you were on the couch laying down on your side watching tv. bella was behind you with a arm wrapped around your waist, you and bella have been dating for a while and you loved it but dating an actor can be hard.

today as one of the lucky days where they were off on the same day you were. you guys decided not to go out and just stay in and watch tv.

without realizing you pick up their hand and started to mess with their fingers and some of the rings that they still had on. you had anxiety and the only thing that can really help you is fidgeting. bella knew this and knew that it helped you so they don’t say anything.

you were starting to zone out focusing on the hands and rings in front of you. bella always looked down at you whenever you all were doing anything, cooking, sitting, literally anything. so, when they looked at you and saw you were too fixated on their hands then the show they laughed.

“what? why are you laughing?” you questioned, feeling offended when you realized they was laughing at you.

“nothing… nothing” bella denied and shook their head.

you didn’t believe them so you kept asking.

“what were you laughing at?”

“nothing, darling” bella assures you. you stopped hearing the nickname. you always got nervous when they called you that.

“don’t. you know how i feel about that nickname,” you told them in a serious tone but obviously joking. bella smiled knowing their planed worked,to get you to stop talking.

“i didn’t say anything… darling”

you groaned looking away back at they screen trying to make them think you are mad at them. they started to laugh again wrapping their arm tighter around you, pressed tightly to their chest. you start to close your eyes after you feel their hand run through your hair.

you try to make yourself stay awake, but you can’t. so you turn around and wrap your arms around bella’s waist and bury your head into their chest inhaling their scent. bella laughs and presses a kiss to your head.

you start to fall asleep and the last thing you heard before you fall asleep was

“goodnight darlin’”
