So I started a fitness Insta so I can mentally hold myself accountable because I know ppl will be watching me. I was super nervous to do this because who isn't self conscious about how they look and what people think. So I figured putting myself out there and being vulnerable would force me to stick with it. Cause to be honest, some days I want to give up and sit on the couch and eat whatever I want to. I've been going strong for 3 months and I don't want to give up. I think procrastination and laziness is inherent in our society today and I don't want that to be me. Update time..

I fell off the wagon and stopped my fitness journey for a long time. Months and months. I was severely depressed, and I didn’t have enough energy to even worry about my goals in that aspect of my life. But that’s okay. I’ve started up again. As of two weeks ago. I’ve started working out in a local gym, and counting my calories daily. So far I’ve lost 10 pounds. That’s extremely exciting for me, and I can’t wait to see what my future holds. Any advice for me on my fitness journey? Anything helps.
