Why Greenwich is Worth a Visit on your Next London Adventure

Accessible by train, boat, car, tube, and the DLR, Greenwich is not just the home of time the GMT clock that London and the rest of the UK lives by – it also provides a central point around which visitors can explore the O2 arena, visit London’s oldest Royal Park, and catch a ride on the most innovative commuter car in the city.

Ride the Cable Car

Just some more of Tech worrying over his brothers, this time when Wrecker screams "Get us out of here!!!" in Infested.

That's a worried nerd, and then he gives this look after the flash bomb disperses the Irlings.

For all my exhaustion towards the way the show has been written, I continue to appreciate the way the boys are animated and the range of expressions Tech exhibits.

Silly nerd worries about his brothers and I can never not be convinced from that idea... even if the show won't address it verbally, Tech cares for his brothers...

HE CARES AND WORRIES ABOUT THEM SO MUCH!!!

And!!!! God okay so I know Wrecker has a tendency to freak out a bit with his fear of heights, but he can usually keep himself relatively calm by talking to himself and continually tell himself that he's fine, he's okay, and we saw him panic when Ruby crawled over him, but the level Wrecker was freaking out at that moment??

All I can think about is how worried and panicked Tech must have been for Wrecker, from hearing him scream and yell for help like that, and knowing that if he failed there was a high probability Wrecker would get hurt, or worse, for it. And even after the flash bomb goes off and the Irlings have dispersed, still having that moment of doubt of- what if he did fail? What if Tech didn't act in time, and now Wrecker is gone, and if Tech had just been faster, if he had just done more-

Oh man imagine how much more everything would hit and hurt if the boys just verbally expressed themselves and stopped being so composed. I want to see TEARS

“Oh, now this one,” Stiles says, twirling his finger in Derek’s direction. Derek has to remind himself that this isn’t Stiles, it’s the Void that took him over, the thing inside of him that is a master of tricks. This isn’t his Stiles.

But, God, it looked like him. It sounded like him. It looked at Derek the way he had always wished Stiles looked at him. And he tries his hardest to push it aside, but the hunger in Void’s eyes has his heart leaping in his chest.

“This one is special, isn’t he, Stiles?” Void teases. Derek knows he should flash his eyes, although they don’t hold the same power they once did, or growl, or even let his fangs graze over his lips. But Stiles-- Void’s, hand was on his chest, his fingers walking a gentle line down his sternum and it was all Derek had ever wanted.

“Don’t talk to him like that,” Derek says weakly, the fire that he tries to lace his tone with lost among the emotions flooding through him. Void laughs and it’s music and cacophony to Derek’s oversensitive ears. His hands tremble at his sides, wanting to block the horrid noise but knowing one wrong move and Void will know he has won.

Another laugh chimes and Derek resists the urge to fall to his knees and sob. “Derek Hale,” Void tuts, “he loves you, you know?” Void mutters and Derek sees his maniacal grin before he presses his eyes closed. He can’t see Stiles this way, it might break him.

“Why are you doing this?” Derek asks because he doesn’t know what else to say.

“It’s just so much fun, Sourwolf,” Void says, venom in his tone as he spits the words out, his breath, the scent of Stiles’ sweet breath, the only thing holding Derek from his collapse. “Stiles is begging me to stop, pleading that I leave you alone. He’s never done that; not even for Scott, when I pushed the Oni’s blade through his stomach or his father, when I tried to get to him.”

Void stops for a moment and Derek thinks he’s listening to Stiles. He wants to yell, to scream to Stiles that he’s going to get him back, but he has never lied to Stiles before and dammit, he just doesn’t know.

“Oh,” Void says gleefully, clapping his hands together like a child given his first piece of candy, “he thinks you don’t love him.” Derek’s eyes shoot open, the blue of his beta form uncontrollable as his anger spikes through him. “But he does, Stiles. Look at him, no, don’t close your eyes. See through our eyes, Stiles. See how much this man cares for you. Willing to stand here and take whatever I give him while you rot inside of me.”

Derek finally breaks, the tether holding in his sanity shattering the second he thinks Stiles might be hurt, and he surges toward Void, a growl echoing through his loft. Void catches him by his throat, the delicate fingers that belong to the man Derek was in love with, rough on the pulse of his neck. Derek isn’t sure he’s ever going to be able to hear Stiles’ laughter again without his stomach churning.

“I won’t hurt him, my little pet. I wouldn’t dream of making you sad. But a fox loves to play and wouldn’t he be the prettiest little plaything?” Void considers Derek for a moment and before Derek has the time to struggle, his lips are met with the softest he’s ever felt. It’s like lightning strikes through every part of him as Void’s grip lessens and Derek’s feet are back on the ground. He shouldn’t kiss back, he knows he shouldn’t, but if this is the only time he gets to kiss Stiles, he’s going to make it count.

Derek pulls Void against him, his fingers bruisingly tight on the pale skin of his hips, and Void’s long fingers grip his hair as teeth bite into his bottom lip. Derek shouldn’t moan, he knows he shouldn’t, but Void feels so good against him, as good as he knew Stiles would feel and it’s too much, too much.

Derek rips himself away from Void, struggling to catch his breath as his heart pounds achingly in his chest.

“I let Stiles feel that one, feel the way your fingers gripped his waist, the tangles of your hair, taste the bitterness on your tongue. He has wanted this for so long, Derek, and now...” Derek blinks and Void is gone. He drops to his knees, savoring the taste of Stiles on his lips and finally lets his tears fall slowly down his cheeks.

Personal Contract Purchase (PCP)

PCP means you will pay an initial deposit and then a specified number of monthly payments (typically over three, four or five years). You have the choice of paying a 'balloon payment' to buy the automobile outright at the conclusion of the contract term, or returning the car to the dealer. If you choose for the latter, you'll be able to use the equity you've built up as a deposit on your next vehicle.

Because you're paying for the car itself rather than covering depreciation fees, you'll spend extra each month.

Pro: The specification of the vehicle that you get in this type of financial agreement is often much higher, with the vehicle tending to be much newer than what could be bought outright with no large upfront investment.

Con: The loan for the vehicle is secured against it, meaning that if you get into financial difficulties, the vehicle will be repossessed. As well as this, if you miss payments on this, it will negatively affect your credit rating.

Personal Loan (PL)

Personal Loan finance when buying a car is still one of the most popular finance methods. The reason behind this is that when you go through your own bank to obtain this, you get a much better rate. Certainly a method to look into and your bank will best advise you on this.

Pro: There is a huge advantage with this method, that is because with a bank loan you own the car and if it becomes an issue and you are falling behind on payments, you can simply sell the vehicle and repay the loan.

Con: With any financial commitment, it is important to only take out what you can afford to pay back or you will run yourself into problems down the line.

So What’s Right For Me?

No matter which finance option you choose, both of them mean you will be borrowing money and this carries inherent risk.

So the answer is “it depends.” In general the choice of whether or not to finance a used car depends on you and your situation. I.e. your savings, your income and various other factors. Therefore it is hard to give genuine recommendations without knowing the specifics.

Heading down your local car dealer can walk you through the various finance options that are available to you and how each affects your repayments. Once you have all the relevant information at hand, you'll be able to make an informed decision on which option best suits you based on your circumstances.

Okay, apologies but I am going to ramble into your inbox and... ah, if you don't want me to, please just tell me?

I know I've made it clear that I'm frustrated with how the show is going but there are still tiny little details I can't stop staring at/analyzing. One such scene was when Cid was giving the boys the new job to Raxus and how Tech acted in that scene.

First off, his little jump when Cid mentioned Raxus. He was so excited about the idea, at least that's how I read his voice/expression in that second? I mean look at the boy! He likely wanted to go to Raxus his whole life, and now he gets to???

And then, even more interesting (and frustrating, because of what could have been!!!), was the fact that Tech was going to take the datadisk for the bounty from Cid. He was all for the job the instant Cid said it, because he sees it rationally instead of emotionally like everyone else in his team does.

He's going to take it but Hunter snatches it before Tech can, as Tech was the only one for taking the job at that instant. He even looks... excited? I don't know but there's no apprehension in his gaze that I can read at all here.

Once Hunter takes it though, look at Tech's expression shift...

I don't think he expected Hunter to take it? He seemed so excited/ready to take the job?

Then...

Tech looks over at Hunter with a ??? sort of expression, then he looks down briefly, as if he's... upset? I don't know how to voice what he's likely thinking in this moment...

and then!!! Tech... glares??? At Hunter?

First he just stares at Cid while Hunter talks to her:

And then, when Hunter turns back to his brothers, Tech looks like this ???

I saw that expression on Tech and I THOUGHT, like an idiot, he was actually going to stand up for himself and argue against all of his brothers saying "no" about the mission, by suggesting that there was no reason to not do this mission.

He sees it logical, as the only power is the Empire now, and the Seperatists are not their enemy, as the war is over. He sees the mission without sentiment like his brothers do and I would have died to see Tech stand up for one of his ideas and argue with his brothers, since he always looks to Hunter for permission/agreement/reassurance (such as when Singh told Tech to take the AT-TE down the alleyway and Tech looked towards Hunter for reassurance) on everything?

Sorry for blabbing at you like an idiot, but I just... wanted to see Tech stand up for himself? To actually not be his usual compliant/submissive self for once? But HAH, no, how dare the writers even think of challenging themselves and developing relationships between the brothers??

Plus adding Hunter's line that he always expected they'd end up going to Raxus eventually, I have to wonder if that's something the team has talked about before. I looked up info on Raxus - both canon and legends - to see if there was any specific detail that would get Tech that excited, but other than it being the center of the Separatist senate there wasn't much

Which makes me wonder why Raxus was a world of interest, but also has me wondering more of the details of their past missions. We know Anaxes was a favor to Cody, but other mission details weren't ever discussed, and so other than stealing Separatist information the only thing I could think of them going to Raxus for is for an assassination mission, and now im wondering if theyve ever been on missions of that sort.. hmm...

But thats another post for another time, and not the point of this ask akdjskdsl BACK TO THE BOY

I don't think we've seen this level of excitement from Tech so far, and the same can be said with his behavior toward Hunter.

We see Tech get annoyed with Wrecker, bicker and snark with Echo, I could go on and on about how I think he feels toward everything with Crosshair, but we haven't really see him get... anything with Hunter

Like you said, Tech is viewing the mission from a logical perspective - with the creation of the Empire, there are no Separatists. The Republic vs. Separatist conflict is over. We see that Tech is able to detach his emotions from situations (his explanation of what the war was like to Omega in Reunion) far more easily than the rest of his brothers. Hunter, Wrecker, and especially Echo (for good reasons) still have that emotional response and connection that Separatists are the enemy. No questions asked. I mean, its a huge reason for their existence as a whole, all the clones were taught and conditioned to see Separatists as the enemy

Going back to Tech's reaction to Hunter, I'd say he definitely meets Hunter's decision with surprise, bc well. The war is over, there's no reason for them to have any bias against a Separatist senator right? And like Cid says, a job's a job, and they need the credits.

It's this reaction right here that stands out to me the most

At least going off of my own physical mannerisms, the way Tech is holding his arm - I tend to do that when I'm trying to speak up about something, or when I'm nervous about talking. I couldn't find a gif of this scene to use here, but Tech also draws his arm to him a little closer and leans a bit more toward Hunter before dropping his arm and leaning back away and letting Hunter continue on with Cid.

So I really I don't think it'd be too off mark to think there was some possibility of him interrupting/confronting Hunter about declining the mission.

Plus, when Hunter and Cid talk about leaving Omega behind, you can see Tech, Wrecker, and Echo continuing to tall in the background, and at least it possibly looks to me like Tech is defending his point on taking the mission. Additionally, when they first land on Raxus and exit the Marauder, Tech says "I am simply stating that the codes did, in fact, work. The client being a Separatist is not relevant."

So I think Tech is defending himself and his views on the mission but it's all just. Unfortunately off screen. But I also think everything above that you pointed out is still important; against Echo and Wrecker, it's easier to defend himself bc Tech already has that sort of dynamic with them, and though Tech has shown to have a sort of "better to apologize than ask for permission" view when he makes decisions (getting the Marauder impounded) he still has the highest respect for Hunter, and Hunter's role as team leader.

I cant think of any instances off the top of my head, but up until now we've never seen Tech so much as question any of Hunter's decisions, and I really hope this is going to be a start of... not necessarily Tech losing any sort of faith in Hunter, but a start of him speaking out of what he thinks is right

And also this I am still thinking about this

It can't be a coincidence that he fell asleep with the scanner. Their immediate priorities thus far - taking out their own inhibitor chips and getting Omega back - have been accomplished. I. I really want to believe that - as small as insignificant as it may be - that this is a hint to Crosshair, that Crosshair has remained a priority to at least one of them.

I mean im sure he has remained a priority to all of them, but at least what we have gotten strictly in canon... well

This got long akdjs but yeah I think, and I really hope, that this is going to be a start to us seeing Tech have a less placid demeanor. I just wanna see him emotionally break, that's all 💞

I think that would be the biggest surprise out of any of them #i think it would even surprise tech himself #and i. i want to see it. so desperately #give me the internal conflict!!!!
