Cat update: Shes over the surgery and home now, resting a lot. She hates the needle, it makes her restless, but at least she managed to pee, which was a high priority. Tomorrow we bring her back for infusion, then the doc will tell whats next.

Ninja just got back from a surgery where they removed a foreign object and a massive hairball from his stomach and intestines. His original symptoms were concerning (vomiting clear foamy fluid, gagging, lack of appetite) so we called our vet and asked what to do. Two days and $2376 later and he is home and on his way to recovery. He is on a lot of meds for both the pain and the nausea. The veterinary assistant said that if we hadn't brought him in when we had he might have needed a different procedure, one with a lot more risks.

Long story short, watch your pets, if it seems wrong then it probably is!

15 days till her surgery 😮‍💨

She’s none the wiser but I’m an anxious mess 😭 the life of a cat mom I guess. My relatives keep asking us when we’re gonna have kids but I don’t think I could do it, I’m already stressed with a fur baby, a real baby would kill me.

I just don’t want her to get worse. Kiki is feline leukemia positive which is a disease that attacks her immune system, so any health problem she faces is so much worse. We knew all the risks before we adopted her, we really wanted to give her as good of a life as we could. So far we’ve been so blessed, besides a few colds and ear infections she’s been doing really good. This gum disease is the first major thing she’s had 😭

I’ve been posting a lot about it, if you’ve seen these before you’re probably sick of them. But I love this cat and will do anything to help her.

The cost of her dental surgery is estimated to be $1200 that covers the cleaning, any tooth extractions and her medication. We set up a gofundme, if anyone is able to donate we would be forever grateful. If not, any likes or shares would be so appreciated.

We love this cat and want to keep her as healthy and happy as we can.

My dumb orange boy had to have emergency surgery this past Sunday and holy hell, those emergency vet prices. I was not expecting to be slapped with a several thousand dollar vet bill right before holiday shopping. He’s been home for a couple days now and seems to be doing well, spends most of his time napping. Does anyone have any advice for how to keep a cat from climbing on things? When he’s not fast asleep, this little shit is doing everything possible to dodge my attempts to keep him from jumping onto things lol.

Hi guys, I hate to do this but here it goes. My cat Stubby who has been with me through absolutely everything, has been flown to and lived in Alaska with me for a year, been by my side literally over half of my life, needs surgery to remove two very large bladder stones. He is in pain and peeing blood. I am not going to lie or give the wrong idea: he is getting the surgery no matter what and it is already scheduled for the 19th of this month; I am able to put it on a credit card. However, I've recently moved out on my own with my two kids and this is essentially like having two rents in a month. It is absolutely doable because I would do anything for Stubby, but if anybody has a few dollars to spare to help me out you have no idea how much it would mean to me and help me out in the long run. 💜 Pixie Update 💜 First I want to thank everyone for the orders, donations, shares and well wishes for Pixie! You all are the best! We drove Pixie to the Veterinary Surgery Services Inc. in Fort Walton Beach, FL ( about an hour and a half from my house ) early Monday morning for surgery with Dr. Wight. If you missed my previous post Pixie had an abdominal hernia and her bladder slipped through the tear. She did great during the surgery and they were able to put her bladder back where it belongs and fix the abdominal tear too. She did stay the night Monday night and we picked her up Tuesday afternoon. Dr Wight & his team we’re absolutely amazing! I highly recommend them if your pet ever needs a special surgery. Pixie has staples that will come out in two weeks at our regular vet and right now she is on antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, and pain meds. She doesn’t like her Cone Of Courage but is feeling good and happy to be home and has been purring a lot. They shaved both of her front legs for IVs and she has the cutest little furry boots! I will keep you all posted on how she is doing. Right now she is doing great taking it easy and healing up. I am starting to work on the orders I got the past few days. Please give me a few more days to get them all made up and in the mail. You will receive an email update when your order is in the mail. Thank you again for all of your help and support, we are very grateful for all of you!
