try to muffle a laugh. “You’re so cute darling.” Steve said kissing his daughters head causing the girls cheeks and ears to tint pink.
The team all helped clean up from dinner before they all found their way to the living room where they all settled down. Thor sitting on the floor, leaning against the arm of the couch. Tony with Pepper cuddled up in a love seat. Wanda and Natasha cuddled on one side of y/n. Steve holding his daughter close on the other side. The whole family settled down to watch the movie that the teen had picked.
As y/f/m played, y/n started to drift off, her head buried into her dads neck just enjoying the calmness and love that came from being surrounded by her whole family. She felt herself be lifted and tucked into her bed and a scruffy kiss from her father who murmured a soft ‘I love you darling. Sleep good’ before leaving her to fall asleep contently.

Pairings: Chris Evans x daughter reader, Sebastian Stan x reader platonic, Anthony Mackie x reader platonic
Request: heyyy i was just wondering if you'd be willing to write for Chris Evans x daughter!reader maybe??? :)
Request by: Anon
*not my gif*
Summary: Turns out, you’re a lot smarter than Chris would’ve thought
A/N: Posting a couple short fics to get back into writing
Please don’t plagiarize my work, you may reblog if you like but I’m asking that you don’t steal my hard work
Tumblr media
“Hey there, sweetheart.” Chris quickly glanced over his shoulder as you waddled into the kitchen area, “How did you sleep?”
You yawned, reaching up to rub your eyes, “Good, dada.”
Your father couldn’t help but allow his grin to widen at the sight of you, merely five years old, drowning in fuzzy pajamas and clutching a stuffed animal under your right arm.
“You up for some pancakes?” Of course, he already knew the answer.
A smile lit up your face, suddenly awake, and you nodded your head vigorously, suddenly wide awake. “Up! Up!” You chanted jumping up and down slightly as you made a grabbing motion towards the blond man.
Chris abandoned the spatchula next to the stove and scooped you up in his arms, peppering kisses on the side of your head and into your hair in a way that emitted joyous giggles from your lips.
He gently set you down on the counter, a healthy distance away from where he was cooking the batter, nodding along as you rambled about something or other and moved back to continue making the two of you breakfast.
“-and then the dog jumped as tall as you daddy!” Your eyes were wide with awe and amazement.
The man chuckled slightly, “Is that so, honey-“ He cut himself off when the spatula slipped from his grasp and landed with a small ‘clang’ onto the floor.
Immediately, he bent down to pick it up, “Oops-“
“Shit!”
Chris snapped to attention, eyes wide and alert as stared at you with a dropped jaw. You just blinked up at him innocently.
“What the- what did you say?” He asked in complete shock, those being the only words he could form at the moment.
Your eyebrows furrowed in confusion for a second before realization lit up your face and you smiled proudly, placing your hands on your hips, “Shit!” You repeated.
“How the- who-“ Your father sputtered.
He had always been extra careful and sure that he never cursed around you and that others he was with didn’t either.
“No, honey,” He finally came to his senses and turned off the stove for a moment as he bent down to be eye level with you, “That’s a bad word, we don’t say that.”
And your eyebrows were furrowed once more, “Shit?”
Chris nodded, “Yes, that’s a no-no word, we don’t say that.”
A pout immediately formed on your lips and you crossed your arms, “But it’s a big kid word, and I’m a big kid!”
He shook his head back and forth, “Where did you even hear it?”
“Uncle Sebby!” You cheered excitedly.
A look of realization dawned on the actor before it was quickly replaced by exhaustion, “Is that so?” He asked as he ran a frustrated hand down his face, knowing Sebatian was about to get a very unhappy call in a few minutes.
You nodded, oblivious to your fathers feelings, “Uh-huh, he said it but told me it was a big kid word, and that I couldn’t say it until I was a big kid.”
“Then why are you saying it now?” He raised a stern eyebrow in your direction.
You grinned, “Because I asked Uncle Anthony later if I was a big kid and he said yes!”
Chris was silent for a moment, and it took everything in him not to burst out in laughter at the brilliance of your statement, how at even such a young age you and figured out a way to get around a rule and still act innocent about the whole thing.
Failing, he let a few chuckles slip through his lips and he picked you up and carried you on his hip, “That’s still a no-no word, no matter what your uncles say. Got it?” He playfully rubbed his nose against your cheek and poked his fingers at your sides, tickling you.
You shrieked with laughter, trying to force yourself away from him, “Okay, okay, daddy! No more tickles! No more tickles!”

Tumblr media Tumblr media
Chris was busy working in his office when he hears his door slowly open and in pops a head of Ivy then matty. He smiles. "Whatca you two up too?" he pushes his office chair from his desk and says. "okay come on"
They run in and Ivy says. "Daddy can we make cookies for mommy and Ava?"
Matty nods. "pwellsee!!"
Chris laughed. "What kind of cookies?" Ivy thinks. "Coco??" Chris thinks. "hmmm those are mommy's favorites so sure we can do that but shhh we should surprise them ok?"
They both nod and matty says. "ookies!!"
Chris stands up. "Okay where is mommy?" Ivy takes his hand. "upstairs" "Good" he walks into the kitchen and looks around the kitchen "Okay we can do this"
"Okay ivy i'll help you kiddos" he grabs bowls and starts getting the stuff out. Matty stands on a stool. "helps?" Chris smiles. "Of coarse buddy"
half an hour later I walk downstairs and smell the freshly baked cookies. "Hey you three what's this for?" Ivy runs over to me and i pick her up and she says. "Cookies for you" Matty laughs. "ookies!"
Chris turns and smiles at me. "They asked" I walk over and look at the sheets of cookies. "Aw i love them you three"
I kiss Ivy's head then bend down to kiss Matty on the top of his head and i look at chris and he smiles more. "Where's my kiss?"
He frowns and i set Ivy on her feet and wrap my arms around Chris's waist and give him a kiss on his lips then we hear. "Eww!"
I turn my head and lean it on Chris's chest and he rubs my back. "we should not kiss in front of them"
"No we will to show them how much their mom and dad love each other" i give him another kiss then we all enjoy the cookies.

It'll be okay.
Pairing: Chris Evans x daughter!reader
Summary: Y/N started a new job and has started getting bad migraines. Chris just wants to be there for his daughter.
Warnings: Migraines, reader breaks down, lots n lots of fluff.
Word count: 615!
A/N: This was requested by the lovely @chrisevansdaughter ! Definitely one of my favorite things I've ever written :) Hope you're having a good day, lovelies!
Tumblr media
You were having a very stressful day. Honestly, in your opinion, it was more like a stressful week. You'd just started a new job, and it was..well, one of the most difficult things you've ever done. Your new boss was pretty mean, and even though you knew he'd warm up to you after a while, it was still hard to get through. As a result of this, you were getting less sleep in order to prove yourself to him. In the span of a week, you've gotten about 16 hours of sleep. Almost every minute of your waking hours was spent working on your computer or at the office, and Chris knew it. It was starting to show in the way you acted, spoke, even walking looked slightly concerning to him.
You knew that as his daughter, you didn't even have to work-the money he got from his consistent acting roles was well enough to keep you both afloat for as long as you needed. You'd turned 18 half a year ago, and you just couldn't help feeling that without a job you were just using him.
As a result of the stress and constant lack of sleep, you'd started having really bad migraines. It was something you've had before, but it was never this bad. You'd have at least two a week, and they were unbearable. Your dad was very concerned every time you had one, insisting you quit your job and let him provide for you. Each time you refused, even through tears. You continued to push yourself through everything, and it hurt Chris to know that he couldn't do anything except be there for you when it got bad.
As a result of a particularly bad day, you laid on your bed with a cool cloth over your face to block out the light. When they got this bad, all you could do was take some pain medication and lie down, waiting it out. This was how your dad found you when he got home, and the sight immediately made his heart hurt.
As soon as he realized what was going on, he jogged to the kitchen to grab you some water and a blanket. Coming back into your room with the supplies, he laid the blanket across your shivering body and softly grabbed your hand.
"It's alright, Y/N. I'm here. I've got you." He turned the room light off and closed the blackout curtains, removing the cloth from your eyes so he could see your face. His heart once again felt too heavy;your face held clear pain and he wanted to cry.
"How bad is it this time, baby?" he asked you, making sure his voice was soft. Your eyes filled with tears at the pure love in his eyes, a sob escaping you.
"Oh honey," he whispered, pulling you into his arms. You curled into his chest, letting yourself fall apart for the first time since you started the job.
You cried for what felt like hours, your dad holding you through it. He cradled you tightly, whispering loving encouragement as he rocked you back and forth. Eventually, your sobs ceased to hiccups. Finally relaxing in your dad's loving arms, he planted a kiss on your forehead.
"Please quit the job, my love. It's stressing you out so much. It's so hard to see you like this when I can fix it. Please, baby. I love you, Y/N." he murmured.
Unable to keep resisting, you nodded your head. Sleep threatened to take you right then and there. You finally let it. Your last thought was that your dad was the best person in the whole world.

how about chris looking after reader who's got a cold xx just a super fluffy comfort fic! love you xxxx
Tumblr media
It started with a sniffle
Paring: Chris Evans × Daughter! Reader
Summary: reader has a cold that turns into a chest infection so she definitely isn't feeling well so Chris is always there to give all the super fluffy comfort she needs.
Warnings: illness, medication, antibiotics, feeling nauseous, dehydration, health anxiety, crying and just feeling like rubbish.
(This is basically a self indulgent type fic because l'm still getting over my chest infection that is definitely clearing so I hope you enjoy!)
It all started with a fever, a stuffy nose and your body feeling like it’d been hit by a truck or dodger coming at you full speed. Whichever you wanted to say was worse.
Tumblr media
Your dad was concerned of course because you weren’t someone to get ill, not like this of course - you had been picking at your food at best and it kinda all just went down hill from there.
When you slept you’d wake up in a fever of sweat, shivering the next minute and going back to sleep soon after. Coughing turned into hacking and having multiple coughing fits a day, even after taking a very hard deep breath since they were a struggle at best so your health anxiety wasn’t the thing that wanted to come out right now. Because anything at the moment of doctors can trigger it.
Tumblr media
So when you coughed up a little more than some phlegm that was normal for how bad you were coughing… let’s just say that health anxiety was very much triggered at that point your dad just wanted to take you to the doctor or the hospital but you flat out refused.
Locked yourself in your room refused. Because your anxieties can rub off on eachother so sometimes your eachothers worse enemy.
After a lot and I mean a lot of convincing and talking Chris finally managed to get you to agree to go to the hospital because you hadn’t been really eating or drinking so he just wanted to get you checked out for piece of mind.
“Bubba I’m sure they’ll just have a check up and send us home with some stronger cold medicine okay” dad whispers in my ear whilst I’m buried in his chest clinging on to him, whilst sat in the doctors room at the er.
All I can do is wince back at him because talking whilst coughing before or after and where we are isn’t the best for me, so I had an AirPod in with noise cancelling to try and help the anxiety.
Tumblr media
A little time later the doctor came back in and zoning out was all I did, even slightly when the doctor was trying to talk to me but dad knew what and how I was feeling, we ended up having to stay in for rehydration and some stronger antibiotics and meds because they had found out I had a chest infection on top of flu.
Scott did his uncle duty of dropping by with all of my comforts to help whilst I was in the worst place I could think imaginable, the peds team I had were the best, my nurse Emily was so sweet - she made sure I was as calm as I could be and even made sure dad was okay and she even played mario kart with me.
So the three days I spend in hospital all in all weren’t that bad because of the nurses and doctors who were looking after me and dad was there every step of the way even if I was worried about getting my flu that I was anxious about passing on.
Coming home was the best feeling ever, even with all the home comforts that were with me there is nothing like my room, my own bed and just mine and dads space with dodger of course!
I was on strict rest and fluids with what I like to call a toddler diet because Emily told me just to eat what was considered safe food for me since I’m still trying to get my appetite back so I’m eating chicken nuggets and strips with ketchup. And blueberries with kinderlyte for rehydration.
So it was snuggles and movies with dad until I was feeling back to my normal self, but I could go see people in about 3 days when most of the ickiness should be cleared and we’re going to see grandma so I’m happy.
And to think it only started with the sniffles

Chris x adopted daughter
She’s never experienced the infamous ‘evans Halloween party’ or any holiday with their family ever or even before she was adopted by Chris, so she’s not very sure what to do or how to act because she’s not used to this but they have it at chris’ house because he agreed to host and basically halfway though the night reader goes to her room to calm down with dodger since she’s got a calm corner in her room but it’s a separate room in her room if you get what i mean. And chris finds her overwhelmed by all of this since it’s loud and just overstimulating as hell so she feels guilty because she’d always get moaned at for being the ‘problem child’ but Chris assures her it’s okay to be overwhelmed and overstimulated by this because it’s not her normal since she’s never really had a normal so they talk about it since it’s okay so she doesn’t feel like a burden or a problem and it’s just fluff with a little angst because her parents weren’t nice people (can relate) so he gives her the space and the comfort to decompress from this and then lets her say when she’s ready to go back out if she is so he’s not rushing her 💖
I was Afraid
Pairing: Chris Evans x Adopted Daughter!reader
Warning: Glass Breaking, Yelling, talk of abuse (physical), Reader Overstimulated/ Shut down, Weighted Blanket, Anxiety,
A/N: changed it to a welcome party! hopefully I did this justice
Tumblr media
Being a teenager in the foster system, you never thought you would get adopted, even less so by Chris Evans. The two of you meet through a screening of Captain America: The Winter Soldier hosted by the City of NYC for all the kids in foster care. Chris and Sebastian Stan came to stop by, and the two of you instantly connected.
Five months later, Chris signed the papers and you moved into his home in Boston. After settling in, Chris mentioned that he would have the family over for a welcome party. You had met them each individually before but never had they all been over at once.
Now, the gathering was in full swing. Chris and Scott were outside catching up, plus Chris really wanted you to spend time with your aunt and cousins to get to know them. Your cousins were all playing a board game. You, Carly, and Shana were in the kitchen starting to clean up from the party. You went to go clean out a glass bowl until it accidentally slipped from your fingers, dropping it on the floor.
The sound of the glass on the floor made your breath hitch. Your cousins, not knowing any better, ran to the kitchen and started walking towards the broken glass. "kids, KIDS!" Carly spoke loudly. You could tell she was getting overwhelmed, not wanting her kids and niece to get hurt. "Step away from the glass," Chris and Scott came inside after hearing the breaking as they took in the scene in front of them.
Nobody took in the way you were reacting, standing still and eyes wide. You made a huge mistake, and you knew that this was going to go bad. You felt your breathing going heavy, and your brain started to hurt. Your mind was racing with all of the possible scenarios of how Chris or the family would punish you for your mistakes. You didn't want to get hit, you had to run. Run.
Shit," you heard Chris murmuring under his breath. "Okay back up, BACK UP!" Chris said as he went to go grab the dustpan from the kitchen. He noticed you just standing there and he quickly moved you out of the way. You came back to reality at that moment as you quickly ran upstair to your new room.
Meanwhile, Chris was too preoccupied with cleaning to realize that you left the room. He finished sweeping the glass into the dustpan, and put it in a plastic bag and away for the moment. Once it was away, Chris looked around for you, realizing your presence was missing. "Hey," he turned towards Carly, "where did Y/n go?" Carly exhaled as she put her hands on the counter. "I think I heard her go upstairs. Maybe it all got too much for her," she spoke to her brother. "You okay if I go check up on her?" he asked his sister. "Of course, go" she replied as he started heading up the stairs.
Your room at this point didn't have much, you still needed to personalize it. But the one thing you for sure had was the nice bean bag in the corner with a white weighted blanket on top of it. Chris got it for you after the first couple of hangouts when you mentioned how when you get anxious you just need comfort. You quickly got under the blanket and closed your eyes, trying to calm yourself down.
A couple minutes later, you heard a gentle knock on the door. "Hey, sweetie? It's Chris, can I come in?" you heard the voice say. While Chris adopted you officially, you still weren't at the point of calling him dad yet. You nodded your head, but then realized he couldn't see you. "Sure," you said as you wrapped the blanket around yourself more.
As Chris stepped into your room, he saw that you were curled up into the blanket. Wanting to give you space, he closed the door behind him as he sat on your bed. "I see the blanket has come to good use," he spoke, trying to make conversation. "Do you like it?" he questioned. You gave a nod as you try to decompress after the event. "Look, I don't want to say that I know what you are going through because I don't. But I'm in this for the long run with you, and I want to help you as much as I can." He spoke softly. "So, want to tell me what that was about?"
You took a breath before continuing. "I was afraid you were going to hit me," you practically whispered. Chris just let out a huge sigh as he stood up and made his way over to you. With each step he took, he saw your body tense up more and more. Chris stopped and knelt down in front of you. "Y/n, can you look at me," you shook your head quickly. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry," you spoke as you felt the tears coming down your face. He quickly got rid of the blanket and scooped you up into his lap as he held you.
"Shh, shh, I got you, hun. I got you, it's okay" you heard him say into your ear as he stroked your hair. Your hand was shakingly clutched onto the white t-shirt Chris was wearing. Breathe in, breathe out, come on just like we practiced," he whispered as you tried doing what he said. Deep breaths in and out. You continued to do that until you and Chris could feel your heartbeat and tears slow down.
"Hun," Chris said as he wiped some tears off your face and moved your hair out of your face. "You know I will never EVER hurt you. And I know it will take some time for your brain to know that. But know that you are in a safe home, and you are loved, okay?" he spoke as you looked into your lap. "Hey kiddo, look at me," he requested as you looked into his blue eyes. "I will always keep you safe. I promise"
You latched onto him again as he said those words, feeling your world become a little bit safer to live in.

Hey sunshine, it’s meeeeee!
So could you write something with Chris x daughter reader when she’s not having the best past couple of weeks because her brain just won’t let her communicate what she wants to (her brain just isn’t braining) and chris knows when she gets like this her anxiety is though the roof because she can’t explain anything it’s almost like her mind is just detached from herself it makes her panic badly. So it’s a lot of comfort, bluey and communication strategies because he knows it’s hard for her, so he gets scott to take her out because she’s hasn’t been out the house in a hot minute just to get her some fresh air and some of her comfort foods like apple sauce because it slaps. They just have a fun and slow couple of days until her brain finally decides it wants brain again, even if it’s as slow and spending a day in chris’ bed with bluey or going on a walk with Scott and dodger. Just comfort and to be able to slow down that’s all she needed
pairing: chris evans x daughter!reader
genre: comfort & fluff
summary: when school gets to be too much, you're dad comes and saves the day
warnings: being overwhelmed
A/N: im so sorry that it took me long to respond to this, my dear! hopefully the wait was worth it and this can be all that you wanted it to be
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You sit at your desk, surrounded by what felt like a mountain of books, papers, assignments, and so on. School has become extra overwhelming lately, and you're struggling to keep up.
You had been working on your homework for hours at this point, and you were just about to reach your tipping point.
That tipping point came sooner than you thought as you finished what you assumed to be your millionth essay of the day, just to realize that you didn't save your progress.
That's when the tears started falling.
Just before you about ruined your art homework by crying, you head a gentle knock on your bedroom door. You sniffle, hastily wiping away your tears, and call out, "Come in."
The door creaks open, and you see your dad, standing there with a sympathetic smile. His presence alone is enough to provide some solace. You've always admired him—his kindness, his strength, and his unwavering support.
"Hey, kiddo," Chris says, stepping into the room. "I noticed you've been pretty stressed lately... and now you're crying so I'm a little concerned, mind if I come in and talk?"
You shake your head, and he walks over to your desk, taking a seat beside you. His comforting presence feels like a warm shield against the stress that surrounds you.
"What's been going on, y/n?" Chris asks, concern evident in his voice.
You take a deep breath and pour your heart out, sharing your struggles, fears, and frustrations. You talk about the constant pressure to excel, the feeling of never being good enough, and the anxiety that has been building up within you.
Chris listens intently, his eyes filled with empathy. When you finish, he places a hand on your shoulder, giving it a reassuring squeeze.
"You know, you're doing a really good job, but i understand that it can be hard to do a good job sometimes" he says, his voice soothing. "But it's important to remember that you're not alone in this. We'll find a way to make it through together."
A glimmer of hope flickers in your eyes as you absorb his words. Your dad, understands your struggles and is determined to help you overcome them. Inspired by his unwavering support, you wipe away the remaining tears and give him a small nod.
"Alright, then," Chris says with a mischievous smile. "Enough of the studying for today. It's time for a break."
You raise an eyebrow, intrigued by his sudden shift in tone. "What do you have in mind?"
He stands up and extends a hand toward you. "How about we go on an adventure? We'll leave the books behind for a while and focus on having fun."
You hesitate for a moment, but the idea of spending time with your dad, escaping the suffocating stress, is too tempting to resist. And besides, you don't get chances to spend an entire day having fun with your dad instead of doing homework.
You reach out, your hand slipping into his, and he pulls you to your feet.
Chris leads you downstairs, and soon, the two of you are stepping out into the sunshine, Dodger's leash in hand. As the three of you walk together, he fills the air with his infectious laughter, making your worries melt away.
First, he takes you to a local park. You swing on the swings, feeling weightless as the wind rushes through your hair. He pushes you higher and higher, shouting encouragement and laughing alongside you.
Doing all this just like you did when you were a little girl. You finished at the park with a game of fetch with Dodger.
Next, you head to the arcade, where Chris challenges you to a series of friendly competitions. You cheer each other on, while both of you still want to be the winner.
As the two of you celebrate victories and laugh off defeats, all the stress and worry seem like distant memories.
When you're both worn out from games, Chris suggests grabbing ice cream. You eagerly agree, savoring each spoonful as you stroll through the city streets, talking about anything and everything. Chris listens intently, offering advice and sharing stories of his own struggles.
"Remember, kiddo," Chris whispers, his voice soft and comforting. "Life can get tough, but it's the moments like these that make it all worthwhile. You're strong, resilient, and capable of great things. Don't let the challenges define you."
His words resonate deep within your heart, filling you with newfound determination. With Chris by your side, you realize that you can face anything that comes your way.
After a good nights sleep, the next morning you settle back at your desk, ready to tackle your mountain fo work with a renewed sense of purpose. Armed with the love and support of your dad, you know you can do anything.
Your age : 3
“Are you excited to go to the sea side ?” Sebastian asks you as he turns to look at you.
You gave your dad a nod and continued looking out the window.
Your dad could tell that you were nervous so he put on Disney songs to make you more at ease.
“LET IT GOO LET IT GOO.” Sebastian starts singing on purpose as he knows it will make you laugh.
Your laugh echos in the car as your dad starts to grin at your reaction.
“Look baby doll we are here,” Sebastian says as he finds a parking space.
You clap your hands in excitement as you can see your uncle Anthony and uncle Chris talking.
Your dad greets your uncles and then opens your car door and get you out of your car seat and places you on the ground.
“There’s my favourite niece in the whole wide world,” says Chris.
“At least i’m favourite uncle,” Anthony argues.
You start giggling to yourself and hug both of your uncle’s legs. They both take it in turns to give you a hug and shower you with kisses.
Sebastian takes all the stuff out of the boot and then picks you up and places you on his shoulders.
You guys make your way down to the beach and you see all of your other aunties and uncles.
You start to shake and play with your dad’s hair so Chris takes you and whispers soothing things in your ear to calm you down.
“Hey it’s okay baby” “You’re okay i’m here”
Your dad sets up everything with the help of your aunties and uncles.
Sebastian then takes you from Chris and leans your head against his shoulder and takes you to see everyone.
Scarlett, Elizabeth, Robert, Chris Hemsworth, Mark and Jeremy all give you a hug and greet your dad.
You cuddle deeper into your dad until Elizabeth takes you and plays with you in the sand.
She then puts sunscreen on you and tickles you.
Your dad grins as he watches you interact with Elizabeth.
You and Elizabeth bury Robbie in the sand.
Your dad tries to get you to interact with the other children but he knew you weren’t ready for that just yet.
Jeremy helps you build a sand castle and Ava helps you find sea shells to put on the castle.
Chris Hemsworth holds you as he takes you into the water, all of his kids are surfing, Elsa is watching them play in the water.
Sebastian looks at the time and calls you over for a nap.
Robert quickly catches you as you try to run away from your dad.
Sebastian walks around the beach holding you as your cries start to decrease.
He walks back to everyone and lays down on the sun bed with you on his chest, he places a pacifier in your mouth and puts a blanket over you for shade.
After 45 minutes, you begin to stir, so you dad soothes you and waits until you fully wake up.
Scarlett takes you from your dad so that he can get up and she starts to rock you as you rub your eyes to wake up.
Mark then gives you an ice lolly and you say thank you and hug his leg.
Everyone starts packing up and you play with Rose, India and Ava while the others play something else.
Anthony spins you around and runs to the arcade with you.
Him and Chris got you a teddy from the grabbers which took them a million tries.
At sunset everyone says their goodbyes and starts to make tracks.
Chris and Anthony are the last ones to leave as they give you long hugs even though they will see you in a couple of days.
Sebastian puts you in your car seat and gives you your pacifier, bunny and blanket.
As soon as your dad turns the car on you let sleep take over.
