Aunque normalmente le pongo también #garbanzos o #lentejas rojas. Picamos las #verduras, cantidad al gusto, y sofreímos, añadimos el curry rojo, #cayena en copos y #pimienta negra. A mitad de cocinado añadimos las #setas, #garbanzos cocidos y terminamos de cocinar. Añadimos una lata de leche de coco y dos o tres cdas de tomate triturado. Cocinamos unos minutos hasta que reduzca y espese.
