Todays bear meme is less of a meme and more just a viral moment that I relate to Heavily
This is Chada! She is a bear and she was captured at her less than glamorous and the video got kinda popular!! She crawls out, does a lil shake, and generally looks very tired in the video, which I think is so real of her. She is everything I aspire to be now and in my future
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5!!! Chada my Queen

Chada and Mongkut
The distinctive headdress worn by Thai dancers.
Traditionally male characters wear one known as chada and females wear a version known as mongkut.
Male characters wear flower pendants on the right side and females wear the hanging pendants on the left.
Traditionally only men performed the dance dramas Khon and Lakhon Nok, so men played female parts as well.
Lakhon Nai was traditionally only performed by women, so women played the male parts too.
But now anyone can play any of the roles in any of the various dance drama styles.
The mongkut version is also often seen in depictions of the Buddha and other divine beings.

Tonight's thing: a smol acrylic-on-canvas-panel painting of Chada, the internet's favorite rumpled old bear lady, for a witchy friend's altar. The halo was kind of a spur-of-the-moment decision (and also traced from a jar lid lol), but I stand by it. I'm not terribly witchy myself, but I kinda get my friend's vibes about it, and bears are even more important to her than they are to me. We both love Chada deeply.
I'll probably add some text on the back identifying her (as if she needs it) and calling her something like "the patron saint of better tomorrows". Chada had an absolutely horrible life before she was brought to the White Rock sanctuary near Kyiv, where she will (we all hope) live out the rest of her days in peace and plenty. With everything going on right now, I think most of us could use a better tomorrow. I know I could.
